The gut is the largest digestive and absorptive organ,which is essential for induction of mucosal and systemic immune responses,and maintenance of metabolic-immune *** intestinal components contain the epithelium,stromal cells,immune cells,and enteric nervous system(ENS),as well as the outers,such as gut microbiota,metabolites,and *** dyshomeostasis of intestinal microenvironment induces abnormal intestinal development and functions,even colon diseases including dysplasia,inflammation and *** recent studies have identified that ENS plays a crucial role in maintaining the immune homeostasis of gastrointestinal(GI)*** crosstalk between ENS and immune cells,mainly macrophages,T cells,and innate lymphoid cells(ILCs),has been found to exert important regulatory roles in intestinal tissue programming,homeostasis,function,and *** this review,we mainly summarize the critical roles of the interactions between ENS and immune cells in intestinal homeostasis during intestinal development and diseases progression,to provide theoretical bases and ideas for the exploration of immunotherapy for gastrointestinal diseases with the ENS as potential novel targets.

This paper studies the optimal portfolio allocation of a fund manager when he bases decisions on both the absolute level of terminal relative performance and the change value of terminal relative performance comparison to a predefined reference point. We find the optimal investment strategy by maximizing a weighted average utility of a concave utility and an Sshaped utility via a concavification technique and the martingale method. Numerical results are carried out to show the impact of the extent to which the manager pays attention to the change of relative performance related to the reference point on the optimal terminal relative performance.

Motivated by a duopoly game problem,the authors study an optimal control problem where the system is driven by Brownian motion and Poisson point process and has elephant memory for the control variable and the state ***,the authors establish the unique solvability of an anticipated backward stochastic differential equation,derive a stochastic maximum principle,and prove a verification theorem for the aforementioned optimal control ***,the authors generalize these results to nonzero-sum stochastic differential game ***,the authors apply the theoretical results to the duopoly game problem and obtain the corresponding Nash equilibrium solution.

The recently discovered,extremely proton-rich nuclide 18 Mg exhibits ground-state decay via two sequential two-proton(2p)emissions through the intermediate nucleus,*** study investigates the structure and the initial 2p decay mechanism of^(18)Mgby examining the density and correlations of the valence protons using a three-body Gamow coupled-channel *** results show that the ground state of^(18)Mgis significantly influenced by the continuum,resulting in a significant s-wave ***,based on the current framework,this does not lead to a significant deviation in mirror symmetry in either the structure or spectroscopy of the 18Mg-18C ***,the time evolution analysis of the^(18)Mgground state suggests a simultaneous 2p emission during the first step of *** observed nucleon-nucleon correlations align with those of the light-mass 2p emitters,indicating a consistent decay behavior within this nuclear region.

Atomic and close-to-atom scale manufacturing is a promising avenue toward single-photon emitters,single-electron transistors,single-atom memory,and quantum-bit devices for future communication,computation,and sensing *** manufacturing is outstanding to this end for ease of beam manipulation,batch production,and no requirement for *** is,however,suffering from optical diffraction ***,we report a spatial resolution improved to the quantum limit by exploiting a threshold tracing and lock-in method,whereby the two-order gap between atomic point defect complexes and optical diffraction limit is surpassed,and a feature size ofxcitation,rather than the power density slope of the incident *** show that the colour centre yield in hexagonal boron nitride is transformed from stochastic to deterministic,and the emission from individual sites becomes polychromatic to *** a result,single colour centres in the regular array are deterministically created with a unity yield and high positional accuracy,serving as a step forward for integrated quantum technological applications.

Recent research on photothermal therapy(PTT) has sparked significant interest in the development of new organic photothermal agents(PTAs),ranging from single-molecule to aggregated ***,controlling aggregation pathways for PTAs with ultrahigh photothermal conversion efficiency(PCE) remains a major ***,a two-pronged approach utilizing “Haggregation” and “intramolecular motion” was employed to enhance the PCE of an acceptor-substituted squaraine dye(NSQs).The C2vmolecular symmetry of the NSQs,which possess a ground state dipole moment(μg),promotes H-dimeric aggregates through dipole-dipole *** triphenylethylene or diphenylamine groups were added to this H-dimeric *** was done to enhance intramolecular motions for heat generation and also to extend conjugation,which redshifted the optical absorption and balanced the blue-shift induced by *** this technique,an organic PTA with NIR-II absorption was developed,and its nanoparticle achieved a remarkable PCE of 86.3% under 1,064 nm laser *** transient absorption spectroscopy and quantum mechanical calculations demonstrated the accelerated internal conversion process in NIR-II PTAs for rapid heat *** NSQs nanoparticles exhibit superior photothermal therapeutic properties for in vivo photoacoustic imaging-guided PTT,demonstrating the potential of bottom-up design to enable synergistic engineering strategies towards efficient phototheranostic agents.

Photocatalytic hydrogen generation from hydrogen storage media is an effective and promising approach for the green hydrogen industry as well as for achieving carbon neutrality ***,the lower photocatalytic efficiency due to the limited light trapping capacity,low electron transfer rate,and severe aggregation of nanoparticles caused by high surface energy seriously restricts their practical ***,we constructed a series of donor–acceptor(D–A)type covalent organic frameworks to confine ultrafine bimetallic Pt-based nanoclusters for photocatalytic hydrogen generation from ammonia borane(AB)*** visible light irradiation at 20℃,PtCo_(2)@covalent organic framework(COF)showed the highest photocatalytic activity with a turnover frequency(TOF)of 486 min−*** and density functional theory(DFT)calculations reveal that the high catalytic activity is mainly attributed to the strong electronic interactions between D–A type COF and ultrafine PtCo_(2)***,the D–A type COF can significantly enhance the light-trapping ability by fine-tuning the electron-acceptor type in the framework,and accelerate the photogenerated electron transfer from D–A type COF to PtCo_(2)nanocluster,which promotes the adsorption and activation of H_(2)O and AB molecules and accelerates hydrogen ***,PtCo_(2)@COF also exhibited ultra-high durability due to the significantly enhanced resistance to nanocluster aggregation caused by the nanopore confinement effect of D–A type *** believe that this work will provide a theoretical guide for the rational design of efficient D–A COFbased catalysts for photocatalysis.

Petrogenesis, oxidation state and volatile content of Dongga tonalite in the Gangdese belt, xizang: Implication for porphyry Cu mineralization

The Gangdese belt in xizang has experienced both Jurassic subduction and Cenozoic continental collision processes, making it a globally renowned region for magmatic rocks and porphyry copper deposits. Numerous Jurassic intrusions have been identified in the belt. Apart from the quartz diorite porphyry in the large xietongmen deposit, the Cu mineralization potential of other Jurassic intrusions in this belt remains unclear. This study presents zircon U–Pb dating and trace elements, apatite major and trace elements as well as published whole-rock geochemical and isotopic data of the Dongga tonalite in the central part of the Gangdese belt, aiming to reveal the petrogenesis, oxidation state, volatile content, and Cu mineralization potential of this intrusion. The Dongga tonalite has a zircon U–Pb age of 179.4 ± 0.9 Ma. It exhibits high whole-rock V/Sc values(8.76–14.6), relatively low apatite CeN/CeN*ratios(1.04–1.28), elevated zircon(Eu/Eu*)Nvalues(an average of 0.44), high Ce4+/Ce3+values(205–1896), and high ?FMQ values(1.3–3.7), collectively suggesting a high magmatic oxygen fugacity. The Dongga tonalite features amphibole phenocrysts, relatively high whole-rock Sr/Y ratios(20.3–58.9), and lower zircon Ti temperatures (502–740 ℃), reflecting a high magmatic water content. Estimation of magmatic sulfur content(0.002–0.024 wt%) based on apatite SO3contents indicates an enriched magma sulfur content. Combined with previous studies and the collected Sr–Nd–Hf isotopes, the Dongga tonalite is derived from juvenile lower crust related with subduction of the Neo-Tethys oceanic slab. When compared with xietongmen orebearing porphyries, the Dongga tonalite exhibits remarkable similarities with the xietongmen ore-bearing porphyries in terms of magma source, tectonic background, magmatic redox state, and volatile components, which indicates that the Dongga tonalite has a high porphyry Cu mineralization potential, and therefore, provides important guidance for the future mineral
