In order to find novel antibacterial agents with superior antibacterial activity and overcoming multidrug resistance,a series of pleuromutilin derivatives with novel C（14） side chain were synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro antibacterial *** results of antibacterial acticities indicated that most of the derivatives showed potent activities against Gram-positive *** particular,compound lOd exhibited the most potent inhibitory activity compared with pleuromutilin and linezoid,emerged as potential molecule for further investigation.

BACKGROUND Immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs)have shown promising efficacy in treatment and clinical management of advanced gastric and gastroesophageal junction ***,the inhibitors also cause immune-related adverse events(irAEs).The current systematic review and meta-analysis study aimed to investigate the incidence and nature of irAEs caused by *** To investigate the incidence and nature of irAEs in advanced gastric and gastroesophageal junction *** This systematic review was registered with PROSPERO(***:CRD42020152291).Data included in this study were collected from patients diagnosed with advanced gastric cancer or gastroesophageal junction cancer and treated with ICIs.A systematic literature search was conducted using the PubMed,EMBASE,and Cochrane Library ***-analysis was carried out using the single sample rate *** and analysis of the data was conducted using Stata/SE and Review Manager *** The patients enrolled in the present study included 14 patients from 14 case reports,326 patients from 6 case series,and 1249 patients from 8 clinical *** was found that the overall incidence of irAEs was 16%[95%confidence interval(CI):11-20]for all grades and 3%(95%CI:2-4)for the severe *** was evident that the incidence of irAEs varied with the type of inhibitor and organs.A comparative study of the anti-programmed cell death receptor-1(PD-1)and antiprogrammed death receptor-ligand 1(PD-L1)treatments showed that the antiPD-1 group had a higher overall incidence of irAEs(20%)as compared with that of the anti-PD-L1 group(13%).Results of this study showed that the endocrine system experienced the highest incidence of organ-specific irAEs(7.4%),including hypothyroidism,hyperthyroidism,thyroiditis,diabetes,and adrenal insufficiency,followed by gastroenterology(2.2%),pulmonology(1.8%),neurology(1.4%),dermatology(1.4%),hematology(0.8%),and hepatology(0.7%).In clinical trials,it was found that the i

The Summer Palace is a Chinese royal garden, while Chateau de Chambord enjoys the reputation of the number one chateau in France. Both of them have been included in the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. The frequent exchanges between the Summer Palace and Chateau de Chambord will enhance people＇s awareness and understanding of world heritages, and thus facilitate the exchanges between eastern and western garden cultures.

In order to probe the effect of C-2(S)-substituted groups in the antibacterial activity,a series of novel C-2(S)-substituted pleuromutilin analogues of SB-225586 were synthesized and evaluated for their in vitro antibacterial *** results of antibacterial activities indicated that C-2(S)-substituted pleuromutilin derivatives retained appreciable antibacterial activity,and the 2-fluorination compounds 6a and 6b are more potent than the corresponding 2-hydroxylation analogues 7a and 7b.

Anion-exchange membrane water electrolyzers(AEMWEs)for green hydrogen production have received intensive attention due to their feasibility of using earth-abundant NiFe-based *** introducing a third metal into NiFe-based catalysts to construct asymmetrical M-NiFe units,the d-orbital and electronic structures can be adjusted,which is an important strategy to achieve sufficient oxygen evolution reaction(OER)performance in ***,the ternary NiFeM(M:La,Mo)catalysts featured with distinct M-NiFe units and varying d-orbitals are reported in this *** and theoretical calculation results reveal that the doping of La leads to optimized hybridization between d orbital in NiFeM and 2p in oxygen,resulting in enhanced adsorption strength of oxygen intermediates,and reduced rate-determining step energy barrier,which is responsible for the enhanced OER *** critically,the obtained NiFeLa catalyst only requires 1.58 V to reach 1 A cm^(−2) in an anion exchange membrane electrolyzer and demonstrates excellent long-term stability of up to 600 h.
