Clay minerals play an important role in biogeochemical ***,kaolinite and montmorillonite,the two most abundant and widespread clay minerals with typical layered structures,were selected to investigate and compare their effects on the biodegradation of benzo[a]pyrene(BaP)by Paracoccus aminovorans HPD-2 and to investigate the underlying interface ***,the BaP degradation efficiency was significantly higher 7 d after montmorillonite addition,reaching 68.9%(Prential bacterial growth,BaP bio-accessibility,interface interaction,and the buffering effect may explain the differential effects of the different minerals on polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon *** observations improve our understanding of the mechanisms by which clay minerals,organic pollutants,and degrading bacteria interact during the biodegradation process and provide a theoretical basis for increasing the biodegradation of soil pollutants by native microorganisms under field conditions.

Silicon （Si） offers beneficial effect on plants under cadmium （Cd） stress such as promoting plant growth and increasing resistance to heavy metal toxicity. In this study, a pot experiment was performed to study the role of Si in alleviating Cd toxicity in tobacco （Nicotiana tabacurn L.） plants on a yellow soil taken from Guiyang, China. Nine treatments consisting of three concentrations of Cd （0, 1, and 5 mg kg^-1） together with three Si levels （0, 1, and 4 g kg^-1） were established. Plant growth parameters, Cd concentration, and the malondialdehyde （MDA）, chlorophyll, and carotenoid contents were determined 100 d after transplanting of tobacco seedlings. Application of exogenous Si enhanced the growth of tobacco plants under Cd stress. When 5 mg kg^-1 Cd was added, Si addition at 1 and 4 g kg^-1 increased root, stem, and leaf biomass by 26.1%-43.3%, 33.7% 43.8%, and 50.8% 69.9%, respectively, compared to $i addition at 0 g kg^-1. With Si application, the transfer factor of Cd in tobacco from root to shoot under both 1 and 5 mg kg^-1 Cd treatments decreased by 21%. The MDA contents in the Si-treated tobacco plants declined by 5.5% 17.1% compared to those in the non-Si-treated plants, indicating a higher Cd tolerance. Silicon application also increased the chlorophyll and carotenoid contents by 33.9% 41% and 25.8%-47.3% compared to the Cd only treatments. Therefore, it could be concluded that Si application can alleviate Cd toxicity to tobacco by decreasing Cd partitioning in the shoots and MDA levels and by increasing chlorophyll and carotenoid contents, thereby contributing to lowering the potential health risks of Cd contamination.

Slicing Recognition of Aircraft Integral Panel Generalized Pocket

To automatically obtain a machining area in numerical control （NC） programming, a data model of generalized pocket is established by analyzing aircraft integral panel characteristics, and a feature recognition approach is proposed. First, by reference to the practical slice-machining process of an aircraft integral panel, both the part and the blank are sliced in the Z-axis direction; hence a feature profile is created according to the slicing planes and the contours are formed by the intersection of the slicing planes with the part and its blank. Second, the auxiliary features of the generalized pocket are also determined based on the face type and the position, to correct the profile of the pocket. Finally, the generalized pocket feature relationship tree is constructed by matching the vertical relationships among the features. Machining feature information produced by using this method can be directly used to calculate the cutter path. The validity and practicability of the method is verified by NC programming for aircraft panels.

Currently,3D-bioprinting technique has emerged as a promising strategy to offer native-like tracheal substitutes for segmental trachea ***,there has been very limited breakthrough in tracheal repair using 3D-bioprinted biomimetic trachea owing to the lack of ideal bioinks,the requirement for precise structural biomimicking,and the complexity of multi-step surgical procedures by mean of intramuscular ***,we propose a one-step surgical technique,namely direct end-to-end anastomosis using C-shape 3D-bioprinted biomimetic trachea,for segmental trachea defect ***,two types of tissue-specific matrix hydrogels were exploited to provide mechanical and biological microenvironment conducive to the specific growth ways of cartilage and fibrous tissue *** contrast to our previous O-shape tracheal design,the tubular structure of alternating C-shape cartilage rings and connecting vascularized-fibrous-tissue rings was meticulously designed for rapid 3D-bioprinting of tracheal constructs with optimal printing paths and ***,in vivo trachea regeneration in nude mice showed satisfactory mechanical adaptability and efficient physiological ***,in situ segmental trachea reconstruction by direct end-to-end anastomosis in rabbits was successfully achieved using 3D-bioprinted C-shape biomimetic *** study demonstrates the potential of advanced 3D-bioprinting for instant and efficient repair of segmental trachea defects.

作为一种社会时间,先秦时期的“四时”观念与农事活动的周期有着密切关系。基于这一基本认识,借助植物考古学的最新研究成果,佐之以必要的文献材料,梳理小麦在殷周春秋之际推广种植的时空特征,可以发现其与先秦时期“四时”观念的萌生与演进存在极强的时间继起性与空间重合性,从而为探讨二者之间的逻辑联系提供了可能。一方面,作为“四时”观念得以萌生的起点,“二时”观念能够客观反映殷商时期中原地区特定的农业技术水平下固有的农事活动周期,也能有效指导农事活动的开展,但小麦以其特殊的生长节律,嵌入到春种秋收的农事周期中,则对“二时”观念形成了一定冲击,进而推动“四时”观念的萌生;另一方面,爬梳古文字材料和传世文献,可以发现在“四时”观念中相对晚出的冬、夏两季,皆与小麦存在联系。由此,足见小麦的推广种植是促使先秦时期“四时”观念不断强化的重要因素之一。

Physiological repair of large-sized bone defects is great challenging in clinic due to a lack of ideal grafts suitable for bone *** bone matrix(DBM)is considered as an ideal bone regeneration scaffold,but low cell seeding efficiency and a poor osteoinductive microenvironment greatly restrict its application in large-sized bone *** address these problems,we proposed a novel strategy of bone regeneration units(BRUs)based on microgels produced by photo-crosslinkable and microfluidic techniques,containing both the osteogenic ingredient DBM and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)for accurate biomimic of an osteoinductive *** physicochemical properties of microgels could be precisely controlled and the microgels effectively promoted adhesion,proliferation,and osteogenic differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)in *** were successfully constructed by seeding BMSCs onto microgels,which achieved reliable bone regeneration in ***,by integrating the advantages of BRUs in bone regeneration and the advantages of DBM scaffolds in 3D morphology and mechanical strength,a BRU-loaded DBM framework successfully regenerated bone tissue with the desired 3D morphology and effectively repaired a large-sized bone defect of rabbit *** current study developed an ideal bone biomimetic microcarrier and provided a novel strategy for bone regeneration and large-sized bone defect repair.

Gas explosions are one of the most lethal types of coal mine safety *** powerful shock waves these explosions produce can cause damage to the lung tissue of nearby individuals,resulting in symptoms including pulmonary hemorrhage and pulmonary edema[1].At present,there is no effective treatment for gas explosion-induced lung injuries;therefore,there is an urgent need to identify new therapeutic means to improve the clinical management of the system of treatment for lung injury caused by gas *** stem cells(MSCs)are adult stem cells with self-renewal ability and multilineage differentiation potential that exert their therapeutic potential through various mechanisms,including the regulation of inflammation and immune responses[2].Reports on the therapeutic role of MSCs in blast lung injury remain scarce.
