Most researches of the threshold pressure gradient in tight gas reservoirs are experimental and mainly focus on the transient pressure response, without paying much attention to the transient rate decline. This paper establishes a dual-porosity rate transient decline model for the horizontal well with consideration of the threshold pressure gradient, which represents the non-Darcy flow in a fracture system. The solution is obtained by employing the Laplace transform and the orthogonal transform. The bi-logarithmic type curves of the dimensionless production rate and derivative are plotted by the Stehfest numerical inversion method. Seven different flow regimes are identified and the effects of the influence factors such as the threshold pressure gradient, the elastic storativity ratio, and the cross flow coefficient are discussed. The presented research could interpret the production behavior more accurately and effectively for tight gas reservoirs.

Background The adverse health effects of lead for children under 6 years are well *** to assess the lead exposure among children in China are small in sample size and lack of national representative *** aim of this study therefore was to describe blood lead levels and identify risk factors for lead exposure among children aged 0 to 6 years living in 16 cities in *** We analyzed data from blood lead levels surveillance in China carried out in 16 large cities between 2004 and 2008.A stratified clustered random sampling strategy was used.A total of 69 968 children aged 0 to 6 years were *** conducted multiple Logistic regression analyses to explore risk factors to high blood lead *** The geometric mean blood lead level of the children was 4.50 μg/dl （median：4.90 μg/dl; IQR：3.20-7.00 μg/dl）.Overall prevalence of blood lead level ≥10.00 μg/dl among 0-to 6-year-old children was 7.57%.But the proportion of blood lead level ≥5.00 but 〈10.00 μg/dl was 42.12%.Blood lead levels were significantly higher in boys （4.63 μg/dl） than in girls （4.35 μg/dl）（P 〈0.0001）.The geometric mean blood lead levels and prevalence of blood lead level ≥10.00 μg/dl increased with age （P 〈0.0001 for the two trends）.After controlling for sociodemographic,dietary and behavior factors,multivariable analysis indicated that lower maternal education,male gender,younger age,often biting pencil or/and toys,walking or playing for long time on the street,not washing hands before eating are major risk factors for higher lead *** The blood lead levels among Chinese children in urban areas are lower than previous studies but close to those of developed ***,children with low lead exposure account for almost half and the sociodemographic factors （age,male sex,and low mother education level） continue to be associated with higher blood lead levels.

BACKGROUND Prealbumin is considered to be a useful indicator of nutritional status. Furthermore, it has been found to be associated with severities and prognosis of a range of diseases. However, limited data on the association of baseline prealbumin level with outcomes of patients with acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI) are *** We analyzed 2313 patients admitted for acute STEMI between October 2013 and December 2020. In-hospital outcomes and mortality during the 49 months(interquartile range: 26–73 months) follow-up period were compared between patients with the low prealbumin level(< 170 mg/L) and those with the high prealbumin level(≥ 170 mg/L).RESULTS A total of 114 patients(4.9%) died during hospitalization. After propensity score matching, patients with the low prealbumin level than those with the high prealbumin level experienced higher incidences of heart failure with Killip class Ⅲ(9.9%vs. 4.4%, P = 0.034), cardiovascular death(8.4% vs. 3.4%, P = 0.035) and the composite of major adverse cardiovascular events(19.2%vs. 10.3%, P = 0.012). Multivariate logistic regression analysis identified that the low prealbumin level(< 170 mg/L) was an independent predictor of in-hospital major adverse cardiovascular events(odds ratio = 1.918, 95% CI: 1.250–2.942, P = 0.003). The cutoff value of prealbumin level for predicting in-hospital death was 170 mg/L(area under the curve = 0.703, 95% CI: 0.651–0.754, P< 0.001;sensitivity = 0.544, specificity = 0.794). However, after multivariate adjustment of possible confounders, baseline prealbumin level(170 mg/L) was no longer independently associated with 49-month cardiovascular death. As an earth-abundant and environmentally friendly material,tin sulfide(SnS)is not only a high-performance photovoltaic material,but also a new promising thermoelectric *** extensive research on the thermoelectric properties of this material in recent years,the room-temperature thermoelectric figure of merit(ZT)of SnS has not been broke through 2[2022 *** Mater.651143].In this work,based on a combination of density functional theory and non-equilibrium Green’s function method,the electronic and thermoelectric properties in SnS-nanoribbon-based heterojunctions are *** results show that although SnS nanoribbons(SNSNRs)with zigzag edges(ZSNSNRs)and armchair edges(ASNSNRs)both have semiconductor properties,the bandgaps of ASNSNRs are much wider than those of ZSNSNRs,which induces much wider conductance gaps of𝑁-ASNSNR(N𝑁is the number of tin-sulfide lines across the ribbon width)).In the positive energy region,the ZT peaks of𝐿L-SNS-Au are much larger than those of𝐿L-SNS-GNR(L𝐿represents the number of longitudinal repeating units of SNSNR in the scattering region).While in the positive energy region,the ZT peaks of𝐿-SNSGNR are larger than those of𝐿-*** calculations reveal that the figure of merit will be over 3.7 in L-SNS-Au and 2.2 in𝐿L-SNS-GNR at room temperature,and over 4 in𝐿L-SNS-Au and 2.6 in𝐿L-SNS-GNR at 500 K.

Background: Obesity is a common public health issue and is currently deemed a disease. Research has shown that the risk of gallstones in individuals with obesity is elevated. This study aimed to explore the bile proteomics differences between cholelithiasis patients with obesity and normal body weight. Methods: Bile samples from 20 patients(10 with obesity and 10 with normal body weight) who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy at our center were subjected to tandem mass tag labeling(TMT) and liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS), followed by further bioinformatic analysis. Results: Among the differentially expressed proteins, 23 were upregulated and 67 were downregulated. Bioinformatic analysis indicated that these differentially expressed proteins were mainly involved in cell development, inflammatory responses, glycerolipid metabolic processes, and protein activation cascades. In addition, the activity of the peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPAR, a subfamily of nuclear receptors) signaling pathway was decreased in the Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes(KEGG) enrichment analysis. Two downregulated proteins in the PPAR signaling pathway, APO A-Ⅰ and APO A-Ⅱ, were confirmed using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Conclusions: The PPAR signaling pathway may play a crucial role in the development of cholelithiasis among patients with obesity. Furthermore, biliary proteomics profiling of gallstones patients with obesity is revealed, providing a reference for future research.
