The microstructure of the precipitated phases of ***3Zn1Zro.2 alloys with long-period stacking ordered structure before and after heat treatment is discussed. The corrosion properties of the as-cast （F）, solid-solution （T4） and aging-treated （T6） alloys in 1% NaC1 solution are studied. The hydrogen evolution and electrochemical measurements display that the as-cast ***3Zn1Zro.2 alloy with the continuous network eutectic phase exhibits the greatest corrosion resistance, while T6 sample with some needle-like phases and the particle phases is the worst among the three alloys. It is proposed to be mainly related to the amount, composition, microstructure and distribution of the precipitated phases.

Background Pioglitazone is effective in nonalcoholic steatohepatitis （NASH）, but the mechanisms of action are not completely understood. This study was designed to investigate the effects of pioglitazone on hepatic nuclear factor-kappa B （NF-KB） and cyclooxygenases-2 （COX-2） expression in NASH rats. Methods Thirty Sprague-Dawley male rats were randomly assigned to a control group （n=10）, NASH group （n=10）, and pioglitazone treatment group （n=10）. Liver tissues were processed for histology by hematoxylin ＆ eosin and Masson stained. Serum alanine aminotransferase （ALT）, cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose （FBG）, fasting insulin （FINS） levels and biochemical parameters of antioxidant enzyme activities, tumor necrosis factor alpha （TNF-a）, prostaglandin E2 （PGE2） levels in serum and liver were measured. The mRNA and protein expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma （PPARy）, NF-KB and COX-2 were determined by real-time polymerase chain reaction, Western blotting and immunohistochemistry. One-way analysis of variance （ANOVA） and Wilcoxon＇s signed-rank test was used for the statistical analysis. Results There were severe steatosis, moderate inflammatory cellular infiltration and fibrosis in NASH rats. After pioglitazone treatment, steatosis, inflammation and fibrosis were significantly improved compared with the NASH group （X2=20.40, P 〈0.001; X2=20.17, P 〈0.001; X2=13.98, P=0.002）. Serum ALT, cholesterol, triglyceride, FBG, FINS levels were significantly elevated in the NASH group （P 〈0.05）. In the NASH group, total anti-oxidation competence （T-AOC）, superoxide dismutase （SOD）, catalase （CAT）, glutathione peroxidase （GSH-PX） and malondialdehyde （MDA） levels in serum and liver were conspicuous disordered than those parameters in the control group. Background： Outflow tract （OFT） septation defects are a common cause of congenital heart disease. Numerous studies have focused on the septation mechanism of the OFT, but have reported inconsistent conclusions. This study, therefore, aimed to investigate the septation of the aortic sac and the OFT in the early embryonic human heart. Methods： Serial sections of 27 human embryonic hearts from Carnegie stage （CS） 10 to CS19 were immunohistochemically stained with antibodies against α-smooth muscle actin （α-SMA） and myosin heavy chain. Results： At CS10-CS11, the OFT wail was an exclusively myocardial structure that was continuous with the aortic sac at the margin of the pericardial cavity. From CS13 onward, the OFT was divided into nonmyocardial and myocardial portions. The cushion formed gradually, and its distal border with the OFT myocardium was consistently maintained. The aortic sac between the fourth and sixth aortic arch arteries was degenerated. At CS16, the α-SMA-positive aortopulmonary septum formed and fused with the two OFT cushions, thus septating the nonmyocardial portion of the OFT into two arteries. At this stage, the cushions were not fused. At CS19, the bilateral cushions were fused to septate the myocardial portion of the OFT. Conclusions： Data suggest that the OFT cushion is formed before the aortopulmonary septum is formed. Thus, the OFT cushion is not derived from the aortopuhnonary septum. In addition, the nonmyocardial part of the OFT is septated into the aorta and pulmonary trunk by the aortopulmonary septum, while the main part of the cushion fuses and septates the myocardial portion of the OFT.

AIM: To investigate the efficacy and safety of n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) from seal oils for patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) associated with hyperlipidemia. METHODS: One hundred and forty-four patients with NAFLD associated with hyperlipidemia were included in the 24-wk, randomized, controlled trial. The patients were randomized into two groups. Group A (n = 72) received recommended diet and 2 g n-3 PUFA from seal oils, three times a day. Group B (n = 72) received recommended diet and 2 g placebo, three times a day. Primary endpoints were fatty liver assessed by symptom scores, liver alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and serum lipid levels after 8, 12, 16, and 24 wk. Hepatic fat inf iltration was detected by ultrasonography at weeks 12 and 24 after treatment. RESULTS: A total of 134 patients (66 in group A, 68 in group B) were included in the study except for 10 patients who were excluded from the study. After 24 wk of treatment, no change was observed in body weight, fasting blood glucose (FBG), renal function and blood cells of these patients. Total symptom scores, ALT and triglyceride (TG) levels decreased more significantly in group A than in group B (P < 0.05). As expected, there was a tendency toward improvement in aspartate aminotransferase (AST), γ-glutamyltranspeptidase (GGT), and total cholesterol (TCHO) and high- density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol levels (P < 0.05) after administration in the two groups. However, no significant differences were found between the two groups. The values of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) were significantly improved in group A (P < 0.05), but no significant change was found in group B at different time points and after a 24-wk treatment. After treatment, complete fatty liver regression was observed in 19.70% (13/66) of the patients, and an overall reduction was found in 53.03% (35/66) of the patients in group A. 城市信息模型已成为智慧城市数智化治理的重要数字基础设施,城市三维模型是城市信息模型的空间框架。文章针对城市三维精细模型生产成本高、难维护的问题,以南京为例,充分利用现有数据资源,根据智慧城市治理不同应用场景的需要,尝试将城市三维数字框架模型分为基础模型、精工模型、功能模型、管控模型和方案模型等5类,系统地构建了城市空间框架三维数字底板,分别阐述各类模型的数据治理、模型构建和成果应用,为城市信息模型建设探索路径,助推城市治理数智化转型和高质量发展。
