Reaction of C-60 with DL-valine and cyclohexanone in refluxing chlorobenzene under N-2 yields three [60]fulleropyrrolidine derivatives (mono-, bis- and triadduct) which are characterised on the basis of spectroscopies and cyclic voltammetry. It is found that the ratio of the three products greatly depends on the reaction conditions.

In the present work,a numerical investigation on the coaxial shallow borehole heat exchanger based on Com-putational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)technique in Hefei city of China has been *** effects of design parameters,including inlet flow rate,inlet fluid temperature,inner pipe material and outer pipe diameter,on the heat transfer performance were systematically ***,the thermal behavior along the pipe has been carefully examined with focus on the thermal short-circuiting *** the fluid inlet velocity is less than the critical value,the turbulence intensity increases and the Nusselt number increases with the inlet flow rate ***,there is sufficient time for heat transfer between the fluid in inner pipe and outer pipe because of low flow rates,leading to large heat loss,i.e.,thermal short-circuiting *** is found that with the inlet flow rate increasing,the heat transfer increases first and then decreases,and the rate of reduction slows down *** the inlet flow rate increases,the pumping power undergoes exponential *** the inlet temperature increasing,the heat transfer decreases almost ***,when the soil temperature at the top of the casing is lower than that of the fluid in the casing,heat is transferred from the fluid in the casing to the soil,and the heat loss increases with the increase of the inlet fluid *** material of inner pipe with high heat conductivity would result in large heat loss under the influence of thermal *** heat load increases while the pumping power required decreases with the increasing of outer pipe *** study is very beneficial for the coaxial shallow borehole exchanger designs and energy conservation of buildings.

Objective The East Tianshan mafic-ultramafic rocks belt mainly produced in the eastern Jueluotage belt is an important part of the Central Asia Orogenic Belt （CAOB）. The well- known deposits including Huangshan, Huangshandong, Tulaergen, Hulu, Xiangshan were have been consecutively discovered in this belt （Duan Xingxing et al., 2016）. The new discovery of the Lubei Cu-Ni sulfide deposit in recent years, which locates in the west of Jueluotage belt, has great significance to the westward extension of the East Tianshan Cu-Ni metallogenic belt. To determine whether the mineralization age of the Lubei Cu-Ni sulfide deposit is consistent with other typical deposits, this study conducted zircon U-Pb geochronology on the diorite from the Lubei Cu-Ni sulfide deposit in order to provide new information for further exploring direction of Cu-Ni prospecting in East Tianshan.

BACKGROUND Acute pancreatitis(AP)encompasses a spectrum of pancreatic inflammatory conditions,ranging from mild inflammation to severe pancreatic necrosis and multisystem organ *** the challenges associated with obtaining human pancreatic samples,research on AP predominantly relies on animal *** this study,we aimed to elucidate the fundamental molecular mechanisms underlying AP using various AP *** To investigate the shared molecular changes underlying the development of AP across varying severity *** AP was induced in animal models through treatment with caerulein alone or in combination with lipopolysaccharide(LPS).Additionally,using Ptf1αto drive the specific expression of the hM3 promoter in pancreatic acinar cells transgenic C57BL/6J-hM3/Ptf1α(cre)mice were administered Clozapine N-oxide to induce ***,we conducted RNA sequencing of pancreatic tissues and validated the expression of significantly different genes using the Gene Expression Omnibus(GEO)*** Caerulein-induced AP showed severe inflammation and edema,which were exacerbated when combined with LPS and accompanied by partial pancreatic tissue *** with the control group,RNA sequencing analysis revealed 880 significantly differentially expressed genes in the caerulein model and 885 in the caerulein combined with the LPS *** Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes enrichment analysis and Gene Set Enrichment Analysis indicated substantial enrichment of the TLR and NOD-like receptor signaling pathway,TLR signaling pathway,and NF-κB signaling pathway,alongside elevated levels of apoptosis-related pathways,such as apoptosis,P53 pathway,and phagosome *** significantly elevated genes in the TLR and NOD-like receptor signaling pathways,as well as in the apoptosis pathway,were validated through quantitative real-time PCR experiments in animal *** from the GEO database revealed that only MYD88 concurred in both mouse panc

Aims Field and common garden comparisons are commonly performed to test the rapid evolution of increased vigor in introduced plant *** dines in phenotypic traits can obscure such evolutionary inferences,particularly when native or introduced populations are distributed across large geographic *** tested whether the latitudinal dines influence comparisons between introduced and native populations of Senecio *** Senecio vulgaris is native to Europe but has been introduced in northeastern and southwestern *** evaluate the performance in terms of growth and reproduction between native European populations and introduced Chinese populations,we compared plant height,number of branches and number of capitula in field populations in native and introduced ranges and in a common garden in *** Findings The introduced Chinese populations performed better than the native European populations in the field in terms of plant height and number of capitula,which was consistent with the prediction of the evolution of the increased competitive ability(EICA)*** Chinese populations produced more capitula than the European populations when the latitudinal cline was considered in the common garden *** we compared the traits of the northeastern Chinese,southwestern Chinese and European populations in both the field and common garden,the northeastern Chinese populations,at latitudes similar to those of the European populations,exhibited greater plant size and more capitula than the European populations in both the field and common ***,the southwestern Chinese populations,at latitudes much lower than those of the European populations,did not perform better than the native populations in terms of *** conclusion,our results suggest that latitudinal dines in phenotypic traits should be considered in field and common garden comparisons when introduced populations are geographically structur

低温度场广泛存在于生物医疗、低温加工等过程中,热传导和传质等导致系统存在滞后特性。针对低温度场调控系统中时滞特性导致的系统超调、振荡等问题,在Smith预估结合PID控制基础上,引入了BP神经网络,实现了控制器增益的自适应调整。针对传统神经网络学习算法增益调整速度慢、结果不稳定等问题,在充分考虑系统的动态模型下,提出了基于遗传算法的神经网络权值优化方法,实现了控制器增益的快速稳定调整。系统仿真结果表明,较PID-Smith控制、NNPID-Smith控制等,在低温度场时滞系统调控中超调较小,调整时间短,有效改善了低温度场调控过程中的系统稳定性。

The Qiwu Mine is located in the Ten Xian coal field of Shandong *** experienced repeated volcanic activity,after the coal beds formed,where magma intrusion was significant The effect of coal reservoir porosity after magma intrusion was studied by analysis of regional and mine structure and magmatic *** methods including maceral measurement under the microscope and mercury porosimetry were used for testing the pore *** authors believe that magma intrusion into low-rank bituminous coal causes reservoir porosity to gradually increase：the closer to the magmatic rock a sample is,the less the *** pore size distribution also *** the natural coal bed the pore size is mainly in the transitive and middle pore ***,the coal changes to anthracite next to the magmatic rock and larger pores *** magma thermal evolution caused coal close to magmatic rock to be roasted,which reduced the volatile matter,developed larger holes,and destroyed plant tissue *** primary reason for a porosity decrease in the vicinity of magmatic rock is that Bituminite resulting from the roasting fills the holes that were present initially.

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of coiling dragon needling plus chin tuck against resistance(CTAR)training for post-stroke deglutition disorders and its impact on surface ***:A total of 100 patients with post-stroke deglutition disorders were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each *** groups received the same CTAR training,and the observation group was treated with additional coiling dragon *** groups were treated for 2 *** clinical efficacy,swallowing function,average value of the maximum amplitude of surface electromyography,quality of life,and the difference in adverse reactions were compared between the two ***:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(Plitude of surface electromyography in the relaxed state,dry swallowing state,and the state of swallowing water,and the swallowing quality of life questionnaire(SWAL-QOL)score were all significantly higher than those before treatment in the two groups(Plitude of surface electromyography in the relaxed state,dry swallowing state,and the state of swallowing water,and the SWAL-QOL score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion:Compared to CTAR treatment alone,coiling dragon needling plus CTAR treatment can enhance the clinical efficacy in treating patients with
