Objective: To study the effect of contralateral acupuncture(CAT) at acupoints of Quchi(LI 11) and Zusanli(ST 36) on the unaffected limbs of ischemic stroke patients with left hemiplegia based on regional homogeneity(ReHo) indices. Methods: Ten ischemic stroke patients with left hemiplegia received CAT on right side at LI 11 and ST 36. Functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI) was performed before and after acupuncture. A ReHo analytical method was used to compare brain responses of patients before and after CAT operated by REST software. Results: The stimulation at both LI 11 and ST 36 on the unaffected limbs produced significantly different neural activities. CAT elicited increased ReHo values at the right precentral gyrus and superior frontal gyrus, decreased ReHo value at right superior parietal lobule, left fusiform gyrus and left supplementary motor area. Conclusions: Acupuncture at one side could stimulate bilateral regions. CAT could evoke the gyrus which was possibly related to motor recovery from stroke. A promising indicator of neurobiological deficiencies could be represented by ReHo values in post-stroke patients.

Objective： Diagnostic laparoscopy is recommended for the pretherapeutic staging of gastric cancer to detect any unexpected or unconfirmed intra-abdominal metastasis. The aim of this study was to evaluate the role and indications of diagnostic laparoscopy in the detection of intra-abdominal metastasis. Methods： Standard diagnostic laparoscopy with peritoneal cytology examination was performed prospectively on patients who were clinically diagnosed with primary local advanced gastric cancer （CT≥2M0）. We calculated the rate of intra-abdominal metastases identified by diagnostic laparoscopy, and examined the relationship between peritoneal dissemination （P） and cytology results （CY）. Split-sample method was applied to find clinical risk factors for intra-abdominal metastasis. Multivariate logistic regression analysis and receiver-operator characteristic （ROC） analysis were performed in training set to find out risk factors ofintra-abdominal metastasis, and then validate it in testing set. Results： Out of 249 cM0 patients, 51 （20.5%） patients with intra-abdominal metastasis were identified by diagnostic laparoscopy, including 20 （8.0%） P1CY1, 17 （6.8%） POCY1 and 14 （5.6%） P1CY0 patients. In the training set, multivariate logistic regression analysis and ROC analysis showed that the depth of tumor invasion on computer tomography （CT） scan ≥21 mm and tumor-occupied 〉2 portions of stomach are predictive factors of metastasis. In the testing set, when diagnostic laparoscopy was performed on patients who had one or two of these risk factors, the sensitivity and positive predictive value for detecting intra-abdominal metastasis were 90.0% and 32.1%, respectively. Conclusions： According to our results, depth of tumor invasion and tumor-occupied portions of stomach are predictive factors ofintra-abdominal metastasis.

Lithium （Li） metal has been considered as the most attractive anode materials for Li-ion batteries （LIBs） due to its high theoretic specific capacity. The formation of unstable solid electrolyte interphase （SEI） and dendritic Li on the metal anode, however, hindered its practical application. Herein, to address the issues, a Li-free electrode with ultrathin Al2O3 coated on reduced graphene oxide （rGO） membrane that covers a Cu foil current collector was developed. The composite electrode exhibits excellent interfacial protection of lithium metal deposited between Cu foil and rGO electrochemically. Firstly, it affords good Li^＋ permeability from the electrolyte. Secondly, the ultrathin Al2O3 has sufficient mechanical strength to inhibit the penetration of Li dendrite. Li metal was observed uniformly deposited between rGO membrane and Cu collector, and stable cycle performance of Li plating/stripping with Coulombic efficiency of ~ 91.75% at the lOOth cycle is achieved in organic carbonate electrolyte without any additives.

Through quantitative statistics and morphological characterization of ceramic fragments for ceramic composite bulletproof insert plates(CCBIPs),distribution characteristics of ceramic fragments within a specific size range were analyzed for different Armor Piercing Incendiary(API)and shot *** quantitatively evaluate the effect of energy absorption for ceramic plates,a model of energy absorption during penetration for CCBIPs was established based on statistics of the size distribution of ceramic fragments(SDCF).Variation in the SDCF and its influence on energy absorption for CCBIPs were *** results indicate that the distribution feature of ceramic fragments in the range of 0.25-2.25 mm is Gaussian *** with Type 56 of API(56-API),ceramic fragments formed by 53-API with higher kinetic energy possess more quantity and more concentrated distribution,whose average equivalence size decreases by 6.5%,corresponding to increasing by 83.9%of estimated energy ***,the ability of CCBIPs to resist the third shot is significantly weakened,whose estimated energy absorption decreases by 58.8%compared with the first *** concentrated distribution and fewer fragments are formed after the third shot,the average equivalence size of ceramic fragments increases by 6.9%,which may attribute to the micro-cracks induced by the previous two shots.

In order to study the methods to enhance the efficacy of electrodeless lamp,volt-ampere characteristics,illuminance and emission spectrum have been investigated in home-built electrodeless lamp experimental system with an electrodeless lamp in shape like QL 85 *** results show that lamp current increases as lamp voltage increases in non-discharge,the current decreases first and then increases as the voltage increases in *** illuminance of electrodeless lamp increases linearly with discharge power increasing,and it decreases linearly with power *** emission spectrum is different for different bulb and lighting *** spectrum of Ar 811.5 nm,76.5 nm,750.4 nm and Hg 313.2 nm decrease with lighting *** the intensity of Hg 407.8 nm increases with lighting time.

This paper investigates the generation and evolution of continuous-variable entanglement in an asymmetric coupled-quantum well （CQW） system. Our numerical results show that this CQW system can be regarded as a source of macroscopic entangled light over a wide range of initial states of the cavity field. This investigation can be used for achieving the macroscopic entangled light in the CQW solid-state medium, which is much more praeticaJ than that in an atomic medium because of its flexible design and the controllable interference strength.

Using a new method of multi-frequency of K parameter,we estimate the ratio of altitudes of radio emission region of pulsars at 430 and 1418 *** value of the ratio is 1.34±0.12 and the power law index of altitude-frequency is 0.24±*** is indicated that the lower radio frequencies originate further out and the emission region is radially narrow.

Biochemical techniques including ion-exchange chromatography, gel filtration chromatography and re- versed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography（RP-HPLC） were used to isolate and purify the natural poly- peptide from velvet antler（nVAP） of Cervus elaphus（C, elaphus）, which has a molecular weight of 3215.8 and the primary structure of VLSAADKSNVKAAWGKVGGNAPAFGAEALLRM. The homology of the protein sequence in nVAP with known protein sequence is less than 50%, suggesting that nVAP appears to be a new bioactive substance. At a level of 0.4--50 gg/mL, nVAP promotes mitosis in epidermal ceils, chondrocytes and NIH3T3 fibroblasts pri- marily cultured in a significant way. Given that a yield of high-purity nVAP isolated from C. elaphus is 0.001%, nVAP is artificially synthesized to prepare synthetic velvet antler polypeptide（sVAP） according to its primary struc- ture. Sodium dodecyl sulfate-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis（SDS-PAGE） of sVAP shows a single band, and its HPLC spectrum displays a single peak. The matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization time-of-flight mass spectro- metry（MALDI-TOF-MS） was used to identify sVAP to be of a molecular weight of 3200 and the consistency between primary structures of sVAP and nVAE Bioactivity test shows that at a dose of 5--40 μg/mL, sVAP promotes the pro- liferation of primarily cultured epidermal cells and NIH3T3 cell line. From the traditional Chinese medicine theory, velvet antler from Cervus nippon（C, nippon） and velvet antler from C. elaphus are considered as the same medicine, but differences between biochemical base and pharmacological effect of these two velvet antlers have been observed. We compared the total polypeptide mapping of the two velvet antlers, discovering that nVAP is active polypeptide and only exists in the velvet antler of C. elaphus, sVAP is similar to nVAP in physicochemical property and biological activity.
