【目的】指导滤棒成型机捕丝器的工艺参数调节,提升卷烟滤棒产品质量。【方法】基于捕丝器中纤维运动特性,使用Fluent软件连续纤维模型进行纤维简化,利用动量源项传递实现纤维与流场间的耦合,摆脱了纤维与流场双向耦合的规模限制,实现了包含大量纤维的捕丝器流场模拟。通过引入总牵引力与牵引力均匀性指标,研究了不同压缩空气进气压力与垫片厚度对ZL26A型滤棒成型机捕丝器丝束牵引状态的影响,并进行了实验验证。【结果】(1)结合连续纤维模型的耦合模拟方法可以有效反映丝束对捕丝器内流场的影响与丝束的牵引状态;(2)在保证丝束牵引力满足滤棒正常填充的情况下,使用较薄垫片厚度与较高进气压力可以提升捕丝器牵引均匀性,提高丝束牵引质量;(3)实验中使用总厚度较薄的0.56 mm垫片配合0.3 MPa较高进气压力下生产出的滤棒,其吸阻标准偏差值与变异系数较参数改进前分别下降21.5%与21.7%,滤棒质量得到有效提升。

BACKGROUND: Many methods are used to treat liver cancer. Among them, radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is a hot topic because of its advantages. This study was designed to determine the significance of blood alpha-fetoprotein mRNA (AFPmRNA) changes in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) treated with RFA. METHODS: The AFPmRNA content in blood samples from HCC patients was determined by reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) before RFA and 48 hours, 72 hours, I week and 2 weeks later. RESULTS: The blood of 183 patients was negative for AFPmRNA before REA, but that of 62 of them was positive 72 hours later, then returned to negative after 2 weeks. The blood of 129 patients was positive for AFPmRNA before RFA, but that of 112 of them became negative 2 weeks later; 17 patients were still AFPmRNA positive 2 weeks after REA. CONCLUSIONS: Blood AFPmRNA, which is increased temporarily after RFA, can be used as an objective index for the persistence and recurrence of HCC after REA.

Soft carbons have attracted extensive interests as competitive anodes for fast-charging sodium-ion batteries(SIBs);however,the high-rate performance is still restricted by their large ion migration barriers and sluggish reaction ***,we show a molecular design approach toward the fabrication of nitrogen and phosphorus codoped mesoporous soft carbon(NPSC).The key to this strategy lies in the chemical cross-linking reaction between polyphosphoric acid and p-phenylenediamine,associated with pyrolysis induced in-situ self-activation that creates mesoporous structures and rich heteroatoms within the carbon *** to the enlarged interlayer spacing,reduced ion diffusion length,and plentiful active sites,the obtained NPSC delivers a superb rate capacity of 215 mAh g-1 at 10 A g-1 and an ultralong cycle life of 4,700 cycles at 5 A g^(-1).Remarkably,the full cell shows 99%capacity retention during 100 continuous cycles,and maximum energy and power densities of 191 Wh kg^(-1)and 9.2 kW kg^(-1),*** believe that such a synthetic protocol could pave a novel venue to develop soft carbons with unique properties for advanced SIBs.

BACKGROUND: The traditional therapy for hepatic cysts has limited success because of recrudescence. Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) has become popular because of its advantages including little damage, therapeutic effect and reduced suffering. This report describes the effects and reliability of RFA in the treatment of 29 patients with hepatic cysts. METHODS: B-ultrasound-guided REA was used to treat hepatic mono-cyst or multi-cysts of 29 patients (63 tumors). Ablative efficiency and complications were assessed by imaging and clinical symptoms. RESULTS: The tumors were abated completely in 34 cysts with a diameter duction and fiberosis were found. In 8 cysts with a diameter greater than 10 cm, tumor volume was decreased by more than 60%, and in 2 cysts it was increased more slightly than that at I month after REA. In subsequent follow-up (6 and 12 months after REA), tumors <10 cm in diameter were fully ablated. No significant discomfort and complications were found in any patient. CONCLUSION: RFA for the treatment of hepatic cysts is safe, and free from complications.

研究粤港澳大湾区中间阶层女性休闲体育消费质量,不仅对拉动湾区体育产业、促进体育消费有推动作用,而且可以引领我国女性群体的体育消费观念,同时避免湾区的社会结构两极分化。文章运用文献综述、特尔斐、深度访谈、实地考察、问卷调查、数据统计等研究方法,从休闲体育实物、服务和环境的消费质量对粤港澳大湾区中间阶层女性进行实证分析,提出其具备:1.体育锻炼参与度高,体育消费是生活不可或缺的一部分,并以参与和观赏型为主;2.互联网的普及渗透,提高了中间阶层女性休闲体育消费质量,“泛女性体育消费”开始显现;3.良好的身心健康与家庭环境,与中间阶层女性体育消费质量相关性较高;4.选择的体育项目呈现多样化,需收费、同伴或专业教师指导才能完成,体育度假和户外运动成为中间阶层女性休闲体育消费的新宠等特点。

运用定量结构-性质相关技术研究了81个烷烃分子的折光指数与分子结构间的定量关系。利用原子特征值建构一种新的基团距离参数和连接性指数mX。通过多元回归的方法建立了mX与折光指数的定量结构性质相关模型。对烷烃折光指数的计算结果表明,估算值与实验值较为吻合,平均相对误差为0.17%。研究工作表明基团距离参数和连接性指数在一起使用可以更好地反映出烷烃的构效关系。

Effects of hot deformation and in-situ ZrB2 particle on microstructure and tensile performance of AA7085 composite sheets

To provide a new idea to reduce anisotropy for sheets in the thickness direction by microstructure modification and,mean-while,maintain or even enhance tensile performance,the in-situ ZrB2 particle/AA7085 composite sheets with thicknesses of 1,2,3,and 6 mm were *** as-cast grain size was significantly refined by the heterogeneous nucleus of the ZrB2 *** microstructure results show that severe hot deformation converts as-cast disordered microstructure into a sequential microstructure by crushing the remanent phases and matrix into a fiber *** the solid solution and aging heat treatment,the composite sheets exhibit largely recrystallized grains compared with partially recrystallized grains in the matrix sheets,and weak or even free texture exists in the *** grain size in the composite sheets decreases with the increase in thickness *** the thickness range of 1-3 mm,the composite sheets maintain a similar tensile per-formance as that in matrix sheets,while the strength and ductility in the 6-mm-thick composite sheet are improved.

Bioactive peptides have various excellent biological activities and serve as functional foods to prevent chronic diseases in the human body. This article investigated the regulatory effect of egg white peptides (EPs) on the intestine barrier of young mice with colitis. The results showed that the intake of EPs could protect the intestines from inflammation damage. Besides， the expression of tight junction (TJ) proteins and mucin is upregulated. Markedly， the intake of EPs can increase the concentration of amino acids in the serum of young mice， which is crucial for nutritional supplementation during intestinal inflammation process. Proteomics analysis implied that EPs can regulate protein expression in the intestine， involving multiple inflammatory pathways including PI3K-AKT and MAPK signaling pathway. This demonstrated the health benefits of bioactive peptides and provides a theoretical basis for the development of animal derived proteins as functional foods.
