模型信息联合校正型自抗扰控制策略

为解决微电网受到不确定扰动时,会对直-直变换器输出的电能质量产生严重影响的问题,该文提出一种模型信息联合校正型自抗扰控制技术(ADRC-MIR)。在该控制策略中,首先借助串联超前校正的思想,以比例微分校正环节对线性扩张状态观测器的扰动观测传递函数进行修正,使其可实现对总和扰动更精确的跟踪;然后,根据状态空间平均法从被控系统中提取部分模型信息,将其写入修正后的线性扩张状态观测器的系数矩阵并最终构建出ADRC-MIR;随后基于理论推导,给出改进控制器的参数整定公式及其物理意义,并从噪声抑制、扰动抑制及其频域特性等方面指出改进后的控制器可提升控制品质的原因。最后通过对比不同工况下的数值仿真验证所提控制策略的可行性与正确性。

The authors consider a family of finite-dimensional Lie superalgebras of O-type over an algebraically closed field of characteristic p > 3. It is proved that the Lie superalgebras of ■-type are simple and the spanning sets are determined. Then the spanning sets are employed to characterize the superderivation algebras of these Lie ***, the associative forms are discussed and a comparison is made between these Lie superalgebras and other simple Lie superalgebras of Cartan type.

Autocatalytic strategy for tuning drug release from peptide-drug supramolecular hydrogel

Peptide-drug conjugates(PDCs) composed of peptide, spacer and drug have gained extensive attention in the field of drug delivery owing to its precise control over the drug payload and architecture. However,the achievement of controllable and rapid drug release at targeted site by PDCs is still a great challenge for pharmaceutist. Herein, we introduced the histidine residue into PDCs to generate a supramolecular hydrogel via a p H-trigger strategy, which exhibited an autocatalytic effect to precisely tune drug release from PDCs hydrogel. Using indomethacin(Idm) as model drug, various PDCs(Y(Idm)EEH, Y(Idm)EEK and Y(Idm)EER) were synthesized and their self-assembling properties were investigated in terms of critical aggregation concentration(CAC), transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and rheometer. Introduction of histidine residue into PDCs presented a robust catalytic activity on the ester hydrolysis of p-nitrophenyl acetate in aqueous solution, as well conferred the autocatalytic capacity to hydrolyze the PDCs into active parent drug(Idm). Overall, we reported an autocatalytic activity of histidine residue to precisely tune drug release from PDCs hydrogels.

In this paper,we investigate on the problem of energy-efficient traffic grooming under sliding scheduled traffic model for IP over WDM optical networks,so as to minimize the total energy consumption of the core *** present a two-layer auxiliary graph model and propose a new energyefficient traffic grooming heuristic named Two-Dimension Green Traffic Grooming(TDGTG) algorithm,which takes both space and time factors into consideration for network energy *** compare our proposed TDGTG algorithm with the previous traffic grooming algorithms for scheduled traffic model in terms of total energy consumption and blocking *** simulation results in three typical carrier topologies show the efficiency of our proposed TDGTD algorithm.

目的本研究旨在通过染色体微阵列分析(CMA)探究流产绒毛或胚胎组织中染色体异常的分布,及其与孕周和孕妇年龄的相关性,以评估CMA在自然流产遗传学诊断中的应用价值。方法研究收集了2021年2月至2023年11月南通市妇幼保健院处理的891例流产女性样本,进行染色体微阵列分析和荧光定量PCR(QF-PCR)检测。样本根据CMA结果分为染色体数目异常、致病性拷贝数变异(CNV)、意义不明的变异(VOUS)和未见明显异常四类,比较不同年龄和孕周孕妇的CMA结果。结果 891例流产样本中,366例(41.08%)出现染色体数目异常,54例(6.06%)检出致病性CNV,67例(7.52%)为VOUS。孕早期(1~12周)样本中染色体数目异常比例为46.60%,孕中期(13~27周)降至38.35%,孕晚期(28周以上)的样本中未见染色体数目异常。非整倍体异常,尤其是常染色体三体或单体最多,以16号染色体三体较多见。致病性CNV中约75.93%为非平衡染色体异常。数据还显示孕妇年龄增长与遗传异常风险正相关,40岁以上孕妇遗传异常发生率显著增加。结论 CMA是胎儿流产遗传学诊断的重要工具,能检测染色体数量异常和基因组拷贝数变异,对评估再次怀孕风险提供重要指导。
