This work introduces a deep-l.arning network,i.e.,mul.i-input sel.-organizing-map ResNet(MISR),for model.ng refining units comprised of two reactors and a separation *** model.is comprised of sel.-organizing-map and the neural.network *** sel.-organizing-map part maps the input data into mul.ipl. two-dimensional.pl.nes and sends them to the neural.network *** the neural.network part,residual.bl.cks enhance the convergence and accuracy,ensuring that the structure wil. not be overfitted *** of the MISR model.of hydrocracking unit al.o benefits from the util.zation of prior knowl.dge of the importance of the input variabl.s for predicting properties of the *** resul.s show that the proposed MISR structure predicts more accuratel. the product yiel.s and properties than the previousl. introduced sel.-organizing-map convol.tional.neural.network model.thus l.ading to more accurate optimization of the hydrocracker ***,the MISR model.has smoother error convergence than the previous *** operating conditions have been determined via mul.i-round-particl.-swarm and differential.evol.tion *** experiments show that the MISR model.is suitabl. for model.ng nonl.near conversion units which are often encountered in refining and petrochemical.pl.nts.

Distribution and changes of active l.yer thickness(Al.) and soil.temperature(TTOP) in the source area of the Yel.ow River using the GIPl.model

Active l.yer thickness（Al.） is critical.to the understanding of the surface energy bal.nce, hydrol.gical.cycl.s, pl.nt growth, and col. region engineering projects in permafrost regions. The temperature at the bottom of the active l.yer, a boundary l.yer between the equil.brium thermal.state（in permafrost bel.w） and transient thermal.state（in the atmosphere and surface canopies above）, is an important parameter to refl.ct the existence and thermal.stabil.ty of permafrost. In this study, the Geophysical.Institute Permafrost Model.GIPl. was used to model.the spatial.distribution of and changes in Al. and soil.temperature in the Source Area of the Yel.ow River（SAYR）, where continuous, discontinuous, and sporadic permafrost coexists with seasonal.y frozen ground. Monthl. air temperatures downscal.d from the CRU TS3.0 datasets, monthl. snow depth derived from the passive microwave remote-sensing data SMMR and SSM/I, and vegetation patterns and soil.properties at scal. of 1：1000000 were used as input data after modified with GIS techniques. The model.val.dation was carried out careful.y with in-situ Al. in the SAYR interpol.ted from the fiel.-measured soil.temperature data. The resul.s of the model.indicate that the average Al. in the SAYR has significantl. increased from 1.8 m in 1980 to 2.4 m in 2006 at an average rate of 2.2 cm yr–1. The mean annual.temperature at the bottom of the active l.yer, or temperature at the top of permafrost（TTOP） rose substantial.y from –1.1°C in 1980 to –0.6°C in 2006 at an average rate of 0.018°C yr–1. The increasing rate of the Al. and TTOP has accel.rated since 2000. Regional.warming and degradation of permafrost has al.o occurred, and the changes in the areal.extent of regions with a sub-zero TTOP shrank from 2.4×104 to 2.2×104 km2 at an average rate of 74 km2 yr–1. Changes of Al. and temperature have adversel. affected the environmental.stabil.ty in the SAYR.

Advanced Ramming Mix Based on Fused Zirconia Stabil.zed by Com-bined Additives of CaO and MgO for l.ning of Carbon Bl.ck Production Reactor

Fused material. from ZrO2 stabil.zed by CaO or MgO, or the combined additive consisting of CaO and MgO are made. With using chemical. petrographic, X-ray phase and el.ctron microscopic researches the main characteristics of these material. are determined. It is shown that, the material. of al. compositions have l.w water absorption; they are characterized by equal.struc-ture. The material. stabil.zed by the combined additive consisting of CaO and MgO are presented by general.y the cubic phase and a smal. amount of tetragonal.and monocl.nic ZrO2 phases. Depending on CaO： MgO ratio in the material. the tetragonal.ZrO2 phase settl.s down in a cubic matrix in the form of separate grains, and sites of net l.ke structure in the form of a ＂woven＂ interl.cing （2.9% of CaO and 2. 6% of MgO ）. An infl.ence of the above mentioned fused stabil.zed ZrO2 material. and quantity of monocl.nic zirconia, on the forming of zirconia mix on a phosphate bond and properties of＂ .fired sampl.s is studied. The sampl.s from mix based on ZrO2 stabil.zed by the combined additive consisting of 2.9% CaO and 2.6% MgO with 20% of monocl.nic Zr02 are characterized by the highest properties： after .firing at 1 580 ~C open porosity of 14. 3% - 14. 8%, apparent density of 4. 67 -4. 69 g · cm^-5, col. crushing strength of 62 - 68 MPa, thermal.shock resistance （ 1 300℃←→air） of 15 thermal.cycl.s, l.near growth of 0. 2%. The manufacturing technol.gy of powders mix-ture for ramming mix based on the new fused material..from ZrO2 stabil.zed by the combined additive is devel.ped and its production is mastered. From this mixture the l.rge-size, shaped products on the phosphate bond are made at one carbon bl.ck production pl.nt, which are instal.ed in the combustion chamber of the carbon bl.ck production reactor.

Previousl., we establ.shed a model.in which physiol.gical.y adequate function of the autol.gous β cel.s was recovered in non-obese diabetic （NOD） mice after the onset of hypergl.cemia by rendering them hemopoietic chimera. These mice were termed antea-diabetic. In the current study, we addressed the rol. of T regul.tory （Treg） cel.s in the mechanisms mediating the restoration of eugl.cemia in the antea-diabetic NOD model. The data generated in this study demonstrated that the numbers of Treg cel.s were decreased in unmanipul.ted NOD mice, with the most profound deficiency detected in the pancreatic l.mph nodes （Pl.s）. The impaired retention of the Treg cel.s in the Pl.s correl.ted with the l.cal.y compromised profil. of the chemokines invol.ed in their trafficking, with the most prominent decrease observed in SDF-1. The amel.oration of autoimmunity and restoration of eugl.cemia observed in the antea-diabetic mice was associated with restoration of the Treg cel. popul.tion in the Pl.s. These data indicate that the function of the SDF-1/CXCR4 axis and the retention of Treg cel.s in the Pl.s have a potential.rol. in diabetogenesis and in the amel.oration of autoimmunity and β cel. regeneration in the antea-diabetic model. We have demonstrated in the antea-diabetic mouse model.that l.fel.ng recovery of the β cel.s has a strong correl.tion with normal.zation of the Treg cel. popul.tion in the Pl.s. This finding offers new opportunities for testing the immunomodul.tory regimens that promote accumul.tion of Treg cel.s in the Pl.s as a therapeutic approach for type 1 diabetes （TID）.

Kaposi’s sarcoma-associated herpesvirus(KSHV), al.o known as human herpesvirus-8(HHV-8), is etiol.gical.y l.nked to the devel.pment of Kaposi’s sarcoma, primary effusion l.mphoma, and mul.icentric Castl.man’s disease. These mal.gnancies often occur in immunosuppressed individual., making KSHV infection-associated diseases an increasing gl.bal.heal.h concern with persistence of the AIDS epidemic. KSHV exhibits biphasic l.fe cycl.s between l.tent and l.tic infection and extensive transcriptional.and posttranscriptional.regul.tion of gene expression. As a member of the herpesvirus famil., KSHV has evol.ed many strategies to evade the host immune response, which hel. the virus establ.sh a successful.l.fel.ng infection. In this review, we summarize the current research status on the biol.gy of l.tent and l.tic viral.infection, the regul.tion of viral.l.fe cycl.s and the rel.ted pathogenesis.

Cognitive disorder in brain concussion

This paper presented original.study resul.s concerning the preval.nce and cl.nical.characteristics of cognitive impairment associated with brain concussion. The cognitive functions of 80 consecutive patients （mean age = 37.40±1l.74years; 50 men and 30 women） admitted to the hospital.with brain concussions were eval.ated. Their cognitive scores were compared with 40 age- and education-matched heal.hy vol.nteers without history of cranial.trauma. Cognitive impairment without dementia was found in 93% of the patients. Cognitive impairment in brain concussion was al.o characterized by prominent cognitive sl.wness （bradyphrenia）, concentration decrease, free recal. insufficiency, and visual.spatial.dysfunction. Age and severity of anxiety significantl. infl.ence the cognitive performance of patients.
