Electrochemical measurement, optical microscopy, and scanning electron microscopy were employed to investigate the corrosion behavior of some low alloy steels. The steels were held under a thin liquid film of 0.5wt% NaCl aqueous solution. It is found that the steels with the same chemical composition but different micmstructures exhibit obviously different corrosion behaviors. However, the corrosion behavior of the steels with different compositions but the same microstructnres may be similar in the present investigation. The corrosion rate of bainite is slower than that of ferrite and pearlite. The corrosion products of bainite are uniform and fine. The size of carbon-rich phases produces a great impact on the corrosion of the steels, whether in the initial stage or in the long tenn. It is easy to induce large pitting for carbon-rich phases with large size, which damages the compactness of the rust layer.

Low-temperature silicon nitride(SiNx)films deposited by plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition(PECVD)have huge application potential in the flexible ***,the applicability of SiNx largely depends on the film’s general properties,including flexibility,deposition rate,residual stress,elastic modulus,fracture strain,dielectric constant,refraction index,*** optimization towards specific application by conventional experiment design needs lots of work due to the interaction of muti quality and process ***,an efficient global optimization approach for the process technology was proposed based on the Taguchi orthogonal experiment method considering muti-factor *** of all,the Taguchi orthogonal experiment design and analysis was used to rank the influences of main process parameters on the quality characteristics,including radio frequency(RF)power,pressure,silane flow rate,ammonia flow rate and nitrogen flow ***,the global optimization approach was carried out utilizing the multi-response optimizer considering the combination target of film formation rate,residual stress,dielectric constant,elastic modulus,fracture strain,refractive ***,the optimal solution of the SiNx film was finally obtained and verified.

Background and Objective:Increasing interest has developed in the therapeutic potential of bone marrow-derived mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)for the treatment of inflammatory bowel disease(IBD)and IBD-induced ***,whether MSCs have the ability to suppress or promote tumor development remains *** stromal cell-derived factor 1(SDF-1)/C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4(CXCR4)axis is well known to play a critical role in the homing of *** this study,we aimed to evaluate the role of CXCR4-overexpressing MSCs on the tumorigenesis of ***:MSCs were transduced with lentiviral vector carrying either CXCR4 or green fluorescent protein(GFP).Chemotaxis and invasion assays were used to detect CXCR4 expression.A mouse model of colitis-associated tumorigenesis was established using azoxymethane and dextran sulfate sodium(DSS).The mice were divided into three groups and then injected with phosphate buffer saline(PBS),MSC-GFP or ***:Compared with the mice injected with MSC-GFP,the mice injected with MSC-CXCR4 showed relieved weight loss,longer colons,lower tumor numbers and decreased tumor load;expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines decreased,and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)phosphorylation level in colon tissue was ***:CXCR4-overexpressing MSCs exhibited effective anti-tumor function,which may be associated with enhanced homing to inflamed intestinal tissues.

Mammalian target of rapamycin(m TOR) inhibitor as an attractive drug target with promising antitumor effects has been widely investigated. High quality clinical trial has been conducted in liver transplant(LT) recipients in Western countries. However, the pertinent studies in Eastern world are paucity. Therefore, we designed a clinical trial to test whether sirolimus can improve recurrence-free survival(RFS) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) patients beyond the Milan criteria after LT. This is an open-labeled, single-arm, prospective, multicenter, and real-world study aiming to evaluate the clinical outcomes of early switch to sirolimus-based regimens in HCC patients after LT. Patients with a histologically proven HCC and beyond the Milan criteria will be enrolled. The initial immunosuppressant regimens are center-specifc for the frst 4-6 weeks. The following regimens integrated sirolimus into the regimens as a combination therapy with reduced calcineurin inhibitors based on the condition of patients and centers. The study is planned for 4 years in total with a 2-year enrollment period and a 2-year follow-up. We predict that sirolimus conversion regimen will provide survival benefts for patients particular in the key indicator RFS as well as better quality of life. If the trial is conducted successfully, we will have a continued monitoring over a longer follow-up time to estimate indicator of overall survival. We hope that the outcome will provide better evidence for clinical decision-making and revising treatment guidelines based on Chinese population data.

This paper presents an energy resolution study of the JUNO experiment,incorporating the latest knowledge acquired during the detector construction *** determination of neutrino mass ordering in JUNO requires an exceptional energy resolution better than 3% at 1 *** achieve this ambitious goal,significant efforts have been undertaken in the design and production of the key components of the JUNO *** factors affecting the detection of inverse beta decay signals have an impact on the energy resolution,extending beyond the statistical fluctuations of the detected number of photons,such as the properties of the liquid scintillator,performance of photomultiplier tubes,and the energy reconstruction *** account for these effects,a full JUNO simulation and reconstruction approach is *** enables the modeling of all relevant effects and the evaluation of associated inputs to accurately estimate the energy *** results of this study reveal an energy resolution of 2.95% at 1 ***,this study assesses the contribution of major effects to the overall energy resolution *** analysis serves as a reference for interpreting future measurements of energy resolution during JUNO data ***,it provides a guideline for comprehending the energy resolution characteristics of liquid scintillator-based detectors.
