Phase Engineering of MXene Derivatives Via Molecular Design for High-Rate Sodium-Ion Batteries

Since 2019, research into MXene derivatives has seen a dramatic rise; further progress requires a rational design for specific functionality. Herein, through a molecular design by selecting suitable functional groups in the MXene coating, we have implemented the dual N doping of the derivatives,nitrogen-doped TiO2@nitrogen-doped carbon nanosheets （N-TiO2@NC）, to strike a balance between the active anatase TiO2at low temperatures, and carbon activation at high temperatures. The NH3reduction environment generated at 400℃as evidenced by the in situ pyrolysis SVUV-PIMS process is crucial for concurrent phase engineering. With both electrical conductivity and surface Na+availability, the N-TiO2@NC achieves higher interface capacitive-like sodium storage with long-term stability. More than100 mAh g-1is achieved at 2 A g-1after 5000 cycles. The proposed design may be extended to other MXenes and solidify the growing family of MXene derivatives for energy storage.

Aberrant expression of circular RNAs(circ RNAs)is frequently linked to colorectal cancer(CRC).Here,we identified circ ZFR as a promising biomarker for CRC diagnosis and *** ZFR was upregulated in CRC tissues and serum exosomes and its level was linked to cancer incidence,advanced-stages,and *** both in vitro and in vivo settings,circ ZFR promoted the growth and spread while suppressing apoptosis of *** with circ ZFR overexpression promoted the proliferation and migration of cocultured CRC ***,epithelial splicing regulatory protein 1(ESRP1)in CRC cells may enhance the production of circ ***2-associated transcription factor 1(BCLAF1)bound to circ ZFR,which prevented its ubiquitinated ***,circ ZFR sponged mi R-3127-5p to boost rhotekin 2(RTKN2)*** TCP1-CD-QDs nanocarrier was able to carry and deliver circ ZFR si RNA(si-circ ZFR)to the vasculature of CRC tissues and cells,which inhibited the growth of tumors in patient-derived xenograft(PDX)*** together,our results show that circ ZFR is an oncogenic circ RNA,which promotes the development and spread of CRC in a BCLAF1 and mi R-3127-5p-dependent *** ZFR is a possible serum biopsy marker for the diagnosis and a desirable target for further treatment of CRC.

A quantitative relationship between grain size and Young's modulus of metal composites has not been established by considering the coupling effect of the reinforcements on microstructural deformation. The objective of this study is to investigate the mechanism of deformation coordination between the carbon nanotube and the composite microstructure using molecular dynamics simulations. Through the analysis of stress contributions from grain boundaries and grains, a grain size-dependent continuum model for the pure metal modulus is established. On this basis, a predictive model for the modulus of metallic composites is developed by considering the coupling deformation between carbon nanotubes and the grains. The proposed model is capable of accurately capturing the relationship between grain size and the modulus of metal composites. This study provides a guideline for microstructure-dependent multiscale modeling.

Hepatitis B is an infectious disease worthy of *** the incubation period,psychological inhibition factor,vaccine,limited medical resources and horizontal transmission,an SIRS model is proposed to describe hepatitis B transmission *** order to describe the behavior changes caused by people's psychological changes,the non-monotonic incidence rate is adopted in the *** use the saturated treatment rate to describe the limited medical *** analysis shows the existence conditions of the equilibria,forward or backward bifurcation,Hopf bifurcation and the Bogdanov-Takens *** the observation of the case data of hepatitis B in China,it is found that there are mainly three features,periodic outbreaks,aperiodic outbreaks,and periodic outbreaks turns to aperiodic *** to the above features,we select three different representative regions,Jiangxi,Zhejiang province and Beijing,and then use our model to fit the actual monthly hepatitis B case *** basic reproduction numbers that we estimated are 1.7712,1.4805 and 1.4132,*** results of data fitting are consistent with those of theoretical *** to the sensitivity analysis of Ro,we conclude that reducing contact,increasing treatment rate,strengthening vaccination and revaccinating can effectively prevent and control the prevalence of hepatitis B.

Rock abrasiveness is an important factor affecting the tool's lifetime and efficiency in breaking a *** rock abrasiveness helps in the design,optimization,and mean-life prediction of *** diffraction,cast thin section analysis,and CERCHAR abrasiveness tests were performed on 18 different sandstones to characterize rock abrasiveness and explore new methods for *** relationship between the mineral composition and microstructure of sandstone and abrasiveness was *** results show that different structural maturities have varying effects on *** addition,the higher the structural maturity,the more the ***,in sandstones of the same structural maturity,the abrasiveness increases with equivalent quartz content(EQC).The texture coefficient(TC)and CERCHAR abrasiveness index(CAI)of sandstones with the same structural maturity showed a good linear ***,the correlation coefficients considering the combined parameters are above ***,obtaining the microstructure and mineral composition of sandstone can effectively characterize rock *** also provides a new method for predicting the abrasiveness of the rock in the well.

Indium oxide(In_(2)O_(3)),as a promising candidate for CO_(2)hydrogenation to C_(1) products,often suffers from sintering and activity decline,closely related to the undesirable structural evolution under reaction *** on the comprehension of the dynamic evolution,this study presents an efficient strategy to alleviate the agglomeration of In_(2)O_(3)nanoparticles by the surface decoration with highly dispersed silica species(SiO_(x)).Various structural characterizations combined with density functional theory calculations demonstrated that the sintering resulted from the over-reduction,while the enhanced stability originated from the anchoring effect of highly stable In-OSi bonds,which hinders the substantial formation of metallic In(In^(0))and the subsequent agglomeration.0.6Si/In_(2)O_(3)exhibited CO_(2)conversion rate of10.0 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)at steady state vs.3.5 mmol g^(-1)h^(-1)on In_(2)O_(3)in CO_(2)*** steady-state activity was also achieved on Pd-modified *** to the traditional Pd/In_(2)O_(3)catalyst,the methanol production rate of Pd catalyst supported on 0.6Si/In_(2)O_(3)was enhanced by 23%,showing the potential of In_(2)O_(3)modified by SiO_(x)in serving as a platform *** work provides a promising method to design new In_(2)O_(3)-based catalysts with improved activity and stability in CO_(2)hydrogenation.

Objectives:This study aimed to reveal the role and possible mechanism of the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme 2T(UBE2T)in the biological activities of breast cancer stem cells(BCSCs).Methods:The specific protein and gene expression were quantified by Western blotting and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,the proportion of BCSCs was examined by flow cytometry,and the self-renewal and proliferation of BCSCs were verified by serial sphere formation and soft ***:Increasing expression of UBE2T was drastically found in breast cancer than that in adjacent ***,UBE2T overexpression significantly increased the proportion of BCSCs in breast cancer cells and promoted their self-renewal and *** UBE2T exhibited the opposite ***2T increased the levels of the mammalian target of rapamycin and the phosphorylated mammalian target of *** target of rapamycin(mTOR)inhibitor rapamycin inhibited the function of UBE2T in ***:UBE2T plays a role in BCSCs through mTOR pathway and may suggest a novel therapeutic strategy for breast cancer.

Water flooding can be ineffective in highly heterogeneous low-permeability beach-bar sand *** introduction of CO_(2)flooding helps boost the oil production of the reservoirs but only in an early *** the late stage of flooding,gas channeling would *** alternating gas(CO_(2))(WAG)process can be used to delay gas channeling and improve the effect of CO_(2)injection,though its adaptability to beach-bar sand reservoirs remains *** order to clarify CO_(2)injection characteristics in these reservoirs,experiments were carried out in high-temperature high-pressure NMR on-line displacement experiment apparatus to simulate different flooding modes on synthetic cores that can reflect the vertical heterogeneity of beach-bar *** CO_(2)injection modes were implemented on these cores and the displacement characteristics and residual oil distribution features during both WAG injection and continuous CO_(2)injection were analyzed quantitatively and *** results show that the scheme of WAG injection after continuous CO_(2)injection can obtain better oil displacement efficiency than that of the scheme of continuous CO_(2)injection after WAG injection,but there is no significant difference in respect of oil displacement efficiency of WAG flooding between the mode of bar-injection e beach-production(injection into bar sand e production from beach sand)and the mode of beach-injection e beach-production(injection into and production from beach sand),with the former mode having a higher oil recovery *** wider pore-size distribution range of microscopic residual oil after WAG injection shows great potential of enhancing oil recovery from subsequent continuous gas *** WAG injection is implemented prior to continuous CO_(2)injection,the displacement effect of the latter is more *** research may provide a theoretical basis for CO_(2)EOR in this type of reservoirs.
