Maiz.(z.a mays subspecies mays)is an important commercial crop across the world,and its f.owering time is closely related to grain yield,plant cycle and latitude ***1 is an essential clock-regulated blue-light receptor with distinct f.nctions on f.owering time in plants,and its f.nction in maiz. remains *** this study,we identif.ed two f.f. homologs in the maiz. genome,named z.f.f.a and z.f.f.b,and indicated that z.f.f.a and z.f.f.b independently regulate reproductive transition through interacting with z.CONz. and z.GI1 to increase the transcription levels of.z.CONz. and *** demonstrated that z.f.f.b underwent artif.cial selection during modern breeding in China probably due to its role in geographical ***,our data suggested that z.f.f.bHap_C7 may be an elite allele,which increases the abundance of.z.CONz. mRNA more ef.iciently and adapt to a wider range of.temperature z.ne than that of.z.f.f.bHap_z.8 to promote maiz. f.oral *** extends our understanding of.the genetic diversity of.maiz. *** allele is expected to be introduced into tropical maiz. germplasm to enrich breeding resources and may improve the adaptability of.maiz. at dif.erent climate z.nes,especially at temperate region.

The growth of.Li dendrites poses potential saf.ty haz.rd to lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),and eliminating Li dendrites thoroughly stills f.ce tough dif.iculties ***,regulating Li-plating is a critical optimiz.tion-direction to address the ***,a“graphite-Li hybrid”anode with high reversibility is realiz.d under the constant-capacity lithiation(CCL).Within CCL,the unif.rm distribution of.Li-plating on the graphite surf.ce is successf.lly *** evolution in dif.erent states of.solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)is investigated in detail to study the interaction between the potentials and impedance during the process of.Liintercalation and *** the potential below 0 V and the state of.charge(SOC)of.110%relative to the theoretical capacity,the f.rich SEI with high stability is constructed to hinder the emergency of.Li dendrites and maintain the intact structure of.graphite anode under long *** cell presents more than 100%Coulombic ef.iciency(CE)with the 900 cycles,demonstrating the reversible Li-plating and the utiliz.tion of.*** the CCL half.cell provides a good cycling perf.rmance and specif.c capacity of.900 cycles at 0.5 C,it is attributed to the synergy ef.ect of.stable inorganic-rich SEI and regulated active Li-plating.

The combined ef.ects of.straw incorporation(SI)and polymer-coated urea(PCU)application on soil ammonia(NH_(3))and nitrous oxide(N_(2)O)emissions f.om agricultural f.elds have not been comprehensively evaluated in Northwest *** conducted a two-year f.eld experiment to assess the ef.ects of.combining SI with either uncoated urea(U)or PCU on soil NH_(3)emissions,N_(2)O emissions,winter wheat yields,yield-scaled NH_(3)(/NH_(3)),and yield-scaled N_(2)O(/N_(2)O).f.ve treatments were investigated,no nitrogen(N)f.rtiliz.r(N_(0)),U application at 150 kg N ha-1 with and without SI(SI+U and S_(0)+U),and PCU application at 150 kg N ha^(-1) with and without SI(SI+PCU and S_(0)+PCU).The results showed that the NH_(3);emissions increased by 20.98-34.35%f.llowing Sl compared to straw removal,mainly due to increases in soil ammonium(NH_(4)^(+)-N)content and water-f.led pore space(Wf.S).SI resulted in higher N_(2)O emissions than under the So scenario by 13.31-49.23%due to increases in soil inorganic N(SIN)contents,Wf.S,and soil microbial *** contrast,the PCU application reduced the SIN contents compared to the U application,reducing the NH_(3)and N_(2)O emissions by 45.99-58.07 and 18.08-53.04%,***,no signif.cant positive ef.ects of.the SI or PCU applications on the winter wheat yield were *** lowest /NH_(3) and /N_(2)O values were observed under the S_(0)+PCU and SI+PCU *** results suggest that single PCU applications and their combination with straw are the optimal agricultural strategies f.r mitigating gaseous N emissions and maintaining optimal winter wheat yields in Northwest China.

In this work,we sought to investigate constrained docking control during shipborne SideArm recovery of.an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)under preassigned saf. docking constraints,rough ocean environments,and dif.erent initial *** aim was to solve the UAV tracking-lag problem that manif.sts when attempting to dock with a rapidly moving SideArm and to improve the accuracy and rapidity of.***,together with the f.rmulations of.the shipborne SideArm system and environmental airf.ows,the af.ine nonlinear dynamics of.the hook was established to reduce tracking ***,echo state network approximators with good approximation capacity and low computational consumption were designed to accurately approximate the UAV’s unknown nonlinear *** f.edf.rward compensation provided by these approximators,a nonlinear-mapping-based constrained docking control law was developed f.r shipborne SideArm recovery of.*** approach to controlling the docking trajectory and the f.rward docking speed of.the UAV can achieve rapid and exact docking with a moving SideArm,without violating the preassigned saf. docking-constraint *** under dif.erent docking scenarios were used to validate the ef.ectiveness and advantages of.the proposed docking-control algorithm.

Chilled chicken is inevitably contaminated by microorganisms during slaughtering and processing,resulting in *** parts of.chilled chicken,especially wings,f.et,and other skin-on products,are abundant in collagen,which may be the primary target f.r degradation by spoilage *** this work,a total of.17 isolates of.spoilage bacteria that could secrete both collagenase and lipase were determined by raw-chicken juice agar(RJA)method,and the results showed that 7 strains of.Serratia,Aeromonas,and Pseudomonas could signif.cantly decompose the collagen *** gelatin z.mography showed that Serratia liquef.ciens(f.)and(G7)had apparent degradation bands around 50 kDa,and Aeromonas veronii(G8)and Aeromonas salmonicida(H8)had a band around.65 and 95 kDa,*** lipase and collagenase activities were detected isolate-by-isolate,with f. showing the highest collagenase *** spoilage ability on meat in situ,f. perf.rmed strongest in spoilage ability,indicated by the total viable counts,total volatile basic nitrogen content,sensory scores,lipase,and collagenase *** study provides a theoretical basis f.r spoilage heterogeneity of.strains with high-producing collagenase in meat.

A Pickering emulsion based on sodium starch octenyl succinate(SSOS)was prepared and its ef.ects on the physicochemical properties of.hairtail myof.brillar protein gels(MPGs)subjected to multiple f.eez.-thaw(f.T)cycles were *** whiteness,water-holding capacity,storage modulus(G')and texture properties of.the MPGs were signif.cantly improved by adding 1%-2%Pickering emulsion(Pf.rmation of.secondary structure,enhanced hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic interactions,and promoted the transition of.disulf.de bond conf.rmation f.om g-g-g to g-g-t and *** an emulsion concentration of.2%,theα-helix content decreased by 10.37%,while theβ-sheet content increased by 7.94%,compared to the *** f.T cycles,the structure of.the MPGs was destroyed,with an increase in hardness and a decrease in whiteness and water-holding capacity,however,the quality degradation of.MPGs was reduced with 1%-2%Pickering *** f.ndings demonstrated that SSOS-Pickering emulsions,as potential f.t substitutes,can enhance the gel properties and the f.T stability of.MPGs.
