Memristors are promising candidates for synapse emulation in brain-inspired neuromorphic computing *** main obstacle to their usage in such systems is high variability of memristive characteristics and its severe negative effect on the neural network *** paper addresses the issue from two points of view on the example of the parylene-based memristors:(i)the methods of the memristor internal stochasticity decrease and(ii)the methods of the memristive neural network architecture *** introduction of an optimal Ag nanoparticle concentration(3 vol.%–6 vol.%)to the memristive structure leads to a statistically significant decrease in the switching voltage variation and endurance ***,it is shown that post-fabrication annealing improves memristive characteristics,e.g.,resistive switching window increases by an order of magnitude and exceeds 106,the switching voltage variation decreases by a factor of 2(down to 7%for the set and 17%for the reset voltage),and thermostability is *** transmission electron microscopy and impedance spectroscopy analysis allowed establishing a multifilamentary resistive switching mechanism for nanocomposite parylene-based *** simulation of the formal neural network based on these memristors demonstrates high classification accuracy with low variation for an important biomedical task,heart disease prediction,after careful feature selection and network architecture *** prospects of the controlled incorporation of the nanocomposite parylene-based memristors in neural networks are brightened by their scaling possibility in crossbar geometry.

The practical significance of the established generalized differential formula-tion of the first law of thermodynamics (formulated for the rotational coor-dinate system) is evaluated (for the first time and for the mesoscale oceanic eddies) by deriving the general (viscous-compressible-thermal) and partial (incompressible, viscous-thermal) local conditions of the tidal maintenance of the quasi-stationary energy and dissipative turbulent structure of the mesoscale eddy located inside of the individual fluid region of the ther-mally heterogeneous viscous (compressible and incompressible, respective-ly) heat-conducting stratified fluid over the two-dimensional bottom topog-raphy characterized by the horizontal coordinate x along a horizon-tal axis X. Based on the derived partial (incompressible) local condition (of the tidal maintenance of the quasi-stationary energy and viscous-thermal dis-sipative turbulent structure of the mesoscale eddy) and using the calculated vertical distributions of the mean viscous dissipation rate per unit mass and the mean thermal dissipation rate per unit mass in four regions near the observed mesoscale (periodically topographically trapped by nearly two-dimensional bottom topography h(x) eddy located near the northern region of the Yamato Rise in the Japan Sea, the combined analysis of the energy structure of the eddy and the viscous-thermal dissipative structure of turbulence is presented. The convincing evidence is presented of the tidal mechanism of maintenance of the eddy energy and viscous-thermal dissipa-tive structure of turbulence (produced by the breaking internal gravity waves generated by the eddy) in three regions near the Yamato Rise subjected to the observed mesoscale eddy near the northern region of the Yamato Rise of the Japan Sea.

Processing and analyzing of medical images is one of the priority research areas. At the same time, the processing of images of cells occupies a special place. This is due to the fact that such studies allow for a comprehensive diagnosis of the state of human health, identify and prevent the development of diseases in the early stages. We investigate the effectiveness of using wavelet analysis in color models, taking into account the preliminary change in the contrast of the input image. We consider the HSv color model and the image contrast modification procedure, which is based on the histogram change in the specified range with gamma correction. As a criterion for choosing parameters for changing the contrast of the image, we consider the entropy of the image. We also showed the advisability of using the value of the entropy index for the subsequent improvement of image analysis based on the wavelet ideology. We examined the general sequence of action for the analysis of image of megaloblastic anemia cells. This sequence is based on the choice of parameters for changing the contrast of the image and application of wavelet ideology.

Testicular microlithiasis （TM） is one of the symptoms of testicular dysgenesis syndrome （TDS）. TM is particularly interesting as an informative marker of testicular germ cell tumors （TGCTs）. KIT ligand gene （KITLG）, BCL2 antagonist/killer 1 （BAK1）, and sprouty RTK signaling antagonist 4 （SPRY4） genes are associated with a high risk of TGCTs, whereas bone morphogenetic protein 7 gene （BMP7）, transforming growth factor beta receptor 3 gene （TGFBR3）, and homeobox D cluster genes （HOXD） are related to TDS. Using polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism （PCR-RFLP） analysis, we investigated allele and genotype frequencies for KITLG （rs995030, rs1508595）, SPRY4 （rs4624820, rs6897876）, BAK1 （rs210138）, BMP7 （rs388286）, TGFBR3 （rs12082710）, and HOXD （rs17198432） in 142 TGCT patients, 137 TM patients, and 153 fertile men （control group）. We found significant differences in the KITLG GG_rs995030 genotype in TM （P= 0.01） and TGCT patients （P = 0.0005） compared with the control. We also revealed strong associations between KITLGrs1508595 and TM （G allele, P = 0.003; GG genotype, P= 0.01） and between KITLG_rs1508595 and TGCTs （G allele, P-- 0.0001; GG genotype, P = 0.0007）. Moreover, there was a significant difference in BMP7_rs388286 between the TGCT group and the control （T allele, P = 0.00004; TT genotype, P = 0.00006） and between the TM group and the control （T allele, P= 0.04）. HOXDalso demonstrated a strong association with TGCTs （rs17198432 A allele, P = 0.0001; AA genotype, P = 0.001）. Furthermore, significant differences were found between the TGCT group and the control in the BAK1_rs210138 G allele （P= 0.03） and the GG genotype （P= 0.01）. KITLG and BMP7genes, associated with the development of TGCTs, may also be related to TM. In summary, the KITLG GG_rs995030, GG_rs1508595, BMP7 TT_rs388286, HOXD AA_rs17198432, and BAK1 GG_rs210138 genotypes were associated with a high risk of TGCT development.

Melt and fluid inclusions were studied in the minerals of Cenozoic olivine melanephelinites from the Chukchi Peninsula, *** rock contain several generations of olivine phenocrysts varying in composition at mg=0.88～*** phenocrysts bear fluid and melt inclusions recording various stages of melt crystallization in volcanic conduits and shallow magma *** fluid inclusions are CO_2-dominated with a density of up to O.93 g/cm^*** fluid inclusions are partially leaked,which is indicated by haloes of tiny fluid bubbles around large fluid inclusions in *** inclusions contain various daughter crystals,which were completely resorbed in thermometric experiments at about 1230℃.Assuming that this temperature corresponds to the entrapment conditions of the CO_2 fluid inclusions,the minimum pressure of the beginning of magma degassing is estimated as *** in the compositions of homogenized silicate melt inclusions indicate that olivine was the earliest crystalline phase followed by clinopyroxene,nepheline and *** sequence is in agreement with the mineralogy of the *** melts are strongly enriched in incompatible trace elements and volatiles(in addition to CO_2,high C1,F,and S contents were detected).There are some differences between the compositions of melts trapped in minerals from different *** in SiO_2,FeO,and incompatible element contents are probably related to melt generations at various levels in a homogeneous mantle reservoir.

voice Control for an Industrial Robot as a Combination of various Robotic Assembly Process Models

Models for the design of assembly processes are considered. various models for the voice control of an industrial robot are considered: a logical model, semantic networks, a frame model and Petri nets. It is shown that this set of models allows describing the process of designing the technological process for an industrial robot. The logical model of the technological process allows you to define logical relationships. A model based on semantic networks describes the relationship between assembly units in a detail. This allows you to determine the order and method of registration, as well as the mutual orientation of assembly units in the product. The frame model provides the ability to streamline the execution of the build process. A model based on Petri nets allows one to describe the type and sequence of technological transitions. Based on the proposed models, a method of voice control for an industrial robot is developed. The basic principles of voice control for an industrial robot are considered.
