According to the principle of the eruption of debris flows, the new torrent classification techniques are brought forward. The torrent there can be divided into 4 types such as the debris flow torrent with high destructive strength, the debris flow torrent, high sand-carrying capacity flush flood torrent and common flush flood by the techniques. In this paper, the classification indices system and the quantitative rating methods are presented. Based on torrent classification, debris flow torrent hazard zone mapping techniques by which the debris flow disaster early-warning object can be ascertained accurately are identified. The key techniques of building the debris flow disaster neural network (NN) real time forecasting model are given detailed explanations in this paper, including the determination of neural node at the input layer, the output layer and the implicit layer, the construction of knowledge source and the initial weight value and so on. With this technique, the debris flow disaster real-time forecasting neural network model is built according to the rainfall features of the historical debris flow disasters, which includes multiple rain factors such as rainfall of the disaster day, the rainfall of 15 days before the disaster day, the maximal rate of rainfall in one hour and ten minutes. It can forecast the probability, critical rainfall of eruption of the debris flows, through the real-time rainfall monitoring or weather forecasting. Based on the torrent classification and hazard zone mapping, combined with rainfall monitoring in the rainy season and real-time forecasting models, the debris flow disaster early-warning system is built. In this system, the GIS technique, the advanced international software and hardware are applied, which makes the system’s performance steady with good expansibility. The system is a visual information system that serves management and decision-making, which can facilitate timely inspect of the variation of the torrent type

This paper investigates an advanced grating-transferring technique combined with geometric phase analysis (GPA) for residual strain evaluation of curved surface.A standard holographic grating is first transferred to a pre-produced epoxy resin film and then consolidated to a test region of curved *** a rubber mold and silicone rubber the deformed grating is replicated to a sheet metal after hole-drilling for release of residual *** that the grating is transferred from the sheet metal to the glass plate,which would be served as an analyzer grating (specimen grating).By GPA the local strain distributions related to the phase difference between the reference grating and analyzer grating for the released stress can be evaluated.A validation test has been conducted on the weld joint of a stainless steel tube and the obtained results demonstrate the ability of the method in measuring the residual strain of curved surface.

Focusing on the banded microstructure formed during the production of 06Ni9 steels for cryo-LNG,this paper examines its formation,distribution of alloying elements,structure,hardness,and low-temperature *** results show that the banded microstructure formed after hot-rolling and cooling of the steel binct in which the element segregation occurred during *** phase change during heat treatment also can cause the formation of the banded microstructure of 06Ni9 *** white bands are mainly composed of ferrite and reversed austenite,and the black bands are mainly composed of reversed austenite and a certain amount of *** segregation and formation of more carbide caused some black regions to *** refinement of 06Ni9steel is beneficial to the formation of reversed austenite,the redistribution of alloying elements,improving the stability of austenite and the low-temperature toughness of *** steel easily undergoes nickel segregation;thus,undergoing a secondary quenching and tempering process is *** refinement of martensite quenching above A c3.the martensite that is rich in nickel and carbon,residual austenite and a few little of ferrite after secondary quenching lower than A c3.are beneficial to the formation of high stability ***,this can meet the strength and toughness requirement of the low temperature 06Ni9 steel.

Electrically Conductive Concrete for Heating Using Steel Bars as Electrodes

The steel bars with good electrical conductivity were used as two kinds of electrodes in the making of carbon fiber（CF） electrically conductive concrete for *** results of the pertinent experiments illustrate the design is *** change in electrical resistivity over three years＇ hydration time was studied when steel bars were used as lateral face electrodes and top bottom surface electrodes *** temperature rise test was conducted to verify the heating properties of two kinds of *** only the study can reduce the CF volume content of electrically conductive concrete for heating to 0.58% or 0.3.% according to different design,but also it will enhance the carrying capacity of the concrete roadway for heating.

Through analysis of the distribution pattern and changing characteristics of atmospheric aerosols over the East Asia region during warm seasons in recent 2. a and beyond as well as their possible interac- tive relationship with a variety of meteorological elements, it is found that the high-value zone of aerosol optical depth derived from the Total Ozone Mapping Spectrometer (TOMS), its significant negative correlation zones in terms of sunshine duration (SD) and surface air temperature (SAT) and its significant positive correlation zones with low-level cloud amount (LCC) are co-located in the South china region during warm periods. Based on this finding, the region is referred to as a "significant impact zone" (SI zone) affected by aerosols. Then, a comparative analysis is made on variation differ- ences of observed SAT, SD and LCC, etc. in different regions. It is also found that the LCC is increased and the SD is decreased within the "SI zone" over eastern china during the warm season. These characteristics are more evident than those beyond the zone, while the warming trend within the zone is evidently weaker than that outside it. Studies show that since recent 2. a, under the influence of aerosols, the LCC tend to increase substantially with a clear decrease of SD and an unnoticeable warming trend within the "SI zone". Comparing with the climate change beyond the zone, the difference is significant. Therefore, the effects of atmospheric aerosols on climate is possibly one of the contri- butions to the difference of climate change existed between the southern and northern parts of the Eastern china during a warm season.

Glacier area changes in the Qangtang Plateau are analyzed during 1970-2.00 using air photos,relevant photogrammetric maps and satellite images based on the multi-temporal grid *** results indicate that the melting of glaciers accelerated,only a few of glaciers in an advancing state during 1970-2.00 in the whole Qangtang ***,the glaciers seemed still more stable in the study area than in most areas of western *** estimate that glacier retreat was likely due to air temperature warming during 1970-2.00 in the Qangtang ***,the functional model of glacier system is applied to study climate sensitivity of glacier area changes,which indicates that glacier lifespan mainly depends on the heating rate,secondly the precipitation,and precipitation increasing can slow down glacier retreat and make glacier lifespan prolonged.

Li-CO_(2.batteries are among the most intriguing techniques for balancing the carbon cycle,but are challenged by the annoyed thermodynamic barrier of the Li_(2.CO_(3.decomposition ***,we demonstrate the electrocatalytic performances of two-dimensional(2.)CoAl-layer double hydroxide(LDH)nanosheets can be significantly improved by trans-dimensional crosslinking with three-dimensional(3.)multilevel nanoporous(MP)-RuCoAl alloy(MP-RuCoAl alloy⊥CoAl-LDH).The MP-RuCoAl alloy⊥CoAl-LDH with multiscale pore channels and abundant nano-heterointerface is directly prepared by controllable etching Al from a Ru-Co-Al master alloy along with simultaneous partial oxidization of Al and Co *** MP-RuCoAl is composed of various intermetallic compounds and Ru with abundant grain boundaries,and forms numerous heterointerface with 2. CoAl-LDH *** multiscale porous metallic network benefits mass and electron transportation as well as discharge product storage and enables a rich multiphase reaction *** situ differential electrochemical mass spectrometry shows that the mass-to-charge ratio in the charging process is~0.73. which is consistent with the theoretical value of 3.4,stating that the reversible co-decomposition of Li_(2.CO_(3.and C can be achieved with the MP-RuCoAl alloy⊥*** Ketjen black(KB)/MP-RuCoAl⊥CoAl-LDH battery demonstrates a high cyclability for over 2.70 h(2.7 cycles)with a lower voltage gap stabilized at~1.3.V at 2.0 mA·g^(−1).Our findings here provide useful guidelines for developing high efficiency transition metal based electrocatalysts by coupling with conductive porous substrate for impelling the development of practical Li-CO_(2.battery systems.

Single walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) were deposited on interdigital electrode (IDE) devices and quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) devices through layer-by-layer self-assembly method to fabricate resistance sensitive and mass sensitive gas sensors, respectively. Their ammonia gas-sensitive characteristics were detected at different temperature. It is revealed that the SWNTs based mass sensitive gas sensor has good sensing properties at room temperature. However, the SWNTs based resistance sensitive gas sensor has irreversible response for ammonia gas. When the temperature increases, the noise of SWNTs based mass sensitive gas sensor increases and the gas sensitive characteristic decreases. Meanwhile, the humidity effect is also discussed. It is important to optimize gas sensor by making it work at an appropriate external environment.

Software structure is the most important factor affecting the quality of a *** evaluation of software structure is a foundational technique for software ***,the traditional evaluation criteria,such as "high cohesion and low coupling",are no longer appropriate for the new web applications,which are designed with a hierarchical framework.A novel approach is proposed in this paper to evaluate software quality based on the interaction and encapsulation of *** particular,two criteria for high quality software,the functional and hierarchical structure,are proposed to support widely used web *** cohesion and coupling and layer matching ratios between methods within a software package are calculated to determine whether the package is well implemented in terms of functional or hierarchical *** approach enables us to quantify the quality of a software system according to the structural types of its *** were carried out on 18 versions of Struts and six open-source software *** evaluation concurs with the intuition that minor upgrades,aimed at fixing bugs and adding minor functionality quickly,reduce software quality,whereas major upgrades,which normally clean up messy code and re-construct the software,improve software quality.
