背景:声动力疗法作为一种新型抗肿瘤治疗手段具有非侵入性和时空可控性的特点,在甲状腺髓样癌无创性治疗中具有广阔的应用前景。目的:制备具有双模态成像能力的仿生癌细胞膜涂层脂质纳米粒,检测纳米粒的理化性质、靶向能力、成像效果、细胞毒性和抗迁移能力。方法:以二棕榈酰磷脂酰胆碱、二棕榈酰磷脂酰甘油、二硬脂酰磷脂酰乙醇胺-聚乙二醇2000、胆固醇、血卟啉单甲醚、全氟己烷为原料,通过薄膜水合-超声振荡法制备脂质纳米粒HP@LNP,其中血卟啉单甲醚装载于脂质纳米结构的疏水层,全氟己烷装载于脂质纳米结构的亲水核心层内;将甲状腺髓样癌细胞膜包覆于脂质纳米粒HP@LNP表面,构建具有主动靶向甲状腺髓样癌细胞能力的仿生脂质纳米粒MHP@LNP。表征纳米粒MHP@LNP的理化性质、靶向能力、免疫逃逸能力、成像效果、细胞毒性和抗迁移能力。结果与结论:①脂质纳米粒MHP@LNP呈现典型的核壳结构,粒径为131.06 nm,平均电位为-30.59 mV,凝胶电泳结果显示脂质纳米粒MHP@LNP与癌细胞膜蛋白图谱相符合,荧光共定位结果显示脂质纳米粒MHP@LNP与癌细胞膜的荧光信号显著重合。脂质纳米粒MHP@LNP纳米粒内血卟啉单甲醚的包封率为87.8%,载药率为14.6%。在低强度聚焦超声刺激下,脂质纳米粒MHP@LNP可发生相变产生微泡,在4 min时超声信号强度达到最大值。在激光照射下,脂质纳米粒MHP@LNP的光声信号强度与其质量浓度呈现线性相关。脂质纳米粒MHP@LNP具有同源细胞靶向能力和免疫逃逸能力。未经低强度聚焦超声照射前的脂质纳米粒MHP@LNP具有良好的生物相容性,而经低强度聚焦超声照射后产生具有细胞毒性的活性氧,有效杀伤甲状腺髓样癌细胞,并抑制甲状腺髓样癌细胞的迁移能力。②结果表明,脂质纳米粒MHP@LNP能够在超声和光声双模态成像引导下实现声动力治疗,用于治疗甲状腺髓样癌。

In order to predict the performance of magnetostrictive smart material and pushits applications in engineering, it is necessary to build the constitutive relations for themagnetostrictive material Galfenol. For Galfenol rods under the action of the pre-stress andmagnetic field along the axial direction, the one-dimensional nonlinear magneto-mechanicalcoupling constitutive model is proposed based on the elastic Gibbs free energy, where theTaylor expansion of the elastic Gibbs free energy is made to obtain the polynomial forms. Andthen the constitutive relations are derived by replacing the polynomial forms with the propertranscendental functions based on the microscopic magneto-mechanical coupling *** the perspective of microscopic mechanism, the nonlinear strain related to magneticdomain rotation results in magnetostrictive strain changing with the pre-stress among theelastic strains induced by the pre-stress. By comparison, the predicted stress-strain,magnetostrictive strain, magnetic induction and magnetization curves agreed well withexperimental results under the different pre-stresses. The proposed model can describe notonly the influences of pre-stress on magnetostrictive strain and magnetization curves, butalso nonlinear magneto-mechanical coupling effect of magnetostrictive materialsystematically, such as the Young’s modulus varying with stress and magnetic field. In theproposed constitutive model, the key material constants are not chosen to obtain a good fitwith the experimental data, but aremeasured directly by experiments, such as the saturationmagnetization, saturation magnetostrictive coefficient, saturation Young’s modulus, linearmagnetic susceptibility and so on. In addition, the forms of the new constitutive relationsare simpler than the existing constitutive models. Therefore, this model could be appliedconveniently in the engineering applications.

The recent Ir/Pd co-catalyzed photo carboxylation of aromatic halides with CO_(2) has shown high efficiency and excellent functional group tolerance for preparing aromatic carboxylic acids and *** the aid of density functional theory(DFT)calculations,the carboxylation starts with two parallel steps,i.e.,oxidative addition of aromatic halides on Pd~0 and reductive quenching of the photocatalyst Ir(ppy)_(2)(dtbpy)~+with ***,a successive oxidation of Pd~Ⅱwith the amine radical(generated by the reaction of cationic radical amine and Cs_(2) CO_(3)and Ir~Ⅱspecies occurs to generate Pd~0,from which the carboxylation occurs easily via a coordination,Pd-C insertion *** release of the carboxylate product then regenerates the catalyst.

BACKGROUND Latamoxef shows excellent antibacterial activity against anaerobic bacteria such as Bacteroides *** of thrombocytopenic toxicity of latamoxef are *** report presents a case of severe thrombocytopenia possibly induced by latamoxef,an infrequent adverse drug reaction in a young patient with tuberculosis and Crohn's disease in *** SUMMARY We reported a case of severe thrombocytopenia induced by latamoxef in a 28-year-old man with tuberculosis and Crohn's *** admission,the patient presented with a cough productive of bloody sputum,a chest computed tomogram suggested scattered mottled,high-density shadows in both *** tests indicated a platelet count of 140000/μ*** a pulmonary bacterial infection,the patient received anti-infection therapy with latamoxef(dose:2.0 g)intravenously *** the 9th day of treatment,the platelet count decreased to 44000/μ*** the 12th day,scattered purpura and ecchymosis appeared on the patient’s limbs and trunk,and the platelet count decreased to 9000/μL after latamoxef treatment for 15 *** days after discontinuation of latamoxef,the platelet count recovered to 157000/μL,and the area of scattered purpura and ecchymosis on the limbs and trunk *** platelet counts remained in the normal range,and no thrombocytopenia was found at follow-up 15 mo after *** For patients treated with latamoxef,platelet counts should be carefully followed,and caregivers should be vigilant for the appearance of scattered ecchymosis.

In multicellular plant organs, cell shape formation depends on molecular switches to transduce developmental or environmental signals and to coordinate cell-to-cell communi- cation. Plants have a specific subfamily of the Rho GTPase family, usually called Rho of Plants （ROP）, which serve as a critical signal transducer involved in many cellular processes. In the last decade, important advances in the ROP-mediated regulation of plant cell morphogenesis have been made by using Arubidopsis thaliana leaf and cotyledon pavement cells. Especially, the auxin-ROP signaling networks have been demonstrated to control interdigitated growth of pavement ceils to form jigsaw-puzzle shapes. Here, we review findingsrelated to the discovery of this novel auxin-signaling mecha- nism at the cell surface. This signaling pathway is to a large extent independent of the well-known Transport Inhibitor Response （TIR）-Auxin Signaling F-Box （AFB） pathway, and instead requires Auxin Binding Protein 1 （ABP1） interaction with the plasma membrane-localized, transmembrane kinase （TMK） receptor-like kinase to regulate ROP proteins. Once activated, ROP influences cytoskeletal organization and inhibits endocytosis of the auxin transporter PINt. The present review focuses on ROP signaling and its self-organizing feature allowing ROP proteins to serve as a bustling signal decoder and integrator for plant cell morphogenesis.

Network function virtualization is a new network concept that moves network functions from dedicated hardware to software-defined applications running on standard high volume severs. In order to accomplish network services, traffic flows are usually processed by a list of network functions in sequence which is defined by service function chain. By incorporating network function virtualization in inter-data center(DC) network, we can use the network resources intelligently and deploy network services faster. However, orchestrating service function chains across multiple data centers will incur high deployment cost, including the inter-data center bandwidth cost, virtual network function cost and the intra-data center bandwidth cost. In this paper, we orchestrate SFCs across multiple data centers, with a goal to minimize the overall cost. An integer linear programming(ILP) model is formulated and we provide a meta-heuristic algorithm named GBAO which contains three modules to solve it. We implemented our algorithm in Python and performed side-by-side comparison with prior algorithms. Simulation results show that our proposed algorithm reduces the overall cost by at least 21.4% over the existing algorithms for accommodating the same service function chain requests.

In this paper, the Hausdorff dimension of the intersection of self-similar fractals in Euclidean space R^n generated from an initial cube pattern with an(n-m)-dimensional hyperplane V in a fixed direction is discussed. The authors give a sufficient condition which ensures that the Hausdorff dimensions of the slices of the fractal sets generated by "multirules" take the value in Marstrand's theorem, i.e., the dimension of the self-similar sets minus one. For the self-similar fractals generated with initial cube pattern, this sufficient condition also ensures that the projection measure μVis absolutely continuous with respect to the Lebesgue measure L^m. When μV《 L^m, the connection of the local dimension ofμVand the box dimension of slices is given.
