Breast and lung cancers are the leading causes of mortality and most frequently diagnosed cancers in women and men,respectively,*** the antitumor activity of chalcones has been extensively studied,the molecular mechanisms of isoliquiritigenin analog 2',4',4-trihydroxychalcone(metochalcone;TEC)against carcinomas remain less well *** this study,we found that TEC inhibited cell proliferation of breast cancer BT549 cells and lung cancer A549 cells in a concentration-dependent *** induced cell cycle arrest in the S-phase,cell migration inhibition in vitro,and reduced tumor growth in ***,transcriptomic analysis revealed that TEC modulated the activity of the JAK2/STAT3 and P53 *** triggered the senescence-associated secretory phenotype(SASP)by repressing the JAK2/STAT3 *** mechanism of metochalcone against breast cancer depended on the induction of SASP via deactivation of the JAK2/STAT3 pathway,highlighting the potential of chalcone in senescence-inducing therapy against carcinomas.

Automatic segmentation of medical images provides a reliable scientific basis for disease diagnosis and ***,most existing methods that combine the strengths of convolutional neural networks(CNNs)and Transformers have made significant ***,there are some limitations in the current integration of CNN and Transformer technology in two key ***,most methods either overlook or fail to fully incorporate the complementary nature between local and global ***,the significance of integrating the multiscale encoder features from the dual-branch network to enhance the decoding features is often disregarded in methods that combine CNN and *** address this issue,we present a groundbreaking dual-branch cross-attention fusion network(DCFNet),which efficiently combines the power of Swin Transformer and CNN to generate complementary global and local *** then designed the Feature Cross-fusion(FCF)module to efficiently fuse local and global *** the FCF,the utilization of the Channel-wise Cross-fusion Transformer(CCT)serves the purpose of aggregatingmulti-scale features,and the Feature fusionModule(FFM)is employed to effectively aggregate dual-branch prominent feature regions from the spatial ***,within the decoding phase of the dual-branch network,our proposed Channel Attention Block(CAB)aims to emphasize the significance of the channel features between the up-sampled features and the features generated by the FCFmodule to enhance the details of the *** results demonstrate that DCFNet exhibits enhanced accuracy in segmentation *** to other state-of-the-art(SOTA)methods,our segmentation framework exhibits a superior level of ***’s accurate segmentation of medical images can greatly assist medical professionals in making crucial diagnoses of lesion areas in advance.

The crystallization of chiral molecules is of great significance to understand the origin and evolution of hierarchical chirality and reveal the relationships between structural chirality and circularly polarized luminescence(CPL)***,we report two pairs of chiral metal–organic frameworks(MOFs)(DCF-17/LCF-17,DCF-18/LCF-18)by utilizing tetradentate ligands tetra(3-imidazoylphenyl)ethylene(TIPE)and 4,4'-[4',5'-bis[4-(4-pyridinyl)phenyl][1,1':2',1”-terphenyl]-4,4”-diyl]bis[pyridine](TPPP)as *** can be observed that the spontaneous resolution of the achiral ligands is converted into the induced resolution,and the ligands form the absolute configuration by using enantiopure camphoric acid(cam)as chiral induced reagent(CIR).As a result,the racemate MOFs can be driven to generate absolute homochiral *** two achiral MOFs[Cd(D-cam)(TPPP)_(0.5)](AF-1,AF=achiral framework)and[Cd(L-cam)(TPPP)_(0.5)](AF-2)were *** position disorder of D/L-cam skeleton causes the generation of nonchiralization,further leading to disappearance of symmetry breaking of *** the perspective of structure,this is the first report which reveals the chiral transfer and nonchiralization between chiral induced agents and tetradentate ***,DCF-17 and LCF-17 show CPL with luminescence dissymmetry factor(glum)of–1.0×10^(-2)and+9.2×10^(–3),*** work provides the useful evidences to reveal the induced chiral crystallization and the construction of CPL-active crystalline materials.

To realize the application of the floating offshore wind turbine(FOWT)from deep to relatively shallow waters,a new concept of multi-column floating wind turbine platform with low center of gravity(CG)is designed and *** multi-column low CG platform is designed to support a 6MW wind turbine class and operated at a water depth of 50m in the South China *** frequency domain software WADAM and time domain software NREL-FAST are used to simulate coupled dynamic responses of the floating wind turbine system with second-order wave loads *** dynamic behaviors of multi-column low CG FOWT system under normal operation and parked conditions are *** influence of second-order wave force on the motion responses of the multi-column platform,fore-aft force and moment of the tower base and mooring force are researched *** results demonstrate that the coupled dynamic responses at rated operating condition and extreme condition meet the normal operating requirements and extreme survival requirements of FOWT system in the shallow water(50m)of South China *** addition,it is found that,the wave frequency response gradually replaces the second-order low frequency response as the main influencing factor of the coupled dynamic response of the FOWT system with the increasing severity of the sea ***,in general,the magnitude of second-order low frequency response increases with the increasing severity of the design load ***,in the subsequent design of the shallow water FOWT system,the second-order effects should be paid enough attention.

BACKGROUND Wnt/FZD-mediated signaling pathways are activated in more than 90%of hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)cell *** a well-known secretory glycoprotein,Wnt3 can interact with FZD receptors on the cell surface,thereby activating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling ***,the N-glycosylation modification site of Wnt3 and the effect of this modification on the biological function of the protein are still *** To investigate the effect of Wnt3 N-glycosylation on the biological function of HCC *** Site-directed mutagenesis was used to verify the Wnt3 N-glycosylation sites,actinomycin D treatment was used to detect the stability of Wnt3 after site-directed mutation,the binding of the N-glycosylation site-directed mutant Wnt3 to FZD7 was observed by laser confocal microscopy,and the effects of the N-glycosylation site-directed mutation of Wnt3 on the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and the progression of HCC cells were detected by western blot and cell function *** Wnt3 has two N-glycosylation-modified sites(Asn90 and Asn301);when a single site at amino acid 301 is mutated,the stability of Wnt3 is weakened;the binding ability of Wnt3 to FZD7 decreases when both sites are mutated simultaneously;and the level of proteins related to the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is *** proliferation,migration and invasion are also weakened in the case of single 301 site and double-site *** These results indicate that by inhibiting the N-glycosylation of Wnt3,the proliferation,migration,invasion and colony formation abilities of liver cancer cells can be weakened,which might provide new therapeutic strategies for clinical liver cancer in the future.

Objective YAP1 plays a dual role as an oncogene and tumor suppressor gene in several tumors;differentiating between these roles may depend on the YAP1 phosphorylation *** specific function of YAP1 in B cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia(B-ALL),however,is currently ***,in the present study,the role of YAP1 in B-ALL was investigated using relevant cell lines and patient *** The effects of shRNA-mediated knockdown on YAP1 and LATS1 levels in the NALM6 and MOLT-4 cell lines were examined using Western blotting,quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,flow cytometry,immunostaining,and nude mouse subcutaneous tumorigenesis *** expression levels of Hippo pathway-related molecules before and after verteporfin(VP)treatment were compared using RNA-Seq to identify significant Hippo pathway-related genes in NALM6 *** Patients with ALL showing high YAP1 expression and low YAP1-Ser127 phosphorylation levels had worse prognoses than those with low YAP1 protein expression and high YAP1-Ser127 phosphorylation ***1-Ser127 phosphorylation levels were lower in NALM6 cells than in MOLT-4 and control cells;YAP1 was distributed in the nuclei in NALM6 *** of YAP1 inhibited MOLT-4 and NALM6 cell proliferation and arrested the NALM6 cell cycle in the G0/G1 *** and after VP treatment,the expression of the upstream gene LATS1 was upregulated;its overexpression promoted YAP1-Ser127 ***,YAP1 was distributed in the *** LATS1 may downregulate YAP1-Ser127 phosphorylation and maintain B-ALL cell function;thus,VP,which targets this axis,may serve as a new therapeutic method for improving the outcomes for B-ALL patients.

航空螺旋桨在高速旋转过程中会产生振动,减小振动的方法是对螺旋桨进行动平衡配平.相对于传统配平算法而言,该建模配平算法通过建立与待配平螺旋桨特征数据相符合的配平模型,并采用矢量分解算法精确计算出拟安装配重的质量和安装位置,有效解决了工程实践中拟配平螺旋桨的实际轻点位置与桨毂上预置的可安装配重位置不一致的矛盾.工程实践中对实际案例的配平结果表明:建模配平算法能够一次性将拟配平螺旋桨的振动值降低至1.27×10^(-3) m/s(0.05IPS)以下达到"best"等级,相对于不大于4.826×10^(-3) m/s(0.19IPS)的合格阈值而言,可100%保证一次性配平成功.

Chiral hybrid metal halides with high photoluminescence quantum yield（PLQY） and superior dissymmetry factor(glum) are promising candidates for circularly polarized luminescence（CPL） emitting ***,it is a great challenge to achieve both high glumand large ***,we report a new supramolecular strategy to fabricate chiral hybrid Cu（Ⅰ）-halides with nearunity quantum yields and intense CPL *** dissymmetry factor can be dramatically modulated by tuning the hostguest *** to the chirality and variable conformations of the host-guest complexes,a series of chiral[G@LR/S]2Cu4I6have been *** incorporation of different cations within the chiral LR/Shosts leads to variations of packing modes along the c-axis and different extent of distortions in the[Cu4I6]*** them,[H3O@LR/S]+cations are stacked based on Van der Waals interactions and hierarchically self-assemble into a right/left-handed helix in[H3O@LR/S]2Cu4I6,which results in a high glumof-7×10-3and a large PLQY of 96.92%.Notably,[G@LR/S]2Cu4I6shows promising applications in single-component white light emitting diodes（WLEDs）,exhibiting a maximum dissymmetry factor of -1.2×*** effective host-guest complexation and oriented hierarchical self-assembly provide an effective strategy for the development of high-performance CPL materials.

Materials featuring topological energy bands and nontrivial surface states hold significant promise in unlocking unprecedented opportunities for innovating electrocatalytic ***,it remains a challenge to realize superior topological catalysts which can carry both high catalytic activity and excellent catalytic ***,we propose that a family of Ni-based binary materials hosting fantasying topological conjunct-nodalpoint state and a large nontrivial energy window(NEWD)represents an ideal choice for such superior topological catalysts in hydrogen evolution *** presence of conjunct-nodal-points ensures long Fermi arcs on the surface,thereby enabling an extremely high catalytic *** NEWD plays a crucial role in stabilizing the high catalytic activity against external perturbations,such as strain and electron/hole *** roles for conjunctnodal-points and NEWD are substantiated by the observable weakening of catalytic performance during topological phase transitions,which result in the removal of the conjunct-nodal-points,NEWD and their corresponding long Fermi *** work unveils a hidden mechanism and opens a feasible route for developing superior quantum catalysts from novel topology point of view.
