With the increase of network complexity,the flexibility of network control and management becomes a nontrivial *** Software Defined Network(SDN) and Autonomic Network technologies are sophisticated technologies for the network control and *** two technologies could be combined together to construct a software defined self-managing solution for the future *** autonomic QoS management mechanism in Software Defined Network(AQSDN) is proposed in this *** AQSDN,the various QoS features can be configured autonomically in an OpenFlow switch through extending the OpenFlow and OF-Config *** on AQSDN,a novel packet context-aware QoS model(PCaQoS) is also introduced for improving the network *** takes packet context into account when packet is marked and managed into forwarding *** implementation of a video application's prototype which evaluates the self-configuration feature of the AQSDN and the enhancement ability of the PCaQoS is presented in order to validate this design.

In Internet service fault management based on active probing, uncertainty and noises will affect service fault management. In order to reduce the impact, challenges of Internet service fault management are analyzed in this paper. Bipartite Bayesian network is chosen to model the dependency relationship between faults and probes, binary symmetric channel is chosen to model noises, and a service fault management approach using active probing is proposed for such an environment. This approach is composed of two phases： fault detection and fault diagnosis. In first phase, we propose a greedy approximation probe selection algorithm （GAPSA）, which selects a minimal set of probes while remaining a high probability of fault detection. In second phase, we propose a fault diagnosis probe selection algorithm （FDPSA）, which selects probes to obtain more system information based on the symptoms observed in previous phase. To deal with dynamic fault set caused by fault recovery mechanism, we propose a hypothesis inference algorithm based on fault persistent time statistic （FPTS）. Simulation results prove the validity and efficiency of our approach.

With the rapid popularization of social applications, various kinds of social media have developed into an important platform for publishing information and expressing opinion. Detecting hidden topics from the huge amount of user-generated contents is of great commerce value and social significance. However traditional text analysis approachesonly focus on the statistical correlation between words, but ignore the sentiment tendency and the temporal properties which may have great effects on topic detection results. This paper proposed a Dynamic Sentiment-Topic(DST) model which can not only detect and track the dynamic topics but also analyze the shift of public's sentiment tendency towards certain ***-Maximization algorithm was used in DST model to estimate the latent distribution, and we used Gibbs sampling method to sample new document set and update the hyper parameters and *** are conducted on a real dataset and the results show that DST model outperforms the existing algorithms in terms of topic detection and sentiment accuracy.

页岩气井间压裂窜扰机理及影响规律

四川盆地南部地区(以下简称川南地区)页岩气水平井体积压裂改造过程中,受地质及工程等因素影响,水力裂缝易与单一方向大尺度天然裂缝沟通并过度扩展,从而诱导邻井压力快速上涨,最终导致压裂窜扰、套管变形等问题,直接影响页岩气单井产量。为此,针对川南地区页岩气储层压裂窜扰模式多样、机制认识不清以及防控效果有限等问题,建立了全耦合页岩气水平井压裂多簇同步扩展数值模拟模型,并阐明了不同类型压裂窜扰的影响规律,最后提出了有效治理压裂窜扰的方法。研究结果表明:①天然裂缝发育的储层中,水平井裂缝易沿单一方向大尺度天然裂缝优势条带扩展,直接或间接对邻井产生影响,造成其压力涨幅异常;②页岩气水平井通过避免在风险段压裂或降低改造强度在一定程度上可减轻压裂窜扰的影响;③压裂井附近存在衰竭邻井时,裂缝更易往邻井低应力区扩展产生压裂窜扰,窜扰程度与岩石孔隙弹性密切相关。结论认为,合理避开风险段射孔、控制压裂改造强度可有效降低页岩气水平井压裂窜扰的风险,该研究成果可为同类国内外页岩气区块页岩气水平井压裂开发提供技术指导。

This study explores the application of single photon detection(SPD)technology in underwater wireless optical communication(UWOC)and analyzes the influence of different modulation modes and error correction coding types on communication *** study investigates the impact of on-off keying(OOK)and 2-pulse-position modulation(2-PPM)on the bit error rate(BER)in single-channel intensity and polarization ***,it compares the error correction performance of low-density parity check(LDPC)and Reed-Solomon(RS)codes across different error correction coding *** effects of unscattered photon ratio and depolarization ratio on BER are also ***,a UWOC system based on SPD is constructed,achieving 14.58 Mbps with polarization OOK multiplexing modulation and 4.37 Mbps with polarization 2-PPM multiplexing modulation using LDPC code error correction.

Human gastric cancer is a highly lethal disease,but the underlying multiomic mole cular signatures remain largely uncle ***,we performed multi-regional sampling,parallel single-cell multiomics sequencing and integrated analyses of human gastric *** identified common transcrip tomic alterations of gastric cancer cells,such as aberrant down-regulation of genes associated with normal stomach function and up-regulation of KRT7,PI3,S100A4,***,aberrant and prevalent up-regulation of genes highly expressed in normal colorectal epithelial cells were also identified in cancer cells,which maybe partially regulated by promoter chromatin accessibility and DNA methylation *** reve aled the single-cell DNA methylome landscape of gastric cancer,and identified candidate DNA methylation biomarkers,such as hypermethylated promoters of TMEM240 and HAGLROS,and hypomethylated promoters of TRPM2-AS and ***,the relationships between genetic lineages,D NA methylation and transcriptomic clusters were systematically revealed at single-cell *** showed that DNA methylation heterogeneities were mainly among different genetic lineages of cancer ***,we found that D NA methylation levels of cancer cells with poorer differentiation states tend to be higher than those of cancer cells with better differentiation states in the primary tumor within the same patient,although still lower than in normal gastric epithelial *** cells with poorer differentiation states also prevalently down-regulated MUC1 expression and immune-related pathways,and had poor infiltration of CD 8+T *** study dissected the mole cular signatures of intratumoral heterogeneities and differentiation states of human gastric cancer using integrative single-cell multiomics analyses.

Effect of Xiaochuanping powder on the inflammatory response and airway remodeling in asthmatic rats

OBJECTIVE： To observe the effect of Xiaochuanping powder （XP）, a traditional Chinese prescrip- tion for the treatment of cough and asthma, on serum concentrations of eosinophil cationic protein （ECP）, tumor necrosis factor （TNF）-a, and interleu- kin （IL）-4, eosinophil counts, as well as expression of matrix metalloproteinase （MMP）-9, tissue inhibi- tor of metalloproteinase （TIMP）-I in the lung tissues of asthmatic rats. METHODS： Sixty clean-grade Sprague-Dawley rats were divided randomly into six groups： normal control （NC）, asthma model, Guilong Kechuanning （GK） group, as well as high, intermediate-, and lowdose XP groups. Rats were sensitized with ovalbu- min （OVA） to trigger asthma. Serum concentrations of ECP, TNF-a and IL-4, eosinophil counts, as well as expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in lung tissues were evaluated using an immunofluorescence method, mRNA expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 was determined using real-time quantitative poly- merase chain reaction. RESULTS： Compared with the asthma-model group, serum concentrations of ECP, TNF-a, and IL-4, and eosinophil counts decreased significantly in the high- and intermediate-dose XP groups and GK group （all P 〈 0.01）. Protein expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 decreased significantly in the high- and intermediate-dose XP groups and GK group （all P 〈 0.01）. Transcription of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 mRNA and the ratio of expression of MMP-9：TIMP-1 in lung tissue were significantly lower （P 〈 0.01）. CONCLUSION： XP can reduce TNF-a secretion, sup- press the infiltration/activation of eosinophils, re- duce serum concentrations of ECP and IL-4, reduce the protein and mRNA expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in lung tissue, and regulate the balance between expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1. In these ways, XP alleviated the inflammation and remodel- ing of the airways.

Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the perioperative expression of the peripheral blood hnRNP B1 mRNA in non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients and its clinical significance. Methods: Using real time FQ-RT-PCR, we detected the expression of peripheral blood hnRNP B1 mRNA in 30 NSCLC patients on preoperative d3 and postoperative d3, d5, and d10, respectively. Results: The ΔΔCt value of hnRNP B1 in NSCLC patients on preoperative d3 was significantly different from those on postoperative d5 and d10 (P = 0.00), but not different from postoperative d3 (P = 0.12). The ΔΔCt values of patients with squamous cell carcinoma were significantly different from those with other pathological types on preoperative d3 (P = 0.02) and postoperative d3 (P = 0.01). Whereas, the ΔΔCt values were not related to gender, pathological stage and lymph node metastasis (P > 0.05). ΔΔCt values in patients with different pathology classifications had no differences on postoperative d5 and d10 (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The expression of peripheral blood hnRNP B1 mRNA in NSCLC patients decreased gradually after operation, which may be used in assessment of the therapeutic efficacy of the operation and prognosis, and the monitor of the tumor recurrence. In addition, preoperative and early postoperative expression of peripheral blood hnRNP B1 mRNA in NSCLC patients may be related to pathological types.

Volatile organic solvents were considered to have little influence on the synthesis of mesostructured materials through evaporation-induced self-assembly(EISA),because upon evaporation they leave the sol and hence do not interfere with the self-assembly *** show here that the choice of solvent is crucial in the synthesis of thin films of phenylene-bridged periodic mesoporous organosilica(benzene PMO).Methanol is found to be a better solvent for the synthesis of thin films,whereas ethanol favors the formation of(HO)3Si-C6H4-Si(OH)3 crystals,the identity and structure of which is established by X-ray diffraction.A ternary reactant composition diagram is designed to visualize the relationship among multiple synthesis experiments and to guide the interpretation of experimental results and optimization of the quality of the periodic mesoporous organosilica *** study highlights the importance of solvent choice,a factor often neglected in *** expect it to inspire researchers to explore the effect of solvent in designing the synthesis of mesoporous materials.
