Effect of hydraulic fracturing induced stress field on weak surface activation during unconventional reservoir development

Unconventional reservoirs usually contain many weak surfaces such as faults,laminae and natural fractures,and effective activation and utilization of these weak surfaces in reservoirs can significantly improve the extraction *** hydraulic fracturing,when the artificial fracture approaches the natural fracture,the natural fracture would be influenced by both the original in-situ stress field and the hydraulic fracturing-induced stress *** this paper,the hydraulic fracturing-induced stress field is calculated based on the relative position of hydraulic fracture and natural fracture,the original in-situ stress,the net pressure inside the hydraulic fracture and the pore pressure of the ***,the stability model of the natural fracture is established by combining the Mohr-Coulomb rupture criterion,and extensive parametric studies are conducted to explore the impact of each parameter on the stability of the natural *** validity of the proposed model is verified by comparing with the reservoir characteristics and fracturing process of the X-well 150e155 formation in the Songliao *** is found that the stress field induced by the hydraulic fracture inhibits the activation of the natural fracture after the artificial fracture crossed the natural ***,for similar reservoirs as X-well 150e155,it is suggested to connect natural fractures with hydraulic fractures first and then activate natural fractures which can effectively utilize the natural fractures and form a complex fracture network.

NiO nanoparticles-decorated ZnO hierarchical structures for isopropanol gas sensing

In this paper,a three-dimensional(3D)hierar-chical ZnO structure consisting of nanosheets modified with ultrafine NiO particles was synthesized via a facile two-step chemical precipitate *** techniques characterized the as-synthesized ZnO/NiO composites and pure *** p-NiO/n-ZnO junctions formed between adjacent ZnO and NiO nanoparticles,improving the gas sensing *** ZnO/NiO composite with the Ni:Zn atomic ratio of 7.42:100 exhibited the best iso-propanol sensing *** to pure ZnO,it showed high selectivity and sensitivity(R_(a)/R_(g)=221.3 toward 400×10^(-6)isopropanol),fast response rate(less than 10 s),short recovery time,and simultaneously low operating ***,the ZnO/NiO composite exhibited a wide sensing range(1×10^(-6)-1000×10^(-6))to isopropanol and processed good long-term *** experimental results suggested the potential application in fabricating efficient isopropanol sensors using this ZnO/NiO *** enhanced isopropanol sensing mech-anism is also discussed in charge transfer between heterojunctions,surface area,and surface defects.

Simulation of the dynamic disturbance characteristics of the soft sediment in the Diexi ancient dammed lake,China

In an earlier study of the Diexi ancient dammed lake along the Minjiang River in Southwest China,10 disturbed layers with envelope and flame structures were found in more than 240 m of lacustrine *** this paper,the soft-sediment disturbances caused by earthquakes in the Diexi ancient dammed lake were studied based on field investigations and laboratory core observations.A two-to three-degree-of-freedom spring-type earthquake simulation vibration table was used to carry out disturbance tests on lacustrine sediments under different dynamic *** results support the following conclusions:(1)The disturbance layers in the lacustrine sediments were caused by strong earthquakes in the region.(2)The characteristics of the disturbance layers are related to the seismic parameters and the degree of sediment consolidation.(3)The greater the earthquake intensity is,the greater the disturbance amplitude is;moreover,the lower the consolidation degree is,the greater the disturbance amplitude.(4)The simulation tests verify that the disturbance layers in the sediments of the Diexi ancient dammed lake correspond to strong earthquakes in the *** results are valuable for ongoing palaeoseismic research in the region.

旅游地多元利益主体和谐共生对目的地旅游可持续发展至关重要。文章基于共生理论对国内外旅游地多元利益主体共生的概念与要素、评价指标与测度方法、影响因素与优化路径进行梳理与总结。结果表明:目前旅游地多元利益主体共生的概念尚未有明确表述,但总体上对利益相关者的确定具有较强的一致性。评价指标方面主要从利益诉求、影响因素和矛盾冲突类型来划分,研究方法主要以定性为主,定量逐渐增多。多元利益主体共生水平受到利益主体的认知因素、教育水平、信任合作、权力关系和政策等内外部因素的共同作用。最后从协调共生单元、优化共生模式、畅通共生环境三个方面提出优化路径。未来研究应着重探讨利益主体之间的共生关系,揭示多元利益主体共生冲突与合作的本质,增强利益主体之间的互动与协同,助力旅游业可持续发展。

It is well-known that amphiphilic star-shaped copolymers can self-assemble in selective solvents to form complicated micellar constructs as a synergistic result of both the topological constraints and relative volume fractions of the *** the association phenomena of amphiphilic stars have been observed in nonselective solvents,both the structural detail and formation mechanism of these associates are not clear ***,these experimental observations are controversial with respect to molecularly dispersed starlike copolymers in nonselective solvents as is popularly *** clarify these issues,we have synthesized a series of polyoxometalate-based polystyrene-poly(ethylene glycol)(PS-PEG)miktoarm star supramolecular copolymers(SEW-1–5)by coupling a Keggin-type polyoxometalate of K4[α-SiW12O40]with 1,2,3-triazolium bridged block copolymers of-PSn-b+-PEGmI-(n=17,26,39,57,81;m=45)through ionic exchange reactions,*** imaging,contact angle and 1H NMR studies reveal that SEW-2–5 self-assemble in chloroform,THF,and toluene to create micellelike aggregates ranging from cylinder to sphere with a PS corona and a PEG core,while for SEW-1,reverse bilayers are captured with a PEG corona and a PS *** these aggregates,the Keggin clusters of[α-SiW12O40]4-localize at the core-corona interfaces between PS and *** terms of solvent quality,chloroform,THF,and toluene are only slightly poorer for PEG than that for PS with a relative order of chloroform

The wetting behavior of dust by droplets is investigated by experiments and numerical simulation *** observation reveals that the surface of a coal slice is hydrophilic in nature,while surfaces of coal dust stacks are *** show that water droplets settle on these surfaces following the Cassie-Baxter wetting model,as supported by theoretical,numerical analyses and experimental observations,*** droplets only wet the first layer of coal *** numerical simulation results also show that a water droplet could not enclose any coal dust inside it and many coal dust particles are adhered with a hexagonal close packing on a large water *** on these results,we conclude that the surface area of water droplets is an important factor on their wetting and capturing coal dust,and producing smaller water droplets can improve the efficiency of settling dust.

Segmental small bowel necrosis associated with antiphospholipid syndrome:A case report

Antiphospholipid syndrome is a multi-system disease characterized by the formation of thromboembolic complications and/or pregnancy morbidity, and with persistently increased titers of antiphospholipid antibodies. We report the case of a 50-year-old, previously healthy man who presented with fever and new-onset, dull abdominal pain. A contrast-enhanced computed tomography scan showed segmental small bowel obstruction, for which an emergency laparotomy was performed. Histopathologic examination of resected tissues revealed multiple intestinal and mesenteric thromboses of small vessels. Laboratory tests for serum antiphospholipid(anticardiolipin Ig M) and anti-β2-glycoprotein I antibodies were positive. Despite proactive implementation of anticoagulation, steroid, and antibiotic therapies, the patient's condition rapidly deteriorated, and he died 22 d after admission. This case highlights that antiphospholipid syndrome should be suspected in patients with unexplainable ischemic bowel and intestinal necrosis presenting with insidious clinical features that may be secondary to the disease, as early diagnosis is critical to implement timely treatments in order to ameliorate the disease course.

为研究滚动轴承径向游隙对支承不同心柔性转子系统动力学响应的影响规律,针对涡轴发动机的动力涡轮转子设计了动力相似柔性转子试验器。调节前后轴承座水平偏心距离,直至转子响应中出现较明显的2倍频;各支点依次更换为不同径向游隙的滚动轴承并开展不平衡响应试验;对比不同径向游隙、不同测点响应中基频、2倍频幅值变化规律,基于控制变量法利用柔性转子试验器开展了一系列试验研究,分析不同支点处滚动轴承径向游隙对转子振动响应的影响规律和机理。结果表明:在试验中观察到“频率锁定”现象,以及由其导致的转子共振;合适的滚动轴承径向游隙组合可大幅降低转子系统振动,最大减振幅度可达85%;径向游隙的减振机理为补偿支承不同心引起的附加不平衡力、力矩,但不同轴向位置处轴承对二者的补偿效果不同,导致减振效果不同。研究结论对航空发动机整机振动控制具有重要的工程应用价值。

Advances in the use of the RNA interference technique in Hemiptera

RNA interference （RNAi） suppresses the expression of target genes by post- transcriptional regulation. Because double-stranded RNA （dsRNA） mediated gene silenc- ing is a conserved mechanism in many eukaryotes, RNAi has become a valuable tool for unveiling gene function in many model insects. Recent research has also shown that RNAi can also be effective in the downregulation of target genes in Hemiptera. In this review, we discuss the use of the RNAi technique in gene functional analysis in hemipterans, highlighting the methods of dsRNA uptake by these insects and discuss the knock-down efficiency of these techniques. Although the RNAi technique has disadvantages, our pri- mary goal here is to determine whether it can be exploited further in the discovery of new ~ene functions, and as a oest control strategy, in some important HemiDteran oests.
