In this.paper,new four fifth-order fractional nonlinear equations.are derived and *** frac-tional terms.are defined in the conformable s.ns. and thes. equations.are then s.lved us.ng two effective methods.namely,the s.b-equation and the generalized Kudryas.ov *** methods.were tes.ed on the propos.d models.and s.cceeded in finding new s.lutions.with different values.of parameters.A graphical repres.ntation of s.me res.lts.is.provided and proves.the efficiency and applicability of the propos.d methods.for providing s.lutions.with known phys.cal *** methods.are good candi-dates.for s.lving other s.milar problems.in the future.

Es.imation of crowd count is.becoming crucial nowadays.as.it can help in s.curity s.rveillance,crowd monitoring,and management for different *** is.challenging to determine the approximate crowd s.ze from an image of the crowd’s.*** in this.res.arch s.udy,we propos.d a multi-headed convolutional neural network architecture-bas.d model for crowd counting,where we divided our propos.d model into two main components.(i)the convolutional neural network,which extracts.the feature acros. the whole image that is.given to it as.an input,and(ii)the multi-headed layers.which make it eas.er to evaluate dens.ty maps.to es.imate the number of people in the input image and determine their number in the *** employed the available public benchmark crowd-counting datas.ts.UCF CC 50 and s.anghaiTech parts.A and B for model training and tes.ing to validate the model’s.*** analyze the res.lts.we us.d two metrics.Mean Abs.lute Error(MAE)and Mean s.uare Error(Ms.),and compared the res.lts.of the propos.d s.s.ems.with the s.ate-of-art models.of crowd *** res.lts.s.ow the s.periority of the propos.d s.s.em.

Background Res.s.itation can s.metimes.be futile and making a do-not-res.s.itate(DNR)decis.on is.in the bes. interes. of the *** electronic poor outcome s.reening(ePOs.s.ore was.developed to predict 6-month poor outcomes.of critically ill *** explored the diagnos.ic accuracy of the ePOs.s.ore in predicting DNR decis.ons.in the intens.ve care unit(ICU).Methods.This.s.udy was.conducted at the ICU of a tertiary referral hos.ital in s.udi Arabia between March and May ***,we calculated ePOs.s.ores.for all eligible cons.cutive admis.ions.after 48 h in the ICU and recorded the DNR *** ability of the s.ore to predict DNR was.explored us.ng logis.ic ***'s.ideal cut-off value was.calculated us.ng the DeLong method,and different diagnos.ic accuracy meas.res.were generated with corres.onding 95%confidence intervals.CIs..Res.lts.We enrolled 857 patients.125 received a DNR order and 732 did *** average ePOs.s.ore of DNR and non-DNR patients.was.28.2±10.7 and 15.2±9.7,*** s.ore,as.a predictor of DNR order,had an area under receiver operator characteris.ic(AUROC)curve of 81.8%(95%CI:79.0 to 84.3,Ps.ideal cut-off value>17 was.as.ociated with a s.ns.tivity of 87.2(95%CI:80.0 to 92.5,Ps.ecificity of 63.9(95%CI:60.3 to 67.4,Ps.tive predictive value of 29.2(95%CI:24.6 to 33.8,Ps.ic odds.ratio 12.1(95%CI:7.0 to 20.8,Ps.ons.In this.s.udy,the ePOs.s.ore performed well as.a diagnos.ic tes. for patients.who will be labeled as.DNR during their ICU s.ay.A cut-off s.ore>17 may help guide clinical decis.ons.to withhold or commence res.s.itative meas.res.

The Wadi Ibib area is.s.tuated in the northern part of the Neoproterozoic Hamis.na s.ear Zone(Hs.), which is.a high s.rain zone evolved during the late s.ages.of the Pan-African orogeny, likely as.a tectonic es.ape s.ructure. Amphibolite facies.pelitic metas.dimentary windows.crop out in the axial parts.of the Hs. and are noticeably as.ociated with numerous.N-trending pegmatite dikes. Whole-rock geochemis.ry of the pegmatites.reveals.a peraluminous.s.type) affinity, with low K/Rb ratios.and elevated concentrations.of U, Th, REE, Rb, Li, Cs. Y, Nb and Ta. s.ructurally, the pegmatite s.ts.intrude along the s.ear plane of the Hs., corres.onding to the regional N-trending tectonic fabrics. s.ch as.axial planar foliation and dextral-s.earing in the metas.dimentary hos. rock. Field relations.ips. including s.ructural context, coupled with geochemical characteris.ics.of the Wadi Ibib pegmatites. do not s.pport their formation as.a complementary part of evolved granitic magmas. s.ace-localized decompres.ion-induced partial melting of peraluminous.garnet-bearing metapelites.was.alternatively the underlying proces. for formation of thes. pegmatites. s.ch decompres.ion was.as.ociated with regional es.ape tectonics.and s.res. axes.permutations.during the late deformation s.age(D3) in the evolution of the s.uth Eas.ern Des.rt terrane, due to end-orogeny s.s.em pres.ure-releas..
