Objective:Realgar is a traditional mineral Chinese medicine with antitumor effects,but it has high toxicity and low efficacy in its crude *** purpose of this study was to optimize realgar to increase its efficacy and therapeutic ***:Crude realgar(CR)was mechanically ground to obtain nano-realgar(NR),and then nano-realgar processed products(NRPPs)were obtained using three different traditional Chinese medicine processing methods:grinding in water,acid water,and alkali water,***:By analyzing the size distribution of nanoparticles and the content of arsenic trioxide(As_(2)O_(3);ATO),we found that acid water-ground NRPPs had the characteristics of high purity and low *** effects of CR,NR,and NRPPs on proliferation,cell cycle,and apoptosis of MCF-7 cells were detected,and the ability of NRPPs to induce apoptosis in MCF-7 cells was *** results showed that the average particle size of acid water-ground NRPPs was 137.7 nm,and the content of ATO was 2.83 mg/*** water-ground NRPPs showed better effects on inhibiting proliferation,cell cycle,and apoptosis of MCF-7 cells than CR and *** blot assays further confirmed that acid water-ground NRPPs upregulated the protein expression of TP53,Bax,cytochrome c,caspase-9,and caspase-3 in MCF-7 cells(P<0.05)and inhibited the expression of Bcl-2(P<0.05).Conclusion:These results suggest that acid water-ground NRPPs can induce apoptosis of MCF-7 cells through regulating mitochondrial-mediated apoptosis,providing evidence for the clinical application of realgar.

激光雷达是一种基于激光束探测原理的远程高精度测距和目标检测设备,通过发射脉冲光束并接收反射回的光束来计算目标物体与雷达之间的距离,具有非接触式、高分辨率、快速扫描等特点。重点介绍了激光雷达传感器在果实定位与检测、树体动态检测、果林精细参数提取、果树标靶信息探测、果树建模等方面的应用,同时对激光雷达在作物产量预测、农药标靶定位施药、农机载具自动导航等方面的发展趋势进行了分析,以期为激光雷达在农业领域的进一步应用提供参考。

Characteristics and genesis of tuffaceous shale oil lithofacies:A case study of Lucaogou Formation in Santanghu Basin

Lucaogou Formation in the Santanghu Basin is a special lacustrine fine-grained sedimentary deposits rich in volcanic debris and carbonate,with abundant shale oil ***,understanding of shale oil characteristics and genesis remains ***,sedimentary environment,and formation mechanisms of tuffaceous shale oil are investigated based on core and thin section observations,X-ray diffraction,field emission SEM and geochemical *** show that three mixed lithofacies types are developed in Lucaogou Formation:blocky tuff,laminated tuffaceous dolomite,and laminated dolomitic *** lithofacies types are characterized by high content of felsic and dolostone,widespread organic matter,and low clay *** of tuffaceous shale oil sweet spots is primarily influenced by four factors:inputting of volcanic ash as a high-quality source rocks and reservoirs provides good material basis;devitrification of volcanic glass,calcitization,and dissolution are crucial for formation of reservoirs;expulsion of source rocks with high-abundance organic matter expulsion facilitates migration and accumulation of hydrocarbon in adjacent reservoirs;fracture development improves reservoir permeability to form highly productive sweet *** analyzing characteristics and genesis of tuffaceous shale oil,the main controlling factors of reservoir physical property and oil saturation are clarified,which is of great significance for selection of shale oil exploration zones.

目的探究绝经后妇女接受激素补充治疗（hormone replacement therapy, HRT）及开始治疗的时间段与生物衰老加速之间的关联。方法基于英国生物银行（UK Biobank,UKB）基线调查采集的生化检测与人体测量数据，采用Klemera Doubal(KDM)算法构建生物年龄（biological age,BA）和BA加速指标。将研究对象按接受HRT情况分为五组：未曾、绝经前10年以前开始、绝经前0～10年开始、绝经后0～10年开始和绝经后10年以后开始接受HRT。使用多因素线性回归模型探究HRT情况与BA加速之间的关联。并将人群特征因素作为分层因素进行分层分析。结果共纳入96 889名研究对象。与未接受HRT的人相比，绝经前0～10年开始（β=-0.28, 95%CI=-0.36～-0.19）和绝经后0～10年开始（β=-0.39, 95%CI=-0.46～-0.31）接受HRT与延缓加速衰老间存在关联。年龄小于60岁的绝经后妇女接受HRT延缓加速衰老的效应更明显。结论接受HRT会延缓生物衰老，且60岁以下绝经后妇女在绝经后10年内使用效果更明显。

湖南良田水泥有限公司Φ3.4m×11m水泥预粉磨系统是2005年建成投产,自投产以来一直产量低、电耗高,M32.5水泥28 d强度低,水泥颗粒级配分布不合理。为降低产品能耗,改善水泥品质,分析影响磨机产量及品质的关键因素,组织实施了一系列改造,结果表明,系统产量由89t/h提高到121t/h,增产32t/h,粉磨电耗由年平均32.29 kWh/t降到年平均25.22kWh/t,节电7.07kWh/t。

Carbon fibre reinforced carbon and silicon carbide dual matrix composites（C/C-SiC） were fabricated by the warm compacted-in situ *** microstructure,mechanical properties,tribological properties,and wear mechanism of C/C-SiC composites at different brake speeds were *** results indicate that the composites are composed of 58wt%C,37wt%SiC,and 5wt%*** density and open porosity are 2.0 ***^（-3） and 10%,*** C/C-SiC brake composites exhibit good mechanical *** flexural strength can reach up to 160 MPa,and the impact strength can reach 2.5 kJ.m^（-2）.The C/C-SiC brake composites show excellent tribological *** friction coefficient is between 0.57 and 0.67 at the brake speeds from 8 to 24 m·s^（-1）.The brake is stable,and the wear rate is less than 2.02×10^（-6） cm^3·J^（-1）.These results show that the C/C-SiC brake composites are the promising candidates for advanced brake and clutch systems.

Wnt/β-catenin signaling is critical for various cellular processes in multiple cell types,including osteoblast(OB)differentiation and *** how Wnt/β-catenin signaling is regulated in OBs remain ***6AP2,an accessory subunit of V-ATPase,plays important roles in multiple cell types/organs and multiple signaling ***,little is known whether and how ATP6AP2 in OBs regulates Wnt/β-catenin signaling and bone *** we provide evidence for ATP6AP2 in the OB-lineage cells to promote OB-mediated bone formation and bone homeostasis selectively in the trabecular bone *** knocking out(CKO)ATP6AP2 in the OB-lineage cells(Atp6ap2^(Ocn-Cre))reduced trabecular,but not cortical,bone formation and bone *** and cellular biochemical studies revealed that LRP6 and N-cadherin were reduced in ATP6AP2-KO BMSCs and OBs,but not *** in vitro and in vivo studies revealed impairedβ-catenin signaling in ATP6AP2-KO BMSCs and OBs,but not osteocytes,under both basal and Wnt stimulated conditions,although LRP5 was decreased in ATP6AP2-KO osteocytes,but not *** cell biological studies uncovered that osteoblastic ATP6AP2 is not required for Wnt3a suppression ofβ-catenin phosphorylation,but necessary for LRP6/β-catenin and N-cadherin/β-catenin protein complex distribution at the cell membrane,thus preventing their *** of activeβ-catenin diminished the OB differentiation deficit in ATP6AP2-KO *** together,these results support the view for ATP6AP2 as a critical regulator of both LRP6 and N-cadherin protein trafficking and stability,and thus regulatingβ-catenin levels,demonstrating an un-recognized function of osteoblastic ATP6AP2 in promoting Wnt/LRP6/β-catenin signaling and trabecular bone formation.
