Physical modelling of particle transport phenomenon and vibration behavior of converter with bottom powder injection

A cold model of top-bottom blown converter was set up to study the particle transport phenomenon and vibration performance of converter with bottom powder injection.The effect of bottom blowing flow rates,tuyere diameters,arrangements,and powder to gas mass ratios on powder distribution and furnace body vibration was investigated.The results show that the bottom injection parameters and modes have significant effects on the particle transport behavior and furnace vibration.The powder dispersion uniformity and furnace vibration increase with the increase in bottom blowing tuyere diameters.In the lower range of bottom blowing flow rates and powder to gas mass ratios,the powder dispersion uniformity is improved with the increase in them.However,in the higher range,the excessive furnace vibration leads to reduction in uniformity in powder dispersion.When the bottom blowing tuyeres arrange at double arrangement of 0.5R(R refers to the radius of the bottom)distance between tuyere and center of bath bottom,the converter has optimal particle transport behavior and vibration performance.The vibration law of converter with bottom powder injection was revealed by deducing the empirical formulas of furnace vibration maximum amplitude.The vibration intensity is affected by Froude number,powder to gas mass ratio,and tuyere arrangement.

The clear cell renal cell carcinoma(ccRCC)appears to have a predilection for metastasizing to the pancreas/11 In the recent years,there are increasing numbers of clinical series from Europe and the United States that demonstrate encouraging survival results of pancreatic metastasectomy,121 but there are a few clinical data or only some case reports from East Asian population,[3] and there are no specific guidelines regarding the appropriate management.The objective of this study was to present our experience of pancreatic metastasectomy from ccRCC by reporting the peri-operative and survival outcome.

Quantum coherence can be enhanced by placing metal nanoparticles(MNPs)in optical microcavities.Combining localized-surface plasmon resonances(LSPRs),nonlinear interaction between the LSPR and microcavity arrays of a MNP-microcavity complex offer a unique playground to observe novel optical phenomena and develop novel concepts for quantum manipulation.Here we theoretically demonstrate that optical solitons are achievable with a one-dimensional array which consists of a chain of periodically spaced identical MNP-microcavity complex systems.These differ from the solitons which stem from the MNPs with nonlinear Kerr-like response;the optical soliton here originates from LSPR-microcavity interaction.Using experimentally achievable parameters,we identify the conditions under which the nonlinearity induced by LSPR-microcavity interaction allows us to compensate for the dispersion caused by photon hopping of adjacent microcavities.More interestingly,the dynamics of solitons can be modulated by varying the radius of the MNP.The presented results illustrate the potential to utilize the MNP-microcavity complex for light manipulation,as well as to guide the design of photon switch and on-chip photon architecture.

Prevalence and Factors Associated with Female Sexual Dysfunction in Beijing, China

Background： Female sexual dysfunction （FSD） is a highly prevalent and often underestimated problem. However, large-scale, population-based epidemiological surveys of FSD are scarce in China. The present study was conducted to evaluate the prevalence and the potential risk factors of FSD across a selection of social groups in Beijing, China, based on the Female Sexual Function Index （FSFI）. Methods： A cross-sectional study based on the multiple-stage cluster sampling was performed with adult women throughout the Dongcbeng and Shunyi districts of Beijing. The Chinese version of FSFI was used, as well as questions on demographic characteristics, the disease-related context, and social relationships. Results： A total of 6000 consecutive women entered this study, with an actual response from 5024 women, corresponding to a response rate of 83.7%. A total of 4697 （78.3%） questionnaires were effective. The prevalence of adult FSD in Beijing was 2973 （63.3%） using a score of 26.55 as the boundary value, whereas the total mean FSFI score was 23.92 ~ 6.37. However, 1423 （30.3%） women did not seek help. By multivariate logistic regression analysis, the possible potential risk factors included age （odds ratio [OR] = 1.051 ）, dissatisfaction with the spouse＇s sexual ability （OR = 3.520）, poor marital affection （OR = 2.087）, spouse sexual difficulties （OR = 1.720）, dissatisfaction with married life （OR = 1.476）, living in a rural area （OR = 1.292）, chronic pelvic pain （OR = 1.261）, chronic disease （OR = 1.534）, previous pelvic surgery （OR = 1.605）, vaginal delivery （OR = 2.285）, lower education （OR = 3.449） and postmenopausal （OR = 3.183）. Conclusions： As suggested by the FSFI scores, female sexual problems are highly prevalent in Beijing. Dissatisfaction with the spouse＇s sexual ability, poor marital affection, sexual difficulties of the spouse, dissatisfaction with the marriage, rural life, CPP, and postmenopausal were conceivable risk factors for FSD in Beijing women.

以番茄为供试作物,采用田间微区试验的方法研究了不同灌溉方法和不同氮肥种类对氮素在土壤不同层次间的残留以及在番茄植株不同部位之间的分配。结果表明,在番茄整个生育期内,土壤中无机氮主要以NO3--N的形式存在,NH4+-N所占比例很小。0～100cm土层中,滴灌和沟灌各处理土壤中NH4+-N的含量在整个生育期内含量均比较低(低于6mgkg-1),且变化幅度不大,各土层NH4+-N的含量受灌溉方式和施肥的影响较小。无论是滴灌还是沟灌,番茄全生育期内0～20cm土层土壤NO3--N含量始终较高。沟灌易引起土壤中NO3--N向下层迁移,而滴灌对40～60cm土层及其以下各层次土壤的NO3--N分布影响作用不明显。硝态氮肥较铵态氮肥和酰胺态氮肥更易随水向深层土壤迁移。灌溉方式对肥料15N在果实、茎、叶中的分配比例没有明显影响,肥料15N在番茄地上部分各器官所含的量以果实为最高,其次为叶,茎中的含量最少;两种灌溉方法间肥料15N在果实、茎、叶的分配比例差异不大,平均为2.9∶1∶1.6。

胰腺神经内分泌肿瘤(pNEN)是相对罕见的胰岛细胞起源的肿瘤,在组织病理学、生物学行为、临床表现等方面异质性显著。近年来,研究的推广和认识的加深推动着国内外专家共识、临床指南的快速更新。然而,pNEN发病率低、异质性高的特点使其临床前研究工作在肿瘤学领域处于相对落后地位。多中心、跨区域乃至国际化合作既是保证研究罕见病样本量的重要模式,也为对比分析不同遗传背景pNEN的特征搭建平台。随着研究数据的快速积累,逐级细化研究亚型将有助于系统、全面地认识pNEN的群体异质性。此外,利用单细胞测序等前沿技术手段从细胞水平阐述pNEN的个体异质性可能会带来突破性的进展。

Microglia are tissue-resident macrophages residing in the central nervous system (CNS) and play critical roles in removing cellular debris and infectious agents as well as regulating neurogenesis and neuronal activities. Yet, the molecular basis underlying the establishment of microglia pool and the maintenance of their homeostasis in the CNS remain largely undefined. Here we report the identification and characterization of a mutant zebrafish, which harbors a point mutation in the nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain (NOD) like receptor gene nlrc3-like, resulting in the loss of microglia in a temperature sensitive manner. Temperature shift assay reveals that the late onset of nlrc3-like deficiency leads to excessive microglia cell death. Further analysis shows that the excessive microglia death in nlrc3-like deficient mutants is attributed, at least in part, to aberrant activation of canonical inflammasome pathway. Our study indicates that proper regulation of inflammasome cascade is critical for the maintenance of microglia homeostasis.

风驱雨CFD模拟及平均雨荷载计算方法研究

基于谐波叠加法,用Kaimal谱生成空旷场地的脉动风速时程,将脉动风速时程作为流场CFD模拟的速度入口。采用分离涡模型模拟脉动风场并用离散相模拟雨滴颗粒,通过风雨耦合的CFD模型,获得雨滴落在输电塔各高度处的雨滴速度以及时间,并依据冲量定理和冲量等效原则,提出了任一时距的平均雨荷载计算方法。以176m高的输电塔为例,计算出作用在输电塔上以0.25s为时距的平均雨荷载。研究了水平风速和降雨强度对平均雨荷载的影响,结果显示:水平平均雨荷载随水平风速和降雨强度的增加而增加,但水平平均雨荷载与风荷载的比值沿高度增加而递减;尽管单粒雨滴荷载较大,但作用时间只有大约1×10-5s,依据冲量等效原则计算得出在一定时距内的平均雨荷载较小;对于本文算例,平均雨荷载与平均风荷载的比值不超过2.6%。
