The Portevin-Le Chatelier effect of gradient nanostructured 5182 aluminum alloy by surface mechanical attrition treatment

Nanocrystalline surface layers and gradient nanostructure in 5182 aluminum alloy have been produced through surface mechanical attrition treatment(SMAT). The results indicate that the gradient nanostructure can not only improve the mechanical properties of 5182 Al alloy, but also has a certain effect on the Portevin-Le Chatelier(PLC) effect. The yield and ultimate tensile strength of 5182 Al alloy with SMAT are significantly improved combining with the decrease of fracture elongation compared with the as-received one. The PLC effect of 5182 Al alloy could be effectively postponed by the formation of gradient nanostructure after SMAT. It leads to the increase of critical strain of the PLC effect, more concentrated distribution of serrated strain, and increase of average stress amplitude in special strain range. The influence of grain size and gradient nanostructure on the PLC effect of 5182 Al alloy was also discussed in detail. Grain refinement could sharply increase the density of dislocations and hinder the movement of dislocations, which results in the decrease of moving speed of dislocations and the more concentrated distribution of solute atoms. The solute atoms would aggregate to form nano precipitates and further impede movement of dislocation. The stronger interaction between the dislocations and the nano precipitates is the main mechanism of postponed PLC effect.

Study on Relationship between Microstructure of Active Phase and HDS Performance of Sulfided Ni-Mo Catalysts: Effect of Metal Loading

Six Ni-Mo catalysts with different metal contents were prepared and characterized by N2 adsorption and X-ray diffi＇actometry. The active phase microstructure of these catalysts was examined by the Raman spectroscopy, temperature- programmed reduction （TPR）, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. Hydrodesulfurization （HDS） activity of catalyst samples were analyzed in a flow fixed-bed microreactor. The sulfidation degree of Mo and the length of the MoS2 slab slightly increased with the amount of metal loaded following sulfidation. This small change is attributed to polymolybdate species observed in all the oxidized catalysts. Weak metal-support interactions, as determined by the TPR technique, increased the NiSx sulfidation phase and MoS2 slab stacking. The HDS activity of the catalyst samples increased with the number of active sites. For high metal loading catalysts, their HDS activity was nearly identical because the sulfur atoms cannot easily approach active sites. This change is caused by the large number of stacked layers in the MoS2 slabs as well as the decrease in the specific surface area and pore volume of the catalyst samples with an increasing metal loading.

【目的】筛选具有生物熏蒸抑制板栗果腐病病原菌作用的有益内生性木霉菌,用于研发板栗贮藏期病害的绿色防控技术。【方法】表面消毒法分离培养板栗果实组织内生真菌,依据形态学和ITS、rpb2、tef1-α三序列系统发育分析鉴定木霉菌,通过不接触共培养方法,明确木霉菌挥发性代谢产物对多种病菌的抑制作用,并利用顶空固相微萃取和GC-MS技术(HS-SPME-GCMS)分析挥发性代谢产物组成。【结果】从板栗果实中分离获得了4株木霉菌株,从中发现了对板栗果腐病4种病原菌表现广谱熏蒸抑制作用的菌株FPYF6037,经鉴定该菌株为木霉属新种,命名为栗木霉Trichoderma castaneae。该菌株挥发性代谢产物优势组成为萜烯化合物,约占55%。抑菌试验表明,α-水芹烯、β-水芹烯、1,3,5,7-环辛四烯表现出明显抑制病原菌生长的作用,浓度0.4μL/mL的α-水芹烯的抑制率为31.6%,1.0μL/mL的β-水芹烯的抑制率为42.67%,0.8μL/mL的1,3,5,7-环辛四烯抑制率为41%。【结论】首次报道了板栗果实中的内生性木霉菌株,发现了新种栗木霉及其挥发性代谢产物抑制病原菌生长的作用,为利用生物熏蒸作用绿色防控板栗果实腐烂病提供了资源和途径。

Green recycling of short-circuited garnet-type electrolyte for high-performance solid-state lithium batteries

Solid-state lithium batteries(SSLBs)solve safety issues and are potentially energy-dense alternatives to next-generation energy storage *** green recycling routes are responsible for the widespread use of SSLBs due to minimizing environmental contamination,reducing production costs,and providing a sustainable solution for resources,e.g.,saving rare earth elements(La,Ta,etc.).Herein,a solid-state recycling strategy is proposed to achieve green recycling of the crucial component solidstate electrolytes(SSEs)in spent *** short-circuited garnet Li_(6.5)La_(3)Zr_(1.5)Ta_(0.5)O_(12)(LLZTO)is broken into fine particles and mixed with fresh particles to improve sintering activity and achieve high packing *** continuous Li absorption process promotes sufficient grain fusion and guarantees the transformation from tetragonal phase to pure cubic phase for high-performance recycled *** Li-ion conductivity reaches 5.80×10^(-4)S cm-1with a relative density of 95.9%.Symmetric Li cell with asrecycled LLZTO shows long-term cycling stability for 700 h at 0.3 mA cm^(-2)without any voltage *** cell exhibits an excellent cycling performance with a discharge capacity of 141.5 mA h g^(-1)and a capacity retention of 92.1%after 400 cycles(0.2C).This work develops an environmentally friendly and economically controllable strategy to recycle SSE from spent SSLBs,guiding future directions of SSLBs large-scale industrial application and green recycling study.

PMSM Vector Control Optimization Based on Fractional PI^(λ) of Rotational Speed Outer Loop of Dragonfly Algorithm

Aiming at the problems of slow dynamic response and weak robustness of integer-order proportional integral(PI)controller in double closed loop vector control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),a method of combining dragonfly algorithm with fractional order PI control is proposed for off-line parameter tuning for the outer loop of speed of the *** parameter to be optimized is used as the spatial position of the optimal individual searching for food sources in the search space,and the error performance index integrated time and absolute error(ITAE)is used as its target fitness *** motor speed regulation performances of traditional engineering experience setting integer order PI,particle swarm optimization algorithm tuning fractional order PI and dragonfly algorithm tuning fractional order PI are compared,*** show that the fractional order PI controller optimized by dragonfly algorithm can improve the dynamic response performance of the system,reduce overshoot and enhance robustness,which proves the feasibility and superiority of the optimization strategy.

It is known that the Proximal Extension To Induce Complete Attachment(PETTICOAT)technique improves the distal aortic remodeling compared with standard thoracic endovascular aortic repair(TEVAR).[1,2]However,the only available Zenith Dissection Endovascular System(Cook Medical Inc.,Bloomington,Ind,USA)has several limitations,including only two sizes(36 mm and 46 mm)and an one-taper design,which may not be suitable for the complex morphology of dissection at distal aorta,particular for the east Asian ***,our center designed the new“Fabulous”stent system and acheieved better early curative effect.

The therapeutic effect of gamma-aminobutyric acid(GABA)on diabetes was spread as one of the alarming epidemics *** study aims to investigate the function of Lactobacillus brevis KLDS_(1.0727) and KLDS_(1.0373) strains as glutamic acid decarboxylase 65(GAD65)carriers capable of generating GABA by comparing in vitro free and freeze-dried models and GABA intervention in *** amplification of gad and in vitro i.e.,(growth rate,viability at different pH,bile tolerance,and survivability in simulated gastric juice)were *** vivo experiments were conducted in 7 groups of C57BL/6J *** group was injected with streptozotocin(Cont_(STZ),INSSTZ,LAC1_(STZ),LAC_(1MFDSTZ),LAC_(2STZ),LAC_(2MFDSTZ))daily except for the control(Cont).One group was injected with insulin(INSSTZ).The body weight and hyperglycemia in the blood were assessed weekly,post-euthanasia blood plasma parameters,insulin,and histological examination were *** indicated *** strains demonstrated a great tolerance to bile and simulated gastric juice in vitro(P<0.05).Cont_(STZ) had the highest average glucose level(6.84±6.46)mmol/L while INS_(STZ) expressed dramatically decreed in glucose level and displayed a significant decline in the average of weekly blood glucose(−5.74±3.08)mmol/*** lowest body weight(ContSTZ)was(19.30±0.25)*** on the blood plasma analysis,*** strains improved good cholesterol properties,liver and kidney functions,where most of these parameters fall within the average the reference range and prevent the development of symptoms of type 1 diabetes in *** recommended,*** should be commonly distributed as a postbiotic GABA in pharmaceutical and nutritional applications.
