Owing to the persisting hype in pushing toward global carbon neutrality,the study scope of atmospheric science is rapidly *** numerous trending topics,energy meteorology has been attracting the most attention *** essential skill of solar energy meteorologists is solar power curve modeling,which seeks to map irradiance and auxiliary weather variables to solar power,by statistical and/or physical *** this regard,this tutorial review aims to deliver a complete overview of those fundamental scientific and engineering principles pertaining to the solar power *** power curves can be modeled in two primary ways,one of regression and the other of model *** classes of modeling approaches,alongside their hybridization and probabilistic extensions,which allow accuracy improvement and uncertainty quantification,are scrutinized and contrasted thoroughly in this review.

Two europium-bearing organic frameworks,termed as EuTPO-1 and EuTPO-2(H_(3)TPO=tris(4-carboxylphenyI)-phosphineoxide),are reported in this work.A series of characterizations of EuTPO-1and EuTPO-2,such as X-ray crystallography and photoluminescence spectroscopy,was performed to expatiate their structure and physicochemical *** of them are constructed by dimers of the europium-oxygen subunit of [Eu_(2)O_(16)] and TPO *** from high X-ray stopping attenuation and excellent luminescence efficiency,they emit sufficient luminescence when irradiated with ***,they possess stable light outputs when exposed to high humidities and strong radiation dose,outperforming the commercial scintillator CsI:*** result paves the way for developing new scintillator and enriches the compound of europium-bearing organic framework with X-ray scintillating luminescence.

NaBH_(4) was widely regarded as a low-cost hydrogen storage material due to its high-mass hydrogen capacity of approximately 10.8%(mass)and high volumetric hydrogen capacity of around 115 g·L^(–1).However,it exhibits strong stability and requires temperatures above 500℃ for hydrogen release in practical *** this study,two polyhydric alcohols,xylitol and erythritol(XE),were prepared as a binary eutectic sugar alcohol through a grinding-melting *** binary eutectic sugar alcohol was used as a proton-hydrogen carrier to destabilize NaBH_(4).The 19NaBH_(4)-16XE composite material prepared by ball milling could start releasing hydrogen at 57.5℃,and the total hydrogen release can reach over 88.8%(4.45%(mass))of the theoretical *** the 19NaBH_(4)-16XE composite was pressed into solid blocks,the volumetric hydrogen capacity of the block-shaped composite could reach 67.2 g·L^(–1).By controlling the temperature,the hydrogen desorption capacity of the NaBH_(4)-XE composite material was controllable,which has great potential for achieving solid-state hydrogen production from NaBH_(4).

A virtual battery(VB)provides a succinct interface for aggregating distributed storage-like resources(SLR)to interact with a utility-level *** overcome the drawbacks of existing VB models,including conservatism and neglecting network constraints,this paper optimizes the power and energy parameters of VB to enlarge its flexibility *** optimal VB is identified by a robust optimization problem with decision-dependent *** algorithm based on the Benders decomposition is developed to solve this *** proposed method yields the largest VB satisfying constraints of both network and *** studies verify the superiority of the optimal VB in terms of security guarantee and less conservatism.

2023年4月发射的FY-3g上搭载17个频率的测雨微波成像仪(MWRI-RM),其业务定标的微波亮温(Tb)数据于2023年10月23日公开发布.本文比对了发布10天的MWRI-RM与全球降水测量(gPM)卫星上的微波成像仪(gMI)相匹配的Tb数据,并借助辐射传输模式进行双差分(DD)交叉定标分析,旨在快速评估新一代MWRI-RM观测数据质量.观测比较表明,MWR1-RM与gMI测量的Tb一致性很好,大多通道的平均偏差(MBE)和均方根误差(RMSE)均小于1K.两种传感器由于观测角度略有不同在水面产生约0.5 K差异.DD分析也展示出MWRI-RM的大多数通道性能与gMI相当接近,尤其是首次启用的高频166 gHz和183 gHz.

The facile construction of nanoscale NbHxsupported by Ti3C2（NbHx@Ti3C2） was achieved using facile ball milling strategy to improve the hydrogen desorption kinetics and reversibility of magnesium borohydride (Mg（BH4）2).The doping of 30 wt%NbHx@Ti3C2catalyst reduced the onset dehydrogenation temperature of Mg（BH4）2to 71.2℃.Additionally,the Mg（BH4）2+30NbHx@Ti3C2composite achieved remarkable hydrogen release of over 9.2 wt% at a temperature as low as 230℃,indicating unexpected dehydrogenation ***,the reversibility of NbHx@Ti3C2doped Mg（BH4）2was retained to more than 4.2 wt%after four cycles,which was increased by 68% compared to that of undoped Mg（BH4）*** strong catalysis of NbHx@Ti3C2catalyst could be attributed to the synergistic effect of NbHxand Ti3C2in hydrogen spillover and *** as a??hydrogen pump??for effective hydrogen spillover,while Ti3C2created numerous diffusion channels for hydrogen dissolution and provided the active catalytic site to facilitate the re/dehydrogenation of Mg（BH4）2.

Despite the maturity of ensemble numerical weather prediction(NWP),the resulting forecasts are still,more often than not,*** such,forecast calibration tools have become *** those tools,quantile regression(QR)is highly competitive in terms of both flexibility and predictive ***,a long-standing problem of QR is quantile crossing,which greatly limits the interpretability of QR-calibrated *** this point,this study proposes a non-crossing quantile regression neural network(NCQRNN),for calibrating ensemble NWP forecasts into a set of reliable quantile forecasts without *** overarching design principle of NCQRNN is to add on top of the conventional QRNN structure another hidden layer,which imposes a non-decreasing mapping between the combined output from nodes of the last hidden layer to the nodes of the output layer,through a triangular weight matrix with positive *** empirical part of the work considers a solar irradiance case study,in which four years of ensemble irradiance forecasts at seven locations,issued by the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts,are calibrated via NCQRNN,as well as via an eclectic mix of benchmarking models,ranging from the naïve climatology to the state-of-the-art deep-learning and other non-crossing *** and stringent forecast verification suggests that the forecasts post-processed via NCQRNN attain the maximum sharpness subject to calibration,amongst all ***,the proposed conception to resolve quantile crossing is remarkably simple yet general,and thus has broad applicability as it can be integrated with many shallow-and deep-learning-based neural networks.

Programmed cell death 1 ligand 1(PD-L1)is an important immunosuppressive molecule,which inhibits the function of T cells and other immune cells by binding to the receptor programmed cell *** PD-L1 expression disorder plays an important role in the occurrence,development,and treatment of sepsis or other inflammatory diseases,and has become an important target for the treatment of these *** stem cells(MSCs)are a kind of pluripotent stem cells with multiple differentiation *** recent years,MSCs have been found to have a strong immunosuppressive ability and are used to treat various inflammatory insults caused by hyperimmune ***,PD-L1 is deeply involved in the immunosuppressive events of MSCs and plays an important role in the treatment of various *** this review,we will summarize the main regulatory mechanism of PD-L1 expression,and discuss various biological functions of PD-L1 in the immune regulation of MSCs.

A two-terminal self-powered optoelectronic structure could mimic synaptic functions of a human brain synapse unit(Figure 1(a)) based on the photovoltaic effects [1], demonstrating the potential for decreasing energy consumption for future computing. However, current self-powered optoelectronic synaptic devices face issues of stability and cost,which mainly arise from noble metal electrodes and independent hole transport layers used in these structures. Substituting low-cost carbon for these metal electrodes and carrier transport layers may promise to solve these challenges.

Non-communicable diseases(NCDs),including cardiovascular diseases,cancer,metabolic diseases,and skeletal diseases,pose significant challenges to public health *** complex pathogenesis of these diseases is closely linked to oxidative stress and inflammatory *** factor erythroid 2-related factor 2(Nrf2),a critical transcription factor,plays an important role in regulating antioxidant and anti-inflammatory responses to protect the cells from oxidative damage and inflammation-mediated ***,Nrf2-targeting therapies hold promise for preventing and treating ***(Que)is a widely available flavonoid that has significant antioxidant and anti-inflammatory *** modulates the Nrf2 signaling pathway to ameliorate oxidative stress and *** modulates mitochondrial function,apoptosis,autophagy,and cell damage biomarkers to regulate oxidative stress and inflammation,highlighting its efficacy as a therapeutic agent against ***,we discussed,for the first time,the close association between NCD pathogenesis and the Nrf2 signaling pathway,involved in neurodegenerative diseases(NDDs),cardiovascular disease,cancers,organ damage,and bone ***,we reviewed the availability,pharmacokinetics,pharmaceutics,and therapeutic applications of Que in treating *** addition,we focused on the challenges and prospects for its clinical *** represents a promising candidate for the treatment of NCDs due to its Nrf2-targeting properties.
