BACKGROUND:The molecular mechanism of sepsis-associated acute kidney injury(SA-AKI)is *** analyzed co-differentially expressed genes(co-DEGs)to elucidate the underlying mechanism and intervention targets of ***:The microarray datasets GSE65682,GSE30718,and GSE174220 were downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)*** identified the co-DEGs and constructed a gene co-expression network to screen the hub *** analyzed immune correlations and disease correlations and performed functional annotation of the hub *** also performed single-cell and microenvironment analyses and investigated the enrichment pathways and the main transcription ***,we conducted a correlation analysis to evaluate the role of the hub ***:Interleukin 32(IL32)was identified as the hub gene in SA-AKI,and the main enriched signaling pathways were associated with hemopoiesis,cellular response to cytokine stimulus,inflammatory response,and regulation of kidney ***,IL32 was significantly associated with mortality in SA-AKI ***,macrophages,T cells,and NK cells were closely related to IL32 and were involved in the immune microenvironment in SA-AKI ***32 expression increased significantly in the kidney of septic ***-like receptor 2(TLR2)was significantly and negatively correlated with ***:IL32 is the key gene involved in SA-AKI and is significantly associated with ***2 and relevant immune cells are closely related to key genes.

Color-polarization synergistic target detection method considering shadow interference

Aiming at the problem of shadow interference in UAV's ground reconnaissance,a color and polarization synergistic target detection method is proposed for anti-shadow interference,based on the influence of two physical characteristics(wavelength and polarization)under different illuminations.A valid fusion strategy is proposed via integrating two separate detection results on color and polarization ***,a local enhancement and recognition module(LER)is introduced to boost the *** on our built dataset,experimental results show that our method achieves mAPof 87.76%,and12.37%higher than that of color image and 14.68%higher than that of polarization image.

A Comparative Study on the Post-Buckling Behavior of Reinforced Thermoplastic Pipes(RTPs)Under External Pressure Considering Progressive Failure

三一论是基督教的核心教义与思想之一。清初索隐派传教士马若瑟对三一论的理解,与明末以来有关基督教三一论的论述保持一致,均使用了奥古斯丁三一论传统。但与之前耶稣会士不同的是,马若瑟除了尝试使用三一论思想来重新诠释儒家经典之外,尤其关注道家经典。马若瑟还以西方基督教三一论来对宋明理学的核心概念进行批判与改造。在翻译与诠释之时,马若瑟注重进行中西经典互证,从而在恢复经典原义的基础上尝试新的诠释。马若瑟索隐式的解经方式可被视作基督教本土化的一种方式,有助于汉语基督教神学之构建。

先秦儒家经典中具有宗教特征的“天”“上帝”成为晚明儒耶对话的基础。儒家对“天”的理解在不同时期有所不同。先秦时期的“对越”“临格”“昭事”“事天”等均具有比较强的宗教性特征,但在宋儒那里,对天的宗教性解释就比较弱。迨至晚明,随着天主教的进入,士大夫开始恢复或强化儒家的宗教性,突出天的赏罚功能,传教士则将儒家的天等同于天主。在“敬天”的共同主旨之下,“一天各表”,东西之间、儒耶之间展开了交流与对话。儒家经典在诠释方面所存在的含混性、多元性与开放性,为儒耶对话提供了条件,但随着礼仪之争的展开,此种诠释不复存在。“一天各表”所体现的明清儒耶对话,为今天思考基督教中国化以及文明互鉴提供了有益参考。

Odorant receptor orthologues from moths display conserved responses to cis-jasmone

In insects,the odorant receptor(OR)multigene family evolves by the birth-and-death evolutionary model,according to which the OR repertoire of each species has undergone specific gene gains and losses depending on their chemical environment,resulting in taxon-specific OR lineage radiations with different sizes in the phylogenetic *** the general divergence in the gene family across different insect orders,the ORs in moths seem to be genetically conserved across species,clustered into 23 major clades containing multiple orthologous groups with single-copy gene from each *** hypothesized that ORs in these orthologous groups are tuned to ecologically important compounds and functionally ***-Jasmone is one of the compounds that not only primes the plant defense of neighboring receiver plants,but also functions as a behavior regulator to various *** test our hypothesis,using Xenopus oocyte recordings,we functionally assayed the orthologues of BmorOR56,which has been characterized as a specific receptor for *** results showed highly conserved response specificity of the BmorOR56 orthologues,with all receptors within this group exclusively responding to *** is supported by the dN/dS analysis,showing that strong purifying selection is acting on this ***,molecular docking showed that the ligand binding pockets of BmorOR56 orthologues to cis-jasmone are *** together,our results suggest the high conservation of OR for ecologically important compounds across heterocera.

Unusual photocarrier and coherent phonon dynamics behaviors of layered PdSe_(2)unveiled by ultrafast spectroscopy of the edge surface

Layered materials exhibit different electronic and phonon properties along in-plane and out-of-plane directions;existing studies focus on their in-plane behaviors,and the influence of such anisotropies on the dynamics of photocarriers and phonons is ***,we fabricate layered PdSe_(2)crystals with flat edge surfaces and compare the time-resolved ultrafast spectroscopies on their basal and edge *** differences in the transient reflection spectroscopies reveal the inconsistent photocarrier and phonon dynamics behaviors on the two surfaces:the slow hot carrier relaxation process is accelerated and the thermoelasticity-induced longitudinal coherent acoustic phonon oscillation completely vanishes on the edge surface,as compared with the basal *** analysis reveals that the inconsistent hot carrier dynamics originate from the anisotropic properties of low-energy phonons in PdSe_(2),and the absence of phonon oscillation on the edge surface results from the wavevector-limited sensitivity of acoustic B_(1u)***,polarization-dependent spectroscopies indicate the diverse optical anisotropies beyond the in-plane of PdSe_(2).This work provides a new method to explore unique physical properties and modulate the optical anisotropy of layered materials.

The coastal wetlands of the Yellow River Delta(YRD)in China are crucial for their valuable resources,environmental significance,and economic ***,these wetlands are also vulnerable to the dual threats of climate change and human *** substantial attention to the historical shifts in YRD's coastal wetlands,uncertainties remain regarding their future trajectory in the face of compound risks from climate change and anthropogenic *** on a range of remote sensing data sources,this study undertakes a comprehensive investigation into the evolution of YRD's coastal wetlands between 2000 and ***,the potential fate of coastal wetlands is thoroughly analyzed through the Land Use/Cover Change(LUCC)simulation using System Dynamic-Future Land Use Simulation(SD-FLUS)model and the extreme water levels projection integrated future sea-level rise,storm surge,and astronomical high tide in 2030,2050,and 2100 under scenarios of SSP1-2.6,SSP2-4.5,and *** revealed that YRD's coastal wetlands underwent a marked reduction,shrinking by 1688.72 km²from 2000 to *** decline was mostly attributed to the substantial expansion in the areas of artificial wetlands(increasing by 823.78 km2),construction land(increasing by 767.71 km²),and shallow water(increasing by 274.58 km²).Looking ahead to 2030-2100,the fate of coastal wetlands appears to diverge based on different *** the SSP1-2.6 scenario,the area of coastal wetland is projected to experience considerable *** contrast,the SSP5-8.5 scenario anticipates a notable decrease in coastal *** to the inundated area suffered from the current extreme water levels,the study projects a decrease of 6.8%-10.6%in submerged coastal wetlands by 2030 and 9.4%-18.2%by 2050 across all *** 2100,these percentages are projected to decrease by 0.4%(SSP2-4.5)and 27.1%(SSP5-8.5),but increase by 35.7%(SSP1-2.6).Results suggest that coastal wetlands in th

High-resolution neutronics model for ^(238)Pu production in high-flux reactors

We proposed and compared three methods(filter burnup,single energy burnup,and burnup extremum analysis)to build a high-resolution neutronics model for 238Pu production in high-flux *** filter burnup and single energy burnup methods have no theoretical approximation and can achieve a spectrum resolution of up to~1 eV,thereby constructing the importance curve and yield curve of the full energy *** burnup extreme analysis method combines the importance and yield curves to consider the influence of irradiation time on production efficiency,thereby constructing extreme *** three curves,which quantify the transmutation rate of the nuclei in each energy region,are of physical significance because they have similar distributions.A high-resolution neutronics model for ^(238)Pu production was established based on these three curves,and its universality and feasibility were *** neutronics model can guide the neutron spectrum optimization and improve the yield of ^(238)Pu by up to 18.81%.The neutronics model revealed the law of nuclei transmutation in all energy regions with high spectrum resolution,thus providing theoretical support for high-flux reactor design and irradiation production of ^(238)Pu.

Yiwei xiaoyu granules for treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with deficiency syndrome of the spleen and stomach
