Phonon lasers or coherent amplifications of mechanical oscillations are powerful tools for fundamental studies on coherent acoustics and hold potential for diverse applications,ranging from ultrasensitive force sensing to phononic information ***,we propose the use of an optomechanical resonator coupled to a nonlinear optical resonator for directional phonon *** find that by pumping the nonlinear optical resonator,directional optical squeezing can occur along the pump *** a result,we can achieve the directional mechanical gain using directional optical squeezing,thereby leading to nonreciprocal phonon lasing with a well-tunable directional power *** work proposes a feasible way to build nonreciprocal phonon lasers with various nonlinear optical media,which are important for a wide range of applications,such as directional acoustic amplifiers,invisible sound sensing or imaging,and one-way phononic networks.

The key to the transformation of resource-based rural economy lies in the land use transition,which has important theoretical and practical significance for the reconstruction of rural values and the promotion of rural *** Taolingou Village in Yangquan City,Shanxi Province as an example,on the basis of expounding the concept and connotation of land use transition,this paper analyzes the evolution trend of resource-based rural land use transition,explores the driving force of resource-based rural land use transition and clearly puts forward the measures to strengthen the transformation of resource-based rural land use in the context of rural *** analysis shows that the land use of Taolingou Village is transforming towards the trend of sustainability,putting people first and multi-function,which is consistent with the strategic goal of rural *** driving force of land use transition in Taolingou Village includes four aspects,namely,industrial structure,economic factors,development policy and contradiction between human and *** and optimizing the industrial structure,protecting the ecological environment,perfecting relevant policies and regulations,and controlling the overall population are the effective measures for Taolingou Village to realize the land use *** case study is expected to provide a useful reference for the land use transition in other resource-based rural areas.

当前特高压换流变压器采用免维护式呼吸器替代传统呼吸器,由于无呼吸油杯,一旦发生气路堵塞无法直观判断油浸设备的呼吸状态。为此,借鉴“电子式肺功能”肺活量检测计的技术原理,设计了一种携带方便、使用便捷的导通检测装置,通过传感电路检测读取呼吸器的“呼吸状态”并就地显示读取结果,满足对换流变压器日常维护和验收工作的使用需求,同时可大幅缩短检测时间并提高检测精度。将所设计的检测装置实物样本安装在换流变压器呼吸器上,通过实验验证了其导通性检测的有效性。

A substantial unconformity between the Middle-Upper Ordovician and the Upper Carboniferous across nearly the entire North China Craton(NCC),representing ca.135 Ma of missing *** gap makes the investigation of the origination and evolution of vascular plants during the Silurian,Devonian,and Early Carboniferous incapable in this ***,fossil plants from the Moscovian Benxi Formation are the oldest documented tracheophytes in central NCC,belonging to the early stage of the Cathaysia ***,the Benxi Flora has been thought to be the link between the Euramerica and Cathaysia *** to date,about 60 species of 30 genera have been documented from the Benxi Formation in 26 sites of ***,most of these reported species are preserved as fragmentary *** identification and affinities are *** this contribution,we report a new fossil assemblage from a single interval of the Benxi Formation,Yangquan City,Shanxi *** species of eighteen genera are *** are preserved in a lagoon palaeo-environment,indicating that their parent plants lived in coastal areas during the *** elements of this assemblage are comparable with those from contemporaneous floras in elsewhere of the NCC,including Stigmaria sp.,Sphenophyllum emarginatum Brongniart,Calamites suckowii Brongniart,Paripteris gigantea(Sternberg) Gothan,***(Sternberg) Gothan,***(Potonie) Gothan,Linopteris sp.,Cyclopteris sp.,Tingia trilobata Stockman et Mathieu,and Cordaites principalis(Germar) *** should be noted that,Neuropteris flexuosa Sternberg and Macroneuropteris scheuchzeri(Hoffmann) Cleal et al.,which were thought as typical Euramerican elements,are first recorded in the *** addition,Annularia orientalis Kawasaki,which was completely reported from the Taiyuan Formation and younger deposits before in NCC,is found from the Benxi Formation for the first ***,cordaitaleans were considered as

The transition metal chalcogenides represented by MoS_(2)are the ideal choice for non-precious metal-based hydrogen evolution ***,whether in acidic or alkaline environments,the catalytic activity of pure MoS_(2)is still difficult to compete with *** studies have shown that the electronic structure of materials can be adjusted by constructing lattice-matched heterojunctions,thus optimizing the adsorption free energy of intermediates in the catalytic hydrogen production process of materials,so as to effectively improve the electrocatalytic hydrogen production activity of ***,it is still a great challenge to prepare heterojunctions with lattice-matched structures as efficient electrocatalytic hydrogen production ***,we developed a one-step hydrothermal method to construct Ni-MoS_(2)@NiS_(2)@Ni_(3)S_(2)(Ni-MoS_(2)on behalf of Ni doping MoS_(2))electrocatalyst with multiple heterogeneous interfaces which possesses rich catalytic reaction *** Ni-MoS_(2)@NiS_(2)@Ni_(3)S_(2)electrocatalyst produced an extremely low overpotential of 69.4 mV with 10 mA·cm^(−2)current density for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)in 1.0 M *** work provides valuable enlightenment for exploring the mechanism of HER enhancement to optimize the surface electronic structure of MoS_(2),and provides an effective idea for constructing rare metal catalysts in HER and other fields.

Additive manufacturing of NiTi lightweight porous structures bio-mimicking coral skeleton with enhanced mechanical properties and shape memory functions

Concerning the high demand for lightweight and multifunctional properties of engineering structures, the coral skeleton-inspired sheet-based(CSS) structure, which was a novel bio-mimicking coral skeleton wall-septa architecture with a unique ability to resist wave shocks was fabricated using NiTi alloy by laser powder bed fusion(LPBF) technology. The effects of laser energy density(LED) on surface morphologies, microstructures, phase transformation behavior, and mechanical properties of LPBFfabricated CSS structures were systematically investigated. The results indicated that the size deviation was predominantly governed by powder adhesion and step effect. NiTi CSS structures with LED of 71 J·mm~(-3)possessed superior compressive modulus(~400 MPa), ultimate strength(~13 MPa), and energy absorption efficiency(~69%). The compression fracture mechanism of the LPBF-fabricated NiTi CSS structures was revealed to be predominantly brittle fracture accompanied by ductile fracture. Furthermore, the Ni_4Ti_3 nanoprecipitates induced the precipitation strengthening effect, enabling better shape memory response at LED of 71 J·mm~(-3), with a recoverable strain of 3.63% and recovery ratio of 90.8%, after heating under a pre-strain of 4%. This study highlights the importance of a bionic design strategy for enhancing the mechanical properties of NiTi components and offers the possibility to tailor its functional properties.

Influenza virus (IAV)infection is a major cause of severe respiratory illness that affects almost every country in the *** infections result in respiratory illness and even acute lung injury and death,but the underlying mechanisms responsible for IAV pathogenesis have not yet been fully *** this study,the basic fibroblast growth factor 2 (FGF2)level was markedly increased in H1N1 virus-infected humans and ***2,which is predominately derived from epithelial cells,recruits and activates neutrophils via the FGFR2-PI3K-AKT-NFKB signaling ***2 depletion or knockout exacerbated influenzaassociated disease by impairing neutrophil recruitment and *** importantly,administration of the recombinant FGF2 protein significantly aUeviated the severity of IAV-induced lung injury and promoted the survival of IAV-infected *** on the results from experiments in which neutrophils were depleted and adoptively transferred,FGF2 protected mice against IAV , infection by recruiting ***,FGF2 plays a critical role in preventing IAV-induced lung injury,and FGF2 is a promising potential therapeutic target during IAV infection.

Neurotransmitter-initiated signaling pathway were reported to play an important role in regulating the malignant phenotype of tumor *** cells could exhibit a"neural addiction"property and build up local nerve networks to achieve an enhanced neurotransmitter-initiated signaling through nerve growth factor-mediated *** the dysregulated nervous systems might represent a novel strategy for cancer ***,whether intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(ICC)could build its own nerve networks and the role of neurotransmitters in the progression ICC remains largely *** staining and Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay suggested that IcC cells and the infiltrated nerves could generate a tumor microenvironment rich in acetylcholine that promotes IcC metastasis by inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition(EMT).Acetylcholine promoted iCC metastasis through interacting with its receptor,alpha 5 nicotine acetylcholine receptor subunits(CHRNA5).Furthermore,acetylcholine/CHRNA5 axis activated GSK3β/β-catenin signaling pathway partially through the influx of Ca^(2+)-mediated activation of Ca/calmodulin-dependent protein kinases(CAMKll).In addition,acetylcholine signaling activation also expanded nerve infiltration through increasing the expression of Brain-Derived Neurotrophic Factor(BDNF),which formed a feedforward acetylcholine-BDNF axis to promote ICC ***93,a small-molecule inhibitor of CAMKIll,significantly inhibited the migration and enhanced the sensitivity to gemcitabine of ICC *** all,Acetylcholine/CHRNA5 axis increased the expression ofβ-catenin to promote the metastasis and resistance to gemcitabine of ICC via CAMKIl/GSK3βsignaling,and the CAMKIl inhibitor KN93 may be an effective therapeutic strategy for combating ICC metastasis.
