Spectral Characteristics of White Organic Light-emitting Diodes Based on Novel Phosphorescent Sensitizer

White organic light-emitting diodes were fabricated by using a novel phosphorescence bis（1,2-diphenyl-1H-benzoimidazole）iridium（acetylacetonate）[（pbi）2Ir（acac）] as sensitizer and a fluorescent dye of 4- （dicyanomethylene）-2-t-butyl-6-（1,1,7,7-tetramethyljulolidyl-9-enyl）-4H-pyran （DCJTB） codoped into a carbazole polymer of poly（N-vinylcarbazole）（PVK）. Through characterizing the UV-Vis absorption spectra, the photoluminescence spectra of （pbi）2Ir（acac） and DCJTB, and the electroluminescence spectral properties of the WOLEDs, the energy transfer mechanisms of the codoped polymer system were deduced. The results demonstrate that the luminescent spectra with different intensity of （pbi）2Ir（acac） and DCJTB were co-existent in the EL spectra of the blended system, which is ascribed to an incomplete energy transfer process in the EL process. The efficient Forster and Dexter energy transfer between the host and the guests enabled a strong yellow emission from （pbi）2Ir（acac） and DCJTB, where （pbi）2Ir（acac） plays an important role as a phosphorescent sensitizer for DCJTB. With the blue emitting-layer of N,N＇-diphenyl-N,N＇-bis（1- naphthyl）（1,1＇-biphenyl）-4,4＇-diamine, the codoped system device achieved white emission. The codoped system showed that its Commissions Internationale de 1＇Eclairage coordinates were more independent of the variation of bias voltage than those of phosphorescent doped PVK systems.

AIM： To investigate the effect of 5, 7-dihydroxy-8- nitrochrysin （NOChR） on apoptosis of human gastric carcinoma SGC-7901 cell line.METHODS： SGC-7901 cells were cultured in vitro and the inhibitory effect of NOChR on proliferation of SGC-7901 cells was measured by using an Ml-r assay. NOChR-induced apoptosis rate of SGC-7901 cells was detected using flow cytometry （FCM） with PI staining. DNA ladder bands were observed by DNA agarose gel electrophoresis. The influence of NOChR on the proxisome proliferator-activated receptor-γ （PPARγ）, Bcl-2 and Bax protein expression of SGC-7901 cells was analyzed by Western blot.RESULTS： MIF assay showed that NOChR markedly inhibited proliferation of SGC-7901 cells in a dose- dependent manner, and when ICso was 4.14 μmol/L, the potency of NOChR was 10 times than that of lead compound, chrysin （ChR, IC50 was 40.56 μmol/L）, and was similar to 5-fluorouracil （5-FU, IC50 was 4.51 μmol/L）. FCM with propidium iodide （PI） staining demonstrated that the apoptosis rates of SGC-7901 cells treated with 1.25, 5.00 and 20.00 μmol/L NOChR for 48 h were 9.8% 4- 0.2%, 36.8% 4- 1.9% and 45.5% 4- 3.5%, respectively, and were significantly higher when treated with 5.00 and 20.00 μmol/L NOChR than that with 20.00 μmol/L ChR （12.9% 4- 1.5%）. DNA agarose gel electrophoresis showed that treatment of SGC-7901 cells with 20.00 μmol/L NOChR for 48 h resulted in typical DNA ladder bands of DNA of SGC-7901 cells, which could be eliminated by treating with 10.00 μmol/L GW9662, a blocker of PPARy. Western blot analysis revealed that after 24 h of treatment with 20.00 μmol/L NOChR, PPARgamma and Bax protein expression of SGC-7901 cells increased but Bcl-2 expression decreased; however, pre-incubation with 10.00 μmol/L GW9662 could efficiently antagonize and weaken the regulatory effect of 20.00 μmol/L NOChR on Bax and Bcl-2 protein expression of SGC-7901 cells. CONCLUSION： NOChR induces apoptosis of SGO7901 cell lines by activating PPARy and decreasing rat

AIM： To examine whether and how rosiglitazone enhances apoptosis induced by fluorouracil in human colon cancer （HT-29） cells. METHODS： Human colon cancer HT-29 cells were cultured in vitro and treated with fluorouracil and/or rosiglitazone. Proliferation and growth of HT-29 cells were evaluated by MTF assay and trypan blue exclusion methods, respectively. The apoptosis of HT-29 cells was determined by acridine orange/ethidium bromide staining and flow cytometry using PI fluorescence staining. The expressions of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ （PPARγ）, Bcl-2 and Bax in HT-29 cells were analyzed by Western blot. RESULTS： Although rosiglitazone at the concentration below 30 μmol/L for 72 h exerted almost no inhibitory effect on proliferation and growth of HT-29 cells, it could significantly enhance fluorouracil-induced HT-29 cell proliferation and growth inhibition. Furthermore, 10 μmol/L rosilitazone did not induce apoptosis of HT-29 cells but dramatically enhanced fluorouracil-induced apoptosis of HT-29 cells. However, rosiglitazone did not improve apoptosis induced by fluorouracil in HT-29 cells pretreated with GW9662, a PPARγ antagonist. Meanwhile, the expression of Bax and PPAR7 was upregulated, while the expression of Bcl-2 was down regulated in HT-29 cells treated with rosiglitazone in a time-dependent manner. However, the effect of rosiglitazone on Bcl-2 and Bax was blocked or diminished in the presence of GW9662. CONCLUSION： Rosiglitazone enhances fluorouracilinduced apoptosis of HT-29 cells by activating PPARγ.

The symbolization of land polygon is an important part of cartography. In the mapping of traditional present land-use maps, the symbol of land polygons was usually filled by the method of filling or plotting, but these methods can't solve the spatial conflicts of the symbol. According to the principle of cartography, the rule of how to symbolize the land polygon was summarized, and a new method that can generate and deploy the land symbols was presented. By making use of C# programming language and Arc Engine developing components, the algorithm can generate land symbols presenting triangle and adjust the coordinate of the symbol. Through mapping the present land-use map of Honghe county, this algorithm can reduce 88.84% of the spatial conflicts error rate compared with the traditional methods. It improves the accuracy and efficiency of the map symbolic.

P-and SV-wave dispersion and attenuation have been extensively investigated in saturated poroelastic media with aligned ***,there are few existing models that incorporate the multiple wave attenuation mechanisms from the microscopic scale to the macroscopic ***,in this work,we developed a unified model to incorporate the wave attenuation mechanisms at different scales,which includes the microscopic squirt flow between the microcracks and pores,the mesoscopic wave-induced fluid flow between fractures and background(FB-WIFF),and the macroscopic Biot's global flow and elastic scattering(ES)from the *** tang's modified Biot's theory and the mixed-boundary conditions,we derived the exact frequency-dependent solutions of the scattering problem for a single penny-shaped fracture with oblique incident P-and *** then developed theoretical models for a set of aligned fractures and randomly oriented fractures using the Foldy *** results indicated that microcrack squirt flow considerably influences the dispersion and attenuation of P-and SV-wave *** coupling effects of microcrack squirt flow with the FB-WIFF and ES of fractures cause much higher velocity dispersion and attenuation for P waves than for SV *** oriented fractures substantially reduce the attenuation caused by the FB-WIFF and ES,particularly for the ES attenuation of SV *** a comparison with existing models in the limiting cases and previous experimental measurements,we validated our model.

Entanglement plays a vital role in quantum information *** to its unique material properties,silicon carbide recently emerged as a promising candidate for the scalable implementation of advanced quantum information processing *** date,however,only entanglement of nuclear spins has been reported in silicon carbide,while an entangled photon source,whether it is based on bulk or chip-scale technologies,has remained ***,we report the demonstration of an entangled photon source in an integrated silicon carbide platform for the first ***,strongly correlated photon pairs are efficiently generated at the telecom C-band wavelength through implementing spontaneous four-wave mixing in a compact microring resonator in the 4H-silicon-carbide-on-insulator *** maximum coincidence-to-accidental ratio exceeds 600 at a pump power of 0.17 mW,corresponding to a pair generation rate of(9±1)×10^(3) pairs/***-time entanglement is created and verified for such signal-idler photon pairs,with the two-photon interference fringes exhibiting a visibility larger than 99%.The heralded single-photon properties are also measured,with the heralded g^((2))(0)on the order of 10^(−3),demonstrating the SiC platform as a prospective fully integrated,complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor compatible single-photon source for quantum applications.

Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)combined with liver injury has become a very prominent clinical *** to the lack of a clear definition of liver injury in patients with COVID-19,the different selection of evaluation parameters and statistical time points,there are the conflicting conclusions about the incidence rate in different *** mechanism of COVID-19 combined with liver injury is complicated,including the direct injury of liver cells caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 replication and liver injury caused by cytokines,ischemia and hypoxia,and *** addition,underlying diseases,especially chronic liver disease,can aggravate COVID-19 liver *** the treatment of COVID-19 combined with liver injury,the primary and basic treatment is to treat the etiology and pathogenesis,followed by support,liver protection,and symptomatic treatment according to the clinical classification and severity of liver *** article evaluates the incidence,pathogenesis and prevention and treatment of COVID-19 combined with liver injury,and aims to provide countermeasures for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19 combined with liver injury.

In situ formed Mg(BH_(4))_(2) for improving hydrolysis properties of MgH_(2)

The hydrolysis of MgH_(2) delivers high hydrogen capacity(15.2 wt%),which is very attractive for real-time hydrogen ***,the formation of a surface passivation Mg(OH)_(2) layer and the large excess of H_(2)O required to ensure complete hydrolysis are two key challenges for the MgH_(2) hydrolysis ***,a low-cost method is reported to synthesize MgH_(2)@Mg(BH_(4))_(2) composite via ball-milling MgH_(2) with cheap and widely available B_(2)O_(3)(or B(OH)_(3)).By adding small amounts of B_(2)O_(3),the in-situ formed Mg(BH_(4))_(2) could significantly promote the hydrolysis of MgH_(2).In particular,the MgH_(2)–10 wt%B_(2)O_(3) composite releases 1330.7 mL·g^(−1) H_(2)(close to 80%theoretical hydrogen generation H_(2))in H_(2)O and 1520.4 mL·g^(−1) H_(2)(about 95%)in 0.5 M MgCl_(2) in 60 min at 26℃ with hydrolysis rate of 736.9 mL·g^(−1)·min^(−1) and 960.9 mL·g^(−1)·min^(−1) H_(2) during the first minute of the hydrolysis,*** addition,the MgCl_(2) solution allows repeated use by filtering and exhibits high cycle stability(20 cycles),therefore leading to much reduced capacity loss caused by the excess H_(2)*** show that by introducing B_(2)O_(3) and recycling the 0.5 M MgCl_(2) solution,the system hydrogen capacity can approach 5.9 wt%,providing a promising hydrogen generation scheme to supply hydrogen to the fuel cells.

This paper presents a systematic investigation of the microstructure and magnetocaloric properties of melt-extracted Sm_(20)Gd_(20)Dy_(20)Co_(20)Al_(20)high-entropy *** fabricated wires exhibited an amorphous structure,and the temperature interval of the undercooled liquid AT was 45 *** microwires underwent a second-order magnetic transition from a ferromagnetic to a paramagnetic state near the Curie temperature(T_(C)=52 K),The maximum magnetic entropy change(-ΔS_M^(max)),the relative cooling power and the refrigeration capacity reached 6.34 J·kg^(-1)·K^(-1).422.09 J·kg^(-1)and 332.94 J·kg^(-1),respectively,under a magnetic field change of 5 *** addition,the temperature-averaged entropy changes with two temperature lifts(3 and 10 K)were 6.32 and 6.27 J·kg^(-1)·K^(-1),*** good magnetocalorie performance highlights the significant potential for the Sm_(20)Gd_(20)Dy_(20)Co_(20)Al_(20)microwires to be used as magnetic refrigerant materials in low-temperature region *** work will serve as a valuable reference for future investigations on low-temperature high-entropy magnetocaloric materials.
