A total of 10446 expressed sequence tags (ESTs) are obtained by a large scale sequencing of a cDNA library from cephalothorax of adult Fenneropenaeus chinensis . An EST analysis platform was built up based on local computers and bioinformatic techniques were used to annotate these ESTs in order to promptly find possible functional genes, especially for immune related factors. About 4% of the ESTs show similarity to the coding sequences of such factors, including lectin, serine protease, serpin, lysozyme, etc. These ESTs provide a partial profile of the immune system in F. chinensis and useful information for further study on these genes.

Aqueous zinc-ion batteries(AZIBs),known for their high safety,low cost,and environmental friendliness,have a wide range of potential applications in large-scale energy storage ***,the notorious dendrite growth and severe side reactions on the anode have significantly hindered their further practical *** studies have shown that the solvation chemistry in the electrolyte is not only closely related to the barriers to the commercialization of AZIBs,but have also sparked a number of valuable ideas to address the challenges of ***,we systematically summarize and discuss the regulatory mechanisms of solvation chemistry in various types of electrolytes and the influence of the solvation environment on battery *** challenges and future directions for solvation strategies based on the electrolyte environment are proposed to improve their performance and expand their application in AZIBs.

Although extremely challenging,it is highly desirable to develop self-healing materials that exhibit high efficiency under environmental conditions for marine protection *** this work,polyurethane elastomers with hydrogen bond and dimethylglyoxime-urethane(DOU)coordination complex were combined with in-situ dual-functional BiOI@Bi_(2)S_(3. to synthesize high-efficiency photothermal cyclic self-healing antibacterial *** photothermal efficiency of BiOI@Bi_(2)S_(3. is improved by 3.% through interfacial ***@Bi_(2)S_(3./PU rapidly rises by 50.2℃ within 3.0 s under near-infrared(NIR)light,which can trigger the hydrogen bond of polyurethane coating and recover the barrier properties of the coating through *** functional theory was used to simulate and analyze the generation of multiple electron transfer paths after the vulcanization of BiOI,which improves the interfacial mobility of photogenerated carriers and generates more ***,molecular dynamics verified the self-healing mechanism of hydrogen bond and the photothermal lifting mechanism of the *** 5th scratches and self-healing cycle tests,the coating has a self-healing efficiency of more than 80%,which can ensure the self-healing and anticorrosion protection performance of the coating for multiple *** photocatalytic and photothermal properties of BiOI@Bi_(2)S_(3. enhance the antibacterial rate of the coating up to 99%.This work provides heuristic perspectives for the design of coatings with anti-corrosion,antibacterial and self-healing properties.

All-solid-state batteries,renowned for their enhanced safety and high energy density,have garnered broad *** solid electrolytes are highly anticipated for their balanced ***,their high Young’s modulus and inadaptability to volume change during cycling lead to poor contact and eventual battery *** this work,Young’s modulus of Li_(1+x)(OH)_(x)Cl samples is lowered to a level comparable to that of sulfide by regulating the–OH *** the–OH content increases,Young’s modulus of Li_(1+x)(OH)_(x)Cl samples decreases *** may be due to the local aggregation of–OH groups,forming cavities similar to LiOH structure,which reduces the bonding of the *** the premise of high Li-ion conductivity and electrochemical stability,the lowered Young’s modulus improves the contact between the solid electrolyte and the electrodes,forming a strong and stable interfacial layer,thereby improving interfacial and cycling *** symmetrical lithium metal cell shows excellent cycle performance of 600 h,and the assembled LiFePO_(4)|Li_(2.4)(OH)1.4Cl|Li cell shows significantly enhanced cycling endurance with 80%capacity retention after 150 *** work not only emphasizes the crucial importance of Young’s modulus in improving interface issues but also offers innovative approaches to advance the mechanical properties of solid electrolytes.

Since its establishment in 2013.BioLiP has become one of the widely used resources for protein-ligand ***,several known issues occurred with it over the past *** example,the protein-ligand interactions are represented in the form of single chain-based tertiary structures,which may be inappropriate as many interactions involve multiple protein chains(known as quaternary structures).We sought to address these issues,resulting in Q-BioLiP,a comprehensive resource for quaternary structure-based protein-ligand *** major features of Q-BioLiP include:(1)representing protein structures in the form of quaternary structures rather than single chain-based tertiary structures;(2)pairing DNA/RNA chains properly rather than separation;(3.providing both experimental and predicted binding affinities;(4)retaining both biologically relevant and irrelevant interactions to alleviate the wrong justification of ligands’biological relevance;and(5)developing a new quaternary structure-based algorithm for the modelling of protein-ligand complex *** these new features,Q-BioLiP is expected to be a valuable resource for studying biomolecule interactions,including protein-small molecule interaction,protein-metal ion interaction,protein-peptide interaction,protein-protein interaction,protein-DNA/RNA interaction,and RNA-small molecule interaction.Q-BioLiP is freely available at https://***/Q-BioLiP/.

Pathogenic and corrosive bacteria pose a significant risk to human health or economic *** specific,sensitive,and on-site detection of these bacteria is thus of paramount significance but remains *** inspiration from immunoassays with primary and secondary antibodies,we describe here a rational design of microbial sensor(MS)under a dualspecificity recognition strategy using Pseudomonas aeruginosa(***)as the detection *** the MS,engineered aptamers are served as the primary recognition element,while polydopamine-N-acetyl-D-galactosamine(PDA-Gal NAc)nanoparticles are employed as the secondary recognition element,which will also generate and amplify changes in the output voltage sig*** achieve self-powering capability,the MS is constructed based on a triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)with the specific aptamers immobilized on the TENG electrode *** as-prepared MS-TENG system exhibits good stability in output performance under external forces,and high specificity toward ***,with no cross-reactivity observed.A linear relationship(R^(2)=0.995)between the output voltage and *** concentration is established,with a limit of detection estimated at around 8.7×10^(3. CFU mL^(-1).The utilization of PDA-Gal NAc nanoparticles is found to play an important role in enhancing the specific and reliability of detection,and the underlying mechanisms are further clarified by computational *** addition,the MS-TENG integrates a wireless communication module,enabling real-time monitoring of bacterial concentration on mobile *** work introduces a pioneering approach to designing self-powered smart microbial sensors with high specificity,using a double recognition strategy applicable to various bacteria beyond ***.
