Highly Thermoconductive,Strong Graphene‑Based Composite Films by Eliminating Nanosheets Wrinkles

Graphene-based thermally conductive composites have been proposed as effective thermal management materials for cooling high-power electronic ***,when flexible graphene nanosheets are assembled into macroscopic thermally conductive composites,capillary forces induce shrinkage of graphene nanosheets to form wrinkles during solution-based spontaneous drying,which greatly reduces the thermal conductivity of the ***,graphene nanosheets/aramid nanofiber(GNS/ANF)composite films with high thermal conductivity were prepared by in-plane stretching of GNS/ANF composite hydrogel networks with hydrogen bonds andπ-π*** in-plane mechanical stretching eliminates graphene nanosheets wrinkles by suppressing inward shrinkage due to capillary forces during drying and achieves a high in-plane orientation of graphene nanosheets,thereby creating a fast in-plane heat transfer *** composite films(GNS/ANF-60 wt%)with eliminated graphene nanosheets wrinkles showed a significant increase in thermal conductivity(146 W m^(−1)K^(−1))and tensile strength(207 MPa).The combination of these excellent properties enables the GNS/ANF composite films to be effectively used for cooling flexible LED chips and smartphones,showing promising applications in the thermal management of high-power electronic devices.

Online estimation and characteristic analysis of double nugget diameters during aluminum/steel resistance spot welding process

Online estimation of the double nugget diameters was performed by means of a back propagation neural *** double nugget diameters were obtained using actual welding experiment and numerical simulation,according to different characteristics of aluminum nugget and steel *** input of the neural network was some key characteristic parameters extracted from dynamic power signal,which were peak point,knee point and their variation rate over time,as well as heat energy delivered into the welding *** architecture of the neural network was confirmed by confirming the number of neurons in hidden layer through a series of *** key parameters of the neural network were obtained by means of training 81 arrays of data ***,the neural network was used to test the remaining 20 arrays of verifying data set,and the results showed that both of the mean errors for the two nugget diameters were below 3%.In addition,corresponding analyses showed that the accuracy of two nugget diameters was higher than that of tensile-shear strength.

Core shift limitation in investment casting process of hollow turbine blade

The deviation in wall thickness caused by core shift during the investment casting process significantly impacts the strength and service life of hollow turbine *** address this issue,a core shift limitation method is developed in this ***,a shift model is established based on computational fluid dynamics and motion simulation to predict the movement of the ceramic core in investment casting ***,utilizing this model,an optimization method for fixturing layout inside the refractory ceramic shell is devised for the ceramic *** casting experiment demonstrates that by utilizing the optimized fixture layout,not only can core shift during the investment casting pouring process be effectively controlled,but also the maximum wall thickness error of the blade can be reduced by 42.02%.In addition,the core shift prediction is also validated,with a prediction error of less than 26.9%.

Ginsenoside Rd Induces Differentiation of Myeloid Leukemia Cells via Regulating ERK/GSK-3βSignaling Pathway

Objective To investigate the role of ginsenoside Rd(GRd)in acute myeloid leukemia(AML)cell *** AML cells were treated with GRd(25,50,100 and 200µg/mL),retinoic acid(RA,0.1g/L)and PD98059(20 mg/mL)for 72 h,cell survival was detected by methylthiazolyldiphenyl-tetrazolium bromide and colony formation assays,and cell cycle was detected by flow *** morphology and differentiation were observed by Wright-Giemsa staining,peroxidase chemical staining and cellular immunochemistry assay,*** protein expression levels of GATA binding protein 1(GATA-1),purine rich Box-1(PU.1),phosphorylated-extracellular signal-related kinase(p-ERK),ERK,phosphorylated-glycogen synthase kinase-3β(p-GSK3β),GSK3βand signal transducer and activator of transcription 1(STAT1)were detected by Western ***-six mice were randomly divided into 3 groups using a random number table:model control group(non-treated),GRd group[treated with 200 mg/(kg·d)GRd]and homoharringtonine(HTT)group[treated with 1 mg/(kg·d)HTT].A tumor-bearing nude mouse model was established,and tumor weight and volume were *** of subcutaneous tumor tissue were observed after hematoxylin and eosin ***1 and GATA-1 expressions were detected by immunohistochemical *** The cell survival was inhibited by GRd in a dose-dependent manner and GRd caused G0/G1 cell arrest(p<0.05).GRd treatment induced leukemia cell differentiation,showing increased expressions of peroxidase and specific proteins concerning erythrogenic or granulocytic differentiation(p<0.05).GRd treatment elicited upregulation of p-ERK,p-GSK-3βand STAT1 expressions in cells,and reversed the effects of PD98059 on inhibiting the expressions of peroxidase,GATA-1 and PU.1(P<0.05).After GRd treatment,tumor weight and volume of mice were decreased,and tumor cells underwent massive apoptosis and necrosis(P<0.05).WT1 level was decreased,and GATA-1 level was significantly increased in subcutaneous tumor ti

A high-entropy-designed cathode with V5+-V2+ multi-redox for high energy density sodium-ion batteries

Na3V2（PO4）3（NVP） is gifted with fast Na+conductive NASICON *** it still suffers from low electronic conductivity and inadequate energy ***,a high-entropy modification strategy is realized by doping V3+site with Ga3+/Cr3+/Al3+/Fe3+/In3+simultaneously(***3V2-x（GaCrAlFeIn）x（PO4）3;x=0,0.04,0.06,and 0.08) to stimulate the V5+■V2+reversible multi-electron *** configuration high-entropy can effectively suppress the structural collapse,enhance the redox reversibility in high working voltage（4.0 V）,and optimize the electronic induced *** in-situ X-ray powder diffraction and in-situ electrochemical impedance spectroscopy tests efficaciously confirm the robust structu ral recovery and far lower polarization throughout an entire charge-discharge cycle during 1.6-4.3 V,***,the density functional theory calculations clarify the stronger metallicity of high-entropy electrode than the bare that is derived from the more mobile free electrons surrounding the vicinity of Fermi *** grace of high-entropy design and multi-electron transfer reactions,the optimal Na3V1.7（GaCrAlFeIn）0.06（PO4）3can exhibit perfect cycling/rate performances(90.97%@5000 cycles@30 C;112 mA h g-1@10 C and 109 mA h g-1@30 C,2.0-4.3 V).Furthermore,it can supply ultra-high185 mA h g-1capacity with fa ntastic energy density(522 W h kg-1) in half-cells（1.4-4.3 V）,and competitive capacity(121 mA h g-1) as well as energy density(402 W h kg-1) in full-cells（1.6-4.1 V）,demonstrating enormous application potential for sodium-ion batteries.

Printing techniques hold great potential in the manufacture of electronics such as sensors,micro-supercapacitors,and flexible ***,developing large-scale functional conductive inks with appropriate rheological properties and active components still remains a ***,through optimizing the formulations of ink,iron single sites supported N-doped carbon black(Fe_(1)-NC)inks can serve as both conductive electrodes and high-reactive catalysts to realize convenient glucose detection,which pronouncedly reduces the dosage of enzyme and simplifies the sensors *** detail,utilizing in-situ pyrolysis method,Fe_(1)-NC single-atom catalysts(SACs)are prepared in bulk(dekagram-level).The batched Fe_(1)-NC SACs materials can be uniformly mixed with modulated ink to realize the screen printing with high resolution and ***,the whole scalable preparation and ink-functional process can be extended to various metals(including Co,Ni,Cu,and Mn).The introduction of highly active Fe_(1)-NC sites reduces the amount of enzyme used in glucose detection by at least 50%,contributing to the cost reduction of *** strategy in harnessing the SACs onto the carbon inks thus provides a broad prospect for the low-cost and large-scale printing of sensitive sensing devices.

Anthocyanins are secondary metabolites induced by environmental stimuli and developmental *** positive regulators of anthocyanin biosynthesis have been reported,whereas the anthocyanin repressors have been *** the signal transduction pathways of gibberellin(GA)and jasmonic acid(JA)and their regulation of anthocyanin biosynthesis have been investigated,the cross-talk between GA and JA and the antagonistic mechanism of regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis remain to be *** this study,we identified the anthocyanin repressor MdbHLH162 in apple and revealed its molecular mechanism of regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis by integrating the GA and JA ***162 exerted passive repression by interacting with MdbHLH3 and MdbHLH33,which are two recognized positive regulators of anthocyanin ***162 negatively regulated anthocyanin biosynthesis by disrupting the formation of the anthocyanin-activated MdMYB1-MdbHLH3/33complexes and weakening transcriptional activation of the anthocyanin biosynthetic genes MdDFR and MdUF3GT by MdbHLH3 and *** GA repressor MdRGL2a antagonized MdbHLH162-mediated inhibition of anthocyanins by sequestering MdbHLH162 from the MdbHLH162-MdbHLH3/33 *** JA repressors MdJAZ1 and MdJAZ2 interfered with the antagonistic regulation of MdbHLH162 by MdRGL2a by titrating the formation of the MdRGL2a-MdbHLH162 *** findings reveal that MdbHLH162 integrates the GA and JA signals to negatively regulate anthocyanin *** study provides new information for discovering more anthocyanin biosynthesis repressors and explores the cross-talk between hormone signals.
