Numerical simulation on the multiphase flow and reoxidation of the molten steel in a two-strand tundish during ladle change

A 3D mathematical model was proposed to investigate the molten steel–slag–air multiphase flow in a two-strand slab continuous casting(CC)tundish during ladle *** study focused on the exposure of the molten steel and the subsequent reoxidation *** exposure of the molten steel was calculated using the coupled realizable k–εmodel and volume of fluid(VOF)*** diffusion of dissolved oxygen was determined by solving the user-defined scalar(UDS)***,the user-defined function(UDF)was used to describe the source term in the UDS equation and determine the oxidation rate and oxidation *** effect of the refilling speed on the molten steel exposure and dissolved oxygen content was also *** the refilling speed during ladle change reduced the refilling time and the exposure duration of the molten ***,the elevated refilling speed enlarged the slag eyes and increased the average dissolved oxygen content within the tundish,thereby exacerbating the reoxidation *** addition,the time required for the molten steel with a high dissolved oxygen content to exit the tundish varied with the refilling *** the inlet speed was 3.0 m·s^(-1)during ladle change,the molten steel with a high dissolved oxygen content exited the outlet in a short period,reaching a maximum dissolved oxygen content of 0.000525wt%.Conversely,when the inlet speed was 1.8 m·s^(-1),the maximum dissolved oxygen content was 0.000382wt%.The refilling speed during the ladle change process must be appropriately decreased to minimize reoxidation effects and enhance the steel product quality.

As an important equipment to preheat air and to improve coal-fired power plant boiler efficiency with the heat of boiler tail flue gas,the air preheater’s safe and economic operation influences unit efficiency *** present,above 80%utility-type unit in domestic uses tri-sectional rotary air ***,the rotary air preheater has become an indispensable auxiliary machinery in modern large ***,a kind of air preheater heat transfer model of inverse flue gas flow is proposed in this paper,the ash fouling situation of air preheater is showed with the cleanliness factors based on heat transfer model and flue gas pressure drop model ***,the cleanliness factor of air preheater is calculated and gained through thermodynamics indirectly with energy balance *** to the verification results of the actual operation data of a 600 MW coal-fired unit,both of these two kinds of mode can reflect the dynamic change of ash fouling situation of air preheater in real time,and among which,the cleanliness factor based on flue gas pressure drop mode has a better online monitoring result on ash fouling situation of heat transfer surface.

目的探究局部应用辣椒素(Cap)对大鼠椎板切除术后硬膜外纤维化(EF)的效果。方法选取48只8周龄、体重260~320 g的雄性SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组、生理盐水对照组和辣椒素处理组(5 mg/ml和10 mg/ml)。对生理盐水对照组,辣椒素处理组大鼠行椎板切除术。假手术组仅暴露硬脊膜,不行椎板切除术。术前术后通过Basso-Beattie-Bresnahan(BBB)运动评分评估大鼠的关节活动、躯干运动及协调情况。术后1个月,通过大体观察、HE染色、免疫组织化(IHC)、Masson染色和天狼猩红染色评估EF程度。运用串联质谱标签(TMT)蛋白定量组学技术、qRT-PCR和组织免疫荧光染色检测微管相关蛋白1S(MAP1S)、自噬相关蛋白(ATG9A)、纤维连接蛋白(FN1)、肌动蛋白(ACTA2)、微管相关蛋白1轻链3B(LC3B)等基因表达水平。结果所有组别大鼠手术前后的BBB评分差异无统计学意义,表明手术和Cap无显著运动功能损害。宏观和组织学分析显示,Cap显著减缓了EF发生,抑制硬膜外细胞增殖,且效果与浓度相关。Masson和天狼猩红染色证实Cap减少了Ⅰ型胶原纤维沉积。TMT蛋白定量和qRTPCR分析揭示,Cap上调了MAP1S和ATG9A表达,下调了FN1和ACTA2表达。免疫荧光染色显示,Cap处理后MAP1S和LC3B表达显著增加。结论Cap通过激活MAP1S介导的自噬途径,有效抑制硬膜外区域细胞增殖和胶原纤维沉积,从而减缓EF进展。

In the urban water supply system, the location and quantity of the pressure monitoring nodes play a significant role for the monitoring effect and the response warning of the pipe burst. However, most installation of pressure monitoring nodes are based on human experience, which cannot totally present the whole water supply system condition. In view of the unreasonable layout of pressure monitoring nodes, this paper presents a solution Integrating sensitivity analysis, genetic algorithm, hydraulic model calculation and pipe network topology. Then optimize the number of pressure monitoring nodes by considering the amount of water covered and the number of associated nodes. This solution offers a relatively accurate and reasonable way to optimize the layout of pressure monitoring nodes in large-scale site selection, presenting better comprehensive effect compared with previous layout. To a certain extent, this optimized layout of pressure monitoring nodes reduce the impact of human factors and improve the monitoring of water supply network operation results.

The relationship between structure and hysteresis of phase transformation temperature in NiTi shape memory alloy has been investigated by means of TEM observation,positron an- nihilation and electrical resistivity *** sequence of hysteresis for the alloy aged under different regimes was found to be:plate martensite>R-phase>tie-like martensite. The reversible displaeement of phase boundaries of these transformations is blocked by the co- herent stress field around Ti_(11)Ni_(14)phase particles.A linear relationship between S paramet- er of positron annihilation and maximum values of temperature hysteresis showed that the mismatch dislocation and elastic stress field established by Ti_(11)Ni_(14)phase precipitation are the main factor to determine the temperature hysteresis of phase transformation in NiTi shape memory alloy.

Many researches on the prediction of the penetration rate of the tunneling boring machine （TBM） have been carried out. The prediction of the penetration rate will contribute to reduce the danger of TBM construction, decrease the cost and provide the support for the construction planning. Most methods for predicting penetration rate rely on the fixed equation relationship between the input parameters and output parameters. In this paper, we build up a dynamic model. We mainly make use of the partial least squares regression algorithm （PLS） and the structure of the fuzzy-neuron network （FNN） to build up the model. All the data should be normalized. We randomly select 120 groups of the data from TBM construction as the training data and 33 groups of data as the testing data. The training and testing results are analyzed by the mean square error and the correlation coefficient. At the same time, we compare the prediction of the PLS-FNN model with the prediction of the FNN model. The simulation result shows that the PLS-FNN model has the good performance for the prediction.

Seed coat color affects the appearance and commodity quality of mung beans(Vigna radiata L.).The substances that affect mung bean seed coat color are mainly flavonoids,which have important medicinal *** the seed coat color gene in mung beans would facilitate the development of new varieties and improve their *** this study,an F2 mapping population consisting of 546 plants was constructed using Jilv9(black seed coat)and BIS9805(green seed coat).Using bulk segregated analysis(BSA)sequencing and kompetitive allele-specific PCR(KASP)markers,the candidate region related to seed coat color was finally narrowed to 0.66 Mb on chromosome(Chr.)4 and included eight candidate *** transcriptome and metabolome analyses showed that three of the eight candidate genes(LOC106758748,LOC106758747,and LOC106759075)were differentially expressed,which may have caused the differences in flavonoid metabolite content between Jilv9 and *** findings can provide a research basis for cloning the genes related to seed coat color and accelerate molecular markerassisted selection breeding in mung beans.
