A thermo-responsive rewritable plasmonic bio-memory chip has been successfully fabricated on an indium tin oxide(ITO)glass slide by assembling core-satellite gold nanoclusters with different size of gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)using double-strand DNA(dsDNA)*** the prepared 70@DNA2.@13 gold nanoclusters(AuNCs)exhibited more stable and greater photothermal conversion *** short time irradiation by 633 nm microbeam laser,every individual AuNCs could be excited and remove the satellite AuNPs on its ***,in the dissociation process of AuNCs with 3−5 satellite,its color would change from yellow to green,which showed more significant reduction in the red channel of the dark-field microscopy(DFM)images and could be defined to state“0”and“1”***,this plasmonic nano bio-memory could transform cyclically its state between 0 and 1 which exhibited excellent rewritable ability.

By using a three-dimensional fully nonlinear numerical model in spherical coordinates and taking the linear steady solutions of the migrating diurnal and semidi-urnal tides in January from the Global-Scale Wave Model (GSWM) as the initial values, we simulate the linear and nonlinear propagations of the migrating diurnal and semidi-urnal tides in the atmosphere from the ground to the lower thermosphere. A comparison of our simulations with the results of GSWM is also presented. The simulation results show that affected by the nonlinearity, the migrating diurnal and semidiurnal tides propagating in the middle and upper atmosphere exhibit evident short-term variability. The nonlinear interactions between the migrating tides and the background atmosphere can obviously alter the background wind and temperature fields, which suggests that the nonlin-ear propagations of the migrating diurnal and semidiurnal tides impact significantly on the transient dynamical and thermal structures of the background middle and upper at-mosphere and the nonlinear effect is an important cause of the difference between the results of GSWM and observa-tions.

The characteristics of high-latitude planetary waves (PWs) in the troposphere and lower stratosphere (TLS) are studied by using the data from radiosonde observations during 1998 to 2.06 at three Alaskan stations in USA (Nome, 64.50°N, 165.43°W; McGrath, 62.97°N, 155.62.W; Fairbanks, 64.82.N, 147.87°W). It is found that strong PWs exist in two regions. One is around tropopause, and the other is in the polar night jet (PNJ) in winter. The PW activities are rather intermittent, and their lifetimes are no longer than two months. Among three perturbation components in zonal and meridional winds and temperature, the temperature disturbance amplitude is the smallest, and the amplitude for the meridional wind component the largest. Around the tropopause, quasi 5-, 10-, and 16-day PW activities can be observed simultaneously. Among these PW components, the quasi 5-day and 10-day PW are the weakest and strongest, respectively. Moreover, PWs around the tropopause are complex and no obvious season variability can be observed. However, in the PNJ, the higher region, only obvious quasi 10-day and 16-day PWs remain, with smaller amplitudes than those around the tropopause. And significant PWs in the PNJ occur only in winter. By calculating the refractive index for PWs, it is found that there is a persistent reflection layer around 11 km, which is thick in summer and becomes thin or even disappears in winter, revealing that PWs in the stratosphere can only occur in winter. PWs in the 2.03/2.04 winter at the three stations are analyzed in detail. It is found that for the focused observation duration, the quasi 10-day and quasi 16-day waves exist mainly in the troposphere and stratosphere, respectively. The quasi 10-day wave is a standing wave in the vertical direction, with vertical wavelength about 12.km in the temperature component and larger than 2. km in the meridional component. As the brightest gamma-ray burst ever observed,GRB 2.1009A provided a precious opportunity to explore spectral line *** this article,we performed a comprehensive spectroscopy analysis of GRB 2.1009A jointly with GECAM-C and Fermi/GBM data to search for emission and absorption *** the first time we investigated the line feature throughout this GRB including the most bright part where many instruments suffered problems,and identified prominent emission lines in multiple time *** central energy of the Gaussian emission line evolves from about 37 to 6 MeV,with a nearly constant ratio(about 10%)between the line width and central ***,we find that both the central energy and the energy flux of the emission line evolve with time as a power law decay with power law index of–1 and–2.*** suggest that the observed emission lines most likely origin from the blue-shifted electron positron pair annihilation 511 ke V *** find that a standard high latitude emission scenario cannot fully interpret the observation,thus we propose that the emission line comes from some dense clumps with electron positron pairs traveling together with the *** this scenario,we can use the emission line to directly,for the first time,measure the bulk Lorentz factor of the jet(Γ)and reveal its time evolution(i.e.,Γ~t^(-1))during the prompt ***,we find that the flux of the annihilation line in the co-moving frame keeps *** discoveries of the spectral line features shed new and important lights on the physics of GRB and relativistic jet.

The high-quality gate dielectric on silicon carbide （SiC） surface is critical to fabricate high-performance SiC metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistors（MOSFETs）.This research employs microwave plasma annealing （MPA） to obtain high-quality Al2.3/SiC gate *** designing MPA atmosphere and optimizing the plasma power,the SiC MOS capacitor with a Al2.3dielectric film shows the enhanced *** interface state density is reduced by 1 order of magnitude to 6×1011cm-2.eV-1,the breakdown electric field is increased,and the voltage shift is effectively suppressed Besides,the mechanism of MPA process is discussed in terms of the thermal effect and reactant species.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy （XPS） results unveil oxygen plasma plays the main *** plasma power during the MPA process results in defect repairs of the firstneighbor Al-O bonding and partial removal of Al-O-H bond from the interface *** study demonstrates that MPA process is an effective option to realize highquality dielectric and interface on SiC.

Bilayer transition metal dichalcogenides（TMDs） balance the high mobility of single layers with the high state density of multilayers and therefore have promising application prospects in high-performance electronics. However, the layer-controlled growth of 2. materials is still confronted with challenges such as poor repeatability between different labs and a limited understanding of the growth mechanism at the atomic scale. Herein, we report a new carbon-assisted chemical vapor deposition process that can realize the growth of WS2.heets with high yield, precise thickness controllability, and repeatability. We show that carbon can act as a reducing agent and catalyst that preferentially reacts with the WO3precursor to form intermediate WO3-xproducts with low-valence state W. The resulting oxycarbide gas has a low surface adsorption energy when deposited on the surface of as-grown WS2. which provides nucleation sites for the subsequent layer of WS2.rowth and leads to the vertical growth of WS2.heets. The growth mechanism is thoroughly investigated. Electrical transport measurements show that the produced bilayer WS2.ossesses a high carrier mobility(up to 58 cm2.V-1·s-1) and small subthreshold swing（estimated to be 148 mV/decade）,which are among the best reported results for TMDs produced using CVD.
