The design of the catalyst layer(CL)offers a feasible way to realize the commercialization of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs).An in-depth understanding of catalyst inks is critical to achieving the optimal CL structure and cell *** this work,the effects of the solvent evaporation process during ink drying on the formation of the CL microstructure are particularly considered to reveal the structure-property correlations among the catalyst ink,drying process,CL microstructure and fuel cell *** increase in the alcohol content of the catalyst ink increases the amount of free ionomers while allowing the ionomer backbone to be more stretched in the dispersion *** higher alcohol content contributes to rapid solvent evaporation and thus inhibits the formation of coffee rings;as a result,a more developed ionomer network with a denser pore structure is ***,the alcohol-rich electrode exhibits better proton conduction capability,but higher oxygen transport *** complex fuel cell operating conditions,a catalyst ink formulation with 50 wt%alcohol content is preferred due to its proper ionomer and pore size distribution,providing satisfactory fuel cell performance.

Overexpression of p28/gankyrin in human hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance

AIM: To investigate the expression of p28/gankyringene and its role in the carcinogenetic process of humanhepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).METHODS: 64 specimens of HCC and para-carcinomatissues, 22 specimens of non-tumor liver tissues (7normal, 15 cirrhosis), 10 specimens of normal humantissues and 5 hepatoma cell lines were studied for theexpression of p28/gankyrin by Northern blot. Theexpression of p28/gankyrin protein was detectedimmunohistochemically by using the specificpolyclonal antibody. RESULTS: Northern blot analysis indicated that theexpression of p28/gankyrin mRNA was intensivelydistributed in brain and heart, weakly in lung, spleenand muscle, undetectable in digestive system includingliver, pancreas, stomach, small and large intestines.p28/gankyrin mRNA was absent in normal liver, weaklydetected in liver cirrhosis and in 18 of 64 para-carcinoma liver tissues. In contrast, the expression ofp28/gankyrin mRNA was intensively detected in ali 5hepatoma cell lines tested, markedly increased in 57of 64 and moderately increased in 5 of 64 HCC *** comparison with liver cirrhosis and para-carcinomaliver tissues, the average expression of p28/gankyrin mRNA in HCC was increased 3.6- (2.901+0.507 vs 0.805 + 0.252, P＜0.05) and 5.2-fold (2.901 +0.507 vs 0.557+0.203, p＜0.01), respectively, Inaddition, p28/gankyrin mRNA expression level washigher in HCC with portal vein tumor thrombus andmicroscopic hepatic vein involvement (P--0.021 andP=-0.047, respectively). The overexpression of p28/gankyrin protein in HCC was targeted in hepatic tumorcells, not in bile duct cells and other interstitial ***: Overexpression of p28/gankyrin in HCCplays an important role and contributes to themetastasis potential in the process of carcinogenesis.p28/gankyrin may become a specific biological tissuemarker for the pathological diagnosis of HCC.

Temperature Field for Improving Internal Quality of Stretched Round Billet

Based on the rigid-plastic theory, using a coupled thermomechanical model, the stretching process of a circular section billet is simulated by means of FEM software Deform-2D. Through the distribution of internal stress fields of stretched round billet, it is found that the shear stress field is the main factor to induce Mannesmann＇s effect. The simulation results show that a reasonable distribution of the temperature field may improve the internal quality of the circular section billet in the stretching process.

Sepsis is a common cause of death in hospitalized patients worldwide. The early detection of sepsis remains a great challenge for clinicians, and delayed diagnosis frequently undermines treatment efforts, thereby contributing to high mortality. Omics technologies allow high-throughput screening of sepsis biomarkers. This review describes currently available and novel sepsis biomarkers in the context of genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. The combination of these technologies can help refine the diagnosis of sepsis. This review paper serves as a reference for future studies that employ an integrated, multi-omics approach to disease identification.

铁复合物是一种将铁元素与食品大分子结构进行组装的新型铁强化剂,具有化学稳定性和生物利用度高的优点.本课题采用均质、超声和透析处理,在焦磷酸铁(FP)的合成过程中,引入胶原蛋白肽(CPs).红外光谱测定发现,该方法成功制得CPs-FP复合物.与FP相比,CPs-FP的胃肠释放率提高.缺铁性贫血大鼠实验表明,CPs-FP能够有效改善大鼠体重、血红蛋白含量、组织铁含量和其他指数,呈现浓度依赖效应.同等剂量下,CPs-FP复合物具有更高的生物利用度.

A Direct Parametric Approach to Spacecraft Attitude Tracking Control

Through the direct parameter approach, a solution for spacecraft attitude tracking is presented. First of all, the spacecraft attitude tracking control model is built up by the error equation of the second-order nonlinear quaternion-based attitude system. Based on the control model, a suitable controller is designed by the direct parameter approach. Compared with other control strategies, the direct parameter approach can offer all degrees of freedom for the controller to satisfy the requirements for system properties and turn the original nonlinear system into closed-loop linear system. Furthermore, this paper optimizes the controller according to the robustness, limitation of controller output and closed-loop eigenvalue sensitivity. Putting the controller into the original system, the state response of the closed-loop system and the output of controller are plotted in Matlab to verify the availability and robustness of the controller. Therefore, the controlled spacecraft can achieve the goal of tracking on the mobile target with the external disturbance torque.

Metal–organic frameworks（MOFs） are a fascinating class of crystalline materials constructed from selfassembly of metal cations/clusters and organic ligands. Both metal and organic components can be used to generate luminescence, and can further interact via antenna effect to increase the quantum yield,providing a versatile platform for chemical sensing based on luminescence emission. Moreover, MOFs can be miniaturized to nanometer scale to form nano-MOF（NMOF） materials, which exhibit many advantages over conventional bulk MOFs in terms of the facile tailorability of compositions, sizes and morphologies, the high dispersity in a wide variety of medium, and the intrinsic biocompatibility. This review will detail the development of NMOF materials as chemical sensors, including the synthetic methodologies for designing NMOF sensory materials, their luminescent properties and potential sensing applications.
