While rich chemistry of phospholyl anions is discovered,phosphafluorenyl anions are only proposed as the critical intermediates for the synthesis of *** this article,we reported the direct synthesis of phosphafluorenyl lithiums from white phosphorus(P_(4))through direct P-C bond *** reaction between P4 and biphenyl dilithio reagents efficiently afforded phosphafluorenyl lithiums,which were further used to synthesize different kinds of organophosphorus *** aggregation states of phosphafluorenyl lithiums were investigated for the first *** studies by DFT calculations revealed a cooperative nucleophilic attack of two C−Li bonds on P_(4)molecule.

N-containing organic compounds are of vital importance to lives. Practical synthesis of valuable N-containing organic compounds directly from dinitrogen(N2), not through ammonia(NH3), is a holy-grail in chemistry and chemical industry. An essential step for this transformation is the functionalization of the activated N2units/ligands to generate N-C bonds. Pioneering works of transition metal-mediated direct conversion of N2into organic compounds via N-C bond formation at metal-dinitrogen [N2-M] complexes have generated diversified coordination modes and laid the foundation of understanding for the N-C bond formation mechanism. This review summarizes those major achievements and is organized by the coordination modes of the [N2-M] complexes(end-on,side-on, end-on-side-on, etc.) that are involved in the N-C bond formation steps, and each part is arranged in terms of reaction types(N-alkylation, N-acylation, cycloaddition, insertion, etc.) between [N2-M]complexes and carbon-based substrates. Additionally, earlier works on one-pot synthesis of organic compounds from N2via ill-defined intermediates are also briefed. Although almost all of the syntheses of N-containing organic compounds via direct transformation of N2so far in the literature are realized in homogeneous stoichiometric thermochemical reaction systems and are discussed here in detail, the sporadically reported syntheses involving photochemical, electrochemical, heterogeneous thermo-catalytic reactions, if any, are also mentioned. This review aims to provide readers with an in-depth understanding of the state-of-the-art and perspectives of future research particularly in direct catalytic and efficient conversion of N2into N-containing organic compounds under mild conditions, and to stimulate more research efforts to tackle this long-standing and grand scientific challenge.

BACKGROUND The incidence of multiple primary lung cancer(MPLC)in China is 0.52%-2.45%.Most primary lung cancer cases have reported two lesions or three in rare *** report a rare case of bilateral simultaneous multiple primary lung adenocarcinoma of four different *** SUMMARY A 58-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital on June 29,2021,and upon physical examination,four multiple pulmonary nodules were identified in both *** computed tomography(CT)images revealed the presence of ground glass nodules,predicted to be high-risk cancer lesions by artificial *** the guidance of three-dimensional reconstruction of preo-perative CT images,the nodules were resected under *** pathological investigation revealed that the nodule types were adenocarcinoma in situ,invasive alveolar adenocarcinoma,and microinvasive *** excised nodules were further sequenced using high-throughput sequencing(semiconductor sequencing method)of 26 lung cancer genes to confirm that the four lesions were not *** patient was discharged on postoperative day 8,that is,on July 15,*** month later,she returned to the hospital for followup and *** CT examination showed that she had re-covered well,and no obvious exudation and effusion were found in both pleural *** of postoperative pulmonary function showed that her forced vital capacity was 1.40 L(preoperative value,2.27 L)and forced expiratory volume was 1.24 L(preoperative value,2.23 L).CONCLUSION The surgical plan for multiple pulmonary nodules should be carefully *** carefully selected patients with concurrently occurring multiple lung nodules in both lungs,sublobectomy is a safe and feasible plan for concurrent bilateral resection of the *** sequencing is necessary for MPLC diagnosis and treatment.

This paper proposes an artificial intelligence-based robust information hiding algorithm to address the issue of confidential information being susceptible to noise attacks during *** algorithm we designed aims to mitigate the impact of various noise attacks on the integrity of secret information during *** method we propose involves encoding secret images into stylized encrypted images and applies adversarial transfer to both the style and content features of the original and embedded *** process effectively enhances the concealment and imperceptibility of confidential information,thereby improving the security of such information during transmission and reducing security ***,we have designed a specialized attack layer to simulate real-world attacks and common noise scenarios encountered in practical *** adversarial training,the algorithm is strengthened to enhance its resilience against attacks and overall robustness,ensuring better protection against potential *** results demonstrate that our proposed algorithm successfully enhances the concealment and unknowability of secret information while maintaining embedding ***,it ensures the quality and fidelity of the stego *** method we propose not only improves the security and robustness of information hiding technology but also holds practical application value in protecting sensitive data and ensuring the invisibility of confidential information.

BACKGROUND As the first-line regimens for the treatment of advanced gastric cancer, both docetaxel, cisplatin, and 5-fluorouracil(DCF) and epirubicin, cisplatin, and 5-fluorouracil(ECF) regimens are commonly used in clinical practice, but there is still controversy about which is *** To compare the efficacy and safety of DCF and ECF regimens by conducting this *** Computer searches in PubMed, EMBASE, Ovid MEDLINE, Science Direct, Web of Science, The Cochrane Library and Scopus were performed to find the clinical studies of all comparisons between DCF and ECF regimens. We used progression-free survival(PFS), overall survival(OS), objective response rate(ORR), disease control rate(DCR), and adverse effects(AEs) as endpoints for *** Our meta-analysis included seven qualified studies involving a total of 598 patients. The pooled hazard ratios between the DCF and ECF groups were comparable in PFS(95%CI: 0.58-1.46, P = 0.73), OS(95%CI: 0.65-1.10, P = 0.21),and total AEs(95%CI: 0.93-1.29, P = 0.30). The DCF group was significantly better than the ECF group in terms of ORR(95%CI: 1.13-1.75, P = 0.002) and DCR(95%CI: 1.03-1.41, P = 0.02). However, the incidence rate of grade 3-4 AEs was also greater in the DCF group than in the ECF group(95%CI: 1.16-1.88, P = 0.002),especially for neutropenia and febrile *** With better ORR and DCR values, the DCF regimen seems to be more suitable for advanced gastric cancer than the ECF regimen. However, the higher rate of AEs in the DCF group still needs to be noticed.
