Two-dimensional(2D)Ga_(2)O_(3)has been confirmed to be a stable structure with five atomic layer thickness *** this work,we study the quasi-particle electronic band structures and then access the excitonic optical properties through solving the Bethe-Salpeter equation(BSE).The results reveal that the exciton dominates the optical absorption in the visible light region with the binding energy as large as~1.0 eV,which is highly stable at room ***,both the dominant absorption P_(1)and P_(2)peaks are optically bright without dark exciton between them,and thus is favorable for luminescence *** calculated radiative lifetime of the lowest-energy exciton is 2.0×10^(-11)s at 0 ***,the radiative lifetime under+4%tensile strain is one order of magnitude shorter than that of the strainfree case,while it is less insensitive under the compressive *** findings set the stage for future theoretical and experimental investigation on monolayer Ga_(2)O_(3).

Background:The money tree is a favored indoor potted plant in *** seeds resemble chestnuts in both shape and flavor when cooked,which are generally considered non-toxic and safe for *** presentation:This report presents the first published case of food poisoning due to the ingestion of large amounts of money tree seeds.A 67-year-old man exhibited toxic encephalopathy symptoms and dyspnea after consuming the seeds for approximately 6 *** empirical mechanical ventilation,therapeutic plasma exchange,and other medical interventions,the patient’s clinical status improved *** was subsequently discharged from the ***:Consuming a substantial quantity of money tree seeds within a limited timeframe can lead to poisoning,resulting in adverse outcomes,particularly toxic ***,plasma exchange may have some therapeutic effect.

The exercise recommendation system is emerging as a promising application in online learning scenarios,providing personalized recommendations to assist students with explicit learning *** solutions generally follow a collaborative filtering paradigm,while the implicit connections between students(exercises)have been largely *** this study,we aim to propose an exercise recommendation paradigm that can reveal the latent connections between student-student(exercise-exercise).Specifically,a new framework was proposed,namely personalized exercise recommendation with student and exercise portraits(PERP).It consists of three sequential and interdependent modules:Collaborative student exercise graph(CSEG)construction,joint random walk,and recommendation list ***,CSEG is created as a unified heterogeneous graph with students’response behaviors and student(exercise)***,a joint random walk to take full advantage of the spectral properties of nearly uncoupled Markov chains is performed on CSEG,which allows for full exploration of both similar exercises that students have finished and connections between students(exercises)with similar ***,we propose to optimize the recommendation list to obtain different exercise *** analyses of two public datasets,the results demonstrated that PERP can satisfy novelty,accuracy,and diversity.

The inertial navigation system(INS),which is frequently used in emergency rescue operations and other situations,has the benefits of not relying on infrastructure,high positioning frequency,and strong real-time ***,the intricate and unpredictable pedestrian motion patterns lead the INS localization error to significantly diverge with *** paper aims to enhance the accuracy of zero-velocity interval(ZVI)detection and reduce the heading and altitude drift of foot-mounted INS via deep learning and equation constraint of dual *** at the observational noise problem of low-cost inertial sensors,we utilize a denoising autoencoder to automatically eliminate the inherent *** at the problem that inaccurate detection of the ZVI detection results in obvious displacement error,we propose a sample-level ZVI detection algorithm based on the U-Net neural network,which effectively solves the problem of mislabeling caused by sliding *** at the problem that Zero-Velocity Update(ZUPT)cannot suppress heading and altitude error,we propose a bipedal INS method based on the equation constraint and ellipsoid constraint,which uses foot-to-foot distance as a new observation to correct heading and altitude *** conduct extensive and well-designed experiments to evaluate the performance of the proposed *** experimental results indicate that the position error of our proposed method did not exceed 0.83% of the total traveled distance.

Exposure to stress negatively affects error processing,but the impact of stress on error awareness remains to be *** the present study,we examined the temporal dynamics of error awareness and post-error adjustment following acute ***-nine healthy men were randomly assigned to the control(n=26)or stress group(n=23).After stress induction,participants completed the error awareness task,and their brain activity was assessed by *** to the control group,the stress group demonstrated lower error awareness accuracy and smaller Pe(error positivity)and ΔPe amplitudes following aware error responses,which indicated impairment of error awareness following ***,the stress group had lower accuracy in post-aware error responses than in post-unaware error responses and the control group,which indicated poor post-error adjustment following *** results showed a stress effect on sequential stages of error *** induces impaired error identification,which further generates maladaptive post-error performance.

Self-powered full-spectrum photodetectors(PDs)offer numerous advantages,such as broad application fields,high precision,efficiency,and multi-functionality,which represent a highly promising and potentially valuable class of detectors for future ***,insensitive response to solar-blind ultraviolet(UV)and complex and expensive preparation processes greatly limit their performance and practical *** this study,a self-powered full-spectrum Bi_(2)Se_(3)/a-Ga_(2)O_(3)/p-Si heterojunction PD with high sensitivity for solar-blind UV band prepared by a simple and low-cost two-step synthesis method is *** results reveal that the developed PD has an excellent performance,such as high sensitivity from 200 to 850 nm,and a responsivity of 1.38 mA/W as well as a detectivity of 3.22×10^(10) Jones under 254 nm light at zero ***,the unencapsulated device displays exceptional stability and imaging *** is expected that Bi_(2)Se_(3)/a-Ga_(2)O_(3)/p-Si heterojunction PD with a simple and low-cost synthesis method has great potential for self-powered full-spectrum photodetectors.

Liposomes are one of the significant classes of antitumor nanomaterials and the most successful nanomedicine drugs in clinical translation. However, it is difficult to accurately reveal liposome delivery modes and drug release rates at different p H values to assess the biodistribution and drug delivery pathways in vivo. Here, we established a strategy to integrate Bi-doped carbon quantum dots(CQDs)with liposomes to produce fluorescence visualization and therapeutic effects, namely lipo/Bi-doped ***/Bi-doped CQDs show good water solubility and physicochemical properties, which can be used for in vitro labeling of colon cancer(CT26) cells and in vivo imaging localization tracking tumors for monitoring. Simultaneously, thanks to the excellent p H sensitivity and ion doping characteristic of Bi-doped CQDs, lipo/Bi-doped CQDs can be used to reveal the drug release rate of liposomes at different p H values and exhibit potential effects in vivo antitumor therapy.

Background： Functional dyspepsia （FD） is a common tipper gastrointestinal disorder worldwide, but the current treatments for FD are still unsatisfactory. The aims of this study were to investigate the efficacy and safety of Qi-Zhi-Wei-Tong granules in patients with postprandial distress syndrome （PDS）-predominant FD. Methods： The study was conducted as a randomized, double-blinded, multicenter, placebo-controlled design in 197 patients with PDS. All participants received placebo treatment for 1 week. Patients whose total symptom score decreased by 〈50% after the placebo treatment were recruited into the 4-week treatment period, in which they were randomly assigned to be treated with either Qi-Zhi-Wei-Tong granules or placebo. The patients were then followed for 2 weeks without any treatment. Dyspeptic symptoms were scored at weeks 2 and 4 during the random treatment period and 2 weeks after the treatment. Anxiety and depression symptoms were also scored and compared. Results：（1） The total effective rates in the Qi-Zhi-Wei-Tong granules group at weeks 2 and 4 during the random treatment period and 2 weeks after treatment were all significantly higher than those in the placebo group （38.82% vs. 8.75%, P 〈 0.001; 69.14% vs. 16.25%, P 〈 0.001＇ 77.65% vs. 21.25%, P 〈 0.001 ）. （2） The total dyspeptic symptoms scores in the Qi-Zhi-Wei-Tong granules group at weeks 2 and 4 and 2 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those in the placebo group. （3） The severity and frequency of each dyspeptic symptom at weeks 2 and 4 and the follow-up period were all significantly lower than those in the placebo group. （4） The anxiety scores in the Qi-Zhi-Wei-Tong granules group were significantly lower than those in the placebo group. （5） Qi-Zhi-Wei-Tong granules did not have more adverse eflbcts than the placebo. Conclusion： Qi-Zhi-Wei-Tong granules offer significant symptomatic improvement in PDS with no more adverse effects than placebo. Trial Registration： https：//clinical
