Hydrogen-induced cracking (HIC) of two-phase alloy of Ni3AI+NiAI was in situ investigated using a WOL (wedge opening-loading) constant deflection specimen in an optical microscopy and using a notched tensile specimen in scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results showed that the threshold stress intensity of HIC was KIH=15.7 MPa·m1/2, and (da/dt)II=0.019 mm/h. For the uncharged specimen, microcrack initiated and propagated preferentially within the NiAl phase, resulting in cleavage fracture, but for the precharged specimen with hydrogen concentration of 24.7×10-4%, hydrogen-induced crack initiated and propagated preferentially along the Ni3AI/NiAI interfaces, resulting in interphase fracture.

The effect of lamellar orientation on crack paths in PST crystals of y-TiAl based alloys was investigated by in-situ SEM technique. The results indicate that the crack paths in PST crystals of y-TiAl based alloys are strongly dependent on lamellar orientation ofPST crystals, and the differently oriented PST crystals show different nucleation and propagation mechanisms of crack, resulting in different levels of fracture toughness.

The relationship between the stress intensity factor K_1~* required for brittle crack initiation and propa- gation and the fractal dimension D_F of the fracture surface was derived,i.e, InK_1~*=(1/2)In2γE'+(1/2)In(d_f/L_0)(1-D_F) The real surface energy can be calculated based on the measured linear relation of the InK_1~* vs D_F, The equation is not only suitable for the overload fracture but also for the delayed fracture,e.g. hydrogen induced cracking (HIC) and stress corrosion cracking (SCC).The experiment results showed that the hydrogen induced delayed cracking occurred in the Ti-24AI-11 Nb alloy during dy- namic charging,and the threshold stress intensity factor was very low,i.e..K_(IH)/K_(IC)= *** ex- perimental relationship between the stress intensity factor K_1~* and D_F was consistent with the theo- retical equation.

延髓comma状梗死:9例病例系列研究

目的探讨延髓comma状(即英文逗号状)梗死的临床特点、影像学特征、病因和潜在机制。方法回顾性收集青岛大学附属威海市中心医院2020年1月至2023年9月诊治的延髓comma状梗死患者,对其临床表现、影像学检查结果、治疗和转归情况进行分析和总结。结果共纳入9例延髓comma状梗死患者,其中男性3例,年龄(67.22±14.66)岁(范围39~83岁)。主要临床症状和体征包括病变对侧肢体痛温觉减退(66.67%,6/9)、饮水呛咳/吞咽困难(66.67%,6/9)、病灶侧咽腭肌麻痹(66.67%,6/9)和眩晕(66.67%,6/9)。7例(77.78%,7/9)存在病灶同侧椎动脉重度狭窄或闭塞,1例(11.11%,1/9)存在左侧大脑中动脉闭塞,1例(11.11%,1/9)未见大血管狭窄。发病后90 d时随访显示,改良Rankin量表评分均<2分。结论延髓comma状梗死临床少见,其主要表现为病灶对侧偏身痛温觉减退、饮水呛咳/吞咽困难、病灶侧咽腭肌麻痹、眩晕等,发病机制主要为椎动脉狭窄导致的低灌注。

Objective:This study was devoted to identifying natural thrombin inhibitors from traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and evaluating its biological activity in vitro and binding ***:A combination strategy containing molecular docking,thrombin inhibition assay,surface plasmon resonance(SPR)and molecular dynamics simulation were applied to verify the study ***:Gallic acid was confirmed as a direct thrombin inhibitor with IC;of 9.07μmol/L and showed a significant inhibitory effect on thrombin induced platelet ***-based binding studies demonstrated that gallic acid interacted with thrombin with a KDvalue of 8.29μmol/*** dynamics and binding free energy analysis revealed that thrombin-gallic acid system attained equilibrium rapidly with very low fluctuations,the calculated binding free energies was-14.61 kcal/***230,Glu232,Ser235,Gly258 and Gly260 were the main amino acid residues responsible for thrombin inhibition by gallic acid,providing a mechanistic basis for further ***:This study proved that gallic acid is a direct thrombin inhibitor with platelet aggregation inhibitory effect,which could provide a basis for the follow-up research and development for novel thrombin inhibitors.

A facile one-pot synthesis of α-cyclodextrin-based polyrotaxane （PR） in aqueous solution is reported, where the peptide glutathione was used as the end-capping agent and the thiol-ene Michael addition was used as the end-capping reaction. Both polyrotaxanes with low threading ratio and high threading ratio were successfully obtained. In contrast to the conventionally used multiple-step synthesis methods and hydrophobic end cappers, this one-pot aqueous synthesis as well as the biocompatibility of the end-capping agent could result in a much more biocompatible PR to be used as biomaterials.

Three sporopollen assemblages are recognized for the first time from the Cretaceous Yimin Formation in the Hailar Basin of eastern Inner Mongolia. They are （in ascending order）： the lmpardecispora-Aequitriradites- Clawttipollenites assemblage; the Triporoletes-Pilosisporites-Asteropollis assemblage; and the Appendicisporites- Asteropollis-Tricolpites assemblage, distributed in Members 1, 2 and 3 of the Yimin Formation respectively. Recognition of this biostratigraphic sequence is very important for the division and correlation of the Yimin Formation in the basin. Meanwhile, the age of the Yimin Formation is considered to be Barremian to Early Albian based on the palynological data.
