FeGa thin film has been deposited on（100）-oriented GaAs and（001）-oriented Si substrates with different film thicknesses and laser energy densities at room temperature by pulsed laser deposition *** structure and static magnetic of FeGa film have great changes depending on the substrate and energy density of pulsed laser.X-ray diffraction reveals the presence of first-order order–disorder structure ofgrain phase and disordered bcc A2 structure on GaAs *** coercivity and remanence of FeGa film on GaAs substrate ratio show a regular dependence on the thickness and energy ***,film on Si substrate did not exhibit structure change,which can be attributed to a large lattice mismatch between FeGa and Si.

System logs, serving as a pivotal data source for performance monitoring and anomaly detection, play an indispensable role in assuring service stability and reliability. Despite this, the majority of existing log-based anomaly detection methodologies predominantly depend on the sequence or quantity attributes of logs, utilizing solely a single Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) and its variant sequence models for detection. These approaches have not thoroughly exploited the semantic information embedded in logs, exhibit limited adaptability to novel logs, and a single model struggles to fully unearth the potential features within the log sequence. Addressing these challenges, this article proposes a hybrid architecture based on a multiscale convolutional neural network, efficient channel attention and mogrifier gated recurrent unit networks (LogCEM), which amalgamates multiple neural network technologies. Capitalizing on the superior performance of robustly optimized BERT approach (RoBERTa) in the realm of natural language processing, we employ RoBERTa to extract the original word vectors from each word in the log template. In conjunction with the enhanced Smooth Inverse Frequency (SIF) algorithm, we generate more precise log sentence vectors, thereby achieving an in-depth representation of log semantics. Subsequently, these log vector sequences are fed into a hybrid neural network, which fuses 1D Multi-Scale Convolutional Neural Network (MSCNN), Efficient Channel Attention Mechanism (ECA), and Mogrifier Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU). This amalgamation enables the model to concurrently capture the local and global dependencies of the log sequence and autonomously learn the significance of different log sequences, thereby markedly enhancing the efficacy of log anomaly detection. we systematically studied the evaporation residue cross sections of ^(48)Ca-induced reactions on lanthanide and actinide target nuclei under the Dinuclear System(DNS)model framework to check the reliability and applicability of the *** produce new proton-rich Fl and Lv isotopes through hot fusion reactions in the superheavy element region with z≥104,we utilized the reactions ^(48)Ca+^(236,238,239) Pu and ^(48)Ca+^(242,243,244,250) ***,owing to the detection limit of available equipment(0.1 pb),only 283Fl and 287−289Lv,which have the maximum evaporation residue cross section values of 0.149,0.130,9.522,and 0.309 pb,respectively,can be ***,to produce neutron-deficient isotopes of actinides near the proton drip line with z=93−100,we attempted to generate the new isotopes(224−227Pu,228−232,237Cm)using the reactions ^(48)Ca+180,182,183 w and ^(48)Ca+^(184,186,187,192) *** maximum evaporation residue cross section values are 0.07,0.06,0.26,and 0.30 nb for the former set of reactions,and 1.96 pb,5.73 pb,12.16 pb,19.39 pb,54.79 pb,and 6.45 nb for the latter,*** results are expected to provide new information for the future synthesis of unknown neutron-deficient isotopes.

Ebola virus(EBOV)and Marburg virus(MARV),members of the Filoviridae family,are highly pathogenic and can cause hemorrhagic fevers,significantly impacting human *** are considered reservoirs of these viruses because related filoviruses have been discovered in ***,due to the requirement for maximum containment laboratories when studying infectious viruses,the characterization of bat filoviruses often relies on pseudoviruses and minigenome *** this study,we used RACE technology to sequence the 30-leader and 50-trailer of Mengla virus(MLAV)and constructed a *** to MARV,the transcription activities of the MLAV minigenome are independent of *** further assessed the effects of polymorphisms at the 50 end on MLAV minigenome activity and identified certain mutations that decrease minigenome reporter efficiency,probably due to alterations in the RNA secondary *** reporter activity upon recombination of the 30-leaders and 50-trailers of MLAV,MARV,and EBOV with those of the homologous or heterologous minigenomes was compared and it was found that the polymerase complex and leader and trailer sequences exhibit intrinsic ***,we investigated whether the polymerase complex proteins from EBOV and MARV support MLAV minigenome RNA synthesis and found that the homologous system is more efficient than the heterologous *** efficiently inhibited MLAV as well as EBOV *** summary,this study provides new information on bat filoviruses and the minigenome will be a useful tool for high-throughput antiviral drug screening.

The heterojunction integration of two-dimensional(2D)materials via van der waals(vdw)forces,unencumbered by lattice and processing constraints,constitutes an efficacious approach to enhance the overall optoelectronic performance of photodetectors,due to an assortment of distinctive light-matter ***,vdw heterojunction photodetectors based on transition metal dichalcogenides(TMDs)face an inevitable trade-off between low dark currents and high responsivity,curtailing the application potential of myriad novel optoelectronic components in sensing,spectral,and communication *** this study,we present the successful actualization of a highly sensitive,self-powered,and gate-tunable bipolar response *** mechanisms underlying photocurrent generation were scrutinized via bias-,power-,and position-dependent mapping photoresponse measurements,identifying the photovoltaic effect,which is attributable to the Schottky junction’s built-in electric field,as the predominant *** prototype Au-wS2-graphene photodetector exhibits a remarkable light on/off ratio of 1.2×10^(6),a specific detectivity of 6.12×10^(11)cm H^(z1/2)w^(-1)with 20μs response time at 638 *** wide gate-tunable responsivity provides an adjustability scope,ranging from 0.9 to 3.1 A w^(-1).Notably,the device demonstrates an exceptional linear photocurrent response,with a linear dynamic range(LDR)value approximating 130 dB,which significantly surpasses that of other photodetectors based on TMDs.

Solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)are promising substitutes for current flammable liquid electrolytes to achieve high-safety and high-energy-density lithium metal *** oxide(PEO)based solid polymer electrolytes have attracted increasing attention because of their excellent flexibility,manufacturability,light weight,and low-cost processing,while they often suffer from low ionic con-ductivity at room temperature,low lithium transference number and unsatisfactory interfacial resis-tance,which largely restrain their practical ***,two-dimensional holey silica nanosheets(2D-HSN)as the fillers,together with LiNO_(3) as the electrolyte additive,are introduced in a PEO/poly(-vinylidene fiuoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)blended polymer matrix to obtain a *** incorporation of HSN filler creates supplementary channels for lithium ion migration and lowers the crystallinity of the polymer,thereby facilitating the movement of lithium *** HSN-based SPE demonstrates higher ionic conductivity up to 3.7 x 10-4 S cm-1 at 30℃,larger Li+transference number close to 0.34,and more stable lithium plating/stripping than that without the fillers,and HSN can promote the formation of more stable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)*** as-assembled LiFePO4||Li batteries deliver a high specific capacity of 159 mA h g-1 with the capacity retention of 95.5%after 200 cycles at 30℃,as well as superior rate performance and cycling stability compared to that using the blank SPE.
