Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common cancers in the world and is one of the leading indications for liver transplantation,liver transplantation is the gold standard treatment for end stage liver *** is based up on radiological characteristics and rarely biopsy *** treatment must be individualized to each patient to improve recurrences and *** this article,we focus on the different selection criteria for liver *** study aimed to investigate the distribution laws and research frontiers of international literature,so as to present holistic bibliometric evaluation of the studies on 5-year survival and disease-free recurrence in 5 years,according to hepatocarcinoma criteria for liver *** paper aims to review and analyze 5-year survival and disease-free recurrence based on hepatocarcinoma criteria for liver *** systematically examines and summarizes distribution characteristics and research frontiers through bibliometric analysis.A bibliographic search was implemented in pubMed/Medline,Clinical Key,Science Direct and Index Medicus with MESH terms,from the year 1996–*** selected for transplantation using the Metroticket 2.0(MT2)criteria had the highest overall survival along with patients selected for transplantation using the Milan Criteria had the best 5-year disease-free *** Metroticket 2.0 criteria(MT2)and Milan Criteria(MC)have shown the most favorable post-transplant outcomes for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).However,MC demonstrated the best 5-year disease-free recurrence rate,underscoring the significance of taking into account tumor morphology and biology when determining the eligibility of HCC patients for liver *** distribution characteristics and research frontiers by bibliometrics concerning prognostic role of selection criteria for liver transplantation in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma the collaboration

The objective to this work was to evaluate the enzymatic activity in the culture of Solanum lycopersicum *** with Fusarium oxysporum after the combined application of Beauveria bassiana and plant *** lycopersicum plantlets were transplanted 15 days after the *** days after transplanting,Beauveria bassiana spores were applied at a concentration of 1×10^(7)spores mL^(−1)onto soil(along with ***(N)and ***(H)leaf extracts)where *** plants were *** days after transplanting,spores of *** strain were applied at a concentration of 1×10^(6)spores mL^(−1)to soil where *** plants were *** development of *** plants was monitored for 114 days,whereby a randomized complete block treatment design was used,the roots of the plants were crushed with liquid nitrogen,after which Uv/vIS spectrophotometry was used to determine protein concentration,as well as the activity ofβ-1,3-glucanases,peroxidases(pOX,EC1.***.1.7),catalase and *** treatments combining *** and *** and *** extracts,had a significant difference in enzymatic activity levels,thus contributing to better defense mechanisms and a greater protection to *** plants in the presence of *** application of *** and plant extracts to the ground mitigated damage caused by *** on *** plants.

Agave americana *** were exposed to different concentrations of ethyl methanesulphonate(EMS)0,15,30,45 and 60 mM and to different times of exposure(2 and 4 h).The viability and capacity of shoot formation were shown to be affected when the callus were exposed to high concentrations(30–60 mM).Only the callus exposed to 15 mM EMS presented shoot formation;the exposure time of two hours produced the largest quantity of shoots regenerated per callus(21 shoots/callus).In order to generate somaclonal variants resistant to Fusarium oxysporum,a selection pressure was applied through of a culture filtrate(CF)of 100 ppm of the *** was made in callus obtained in the treatment with 15 mM EMS during 2 h of *** CF caused oxidation and necrosis in 71.25%of the callus;however,they were capable of generating shoots(3.5 shoots/callus).Molecular markers type RApD,ISSR and DAMD were used to evaluate the genetic variation arising from the mutations caused by EMS on control plants and 16-month-old somaclonal *** polymorphic information content(pIC)for each one of the initiating groups was:0.28(DAMD),0.09(ISSR)and 0.14(RApD).DAMD revealed a greater percentage of polymorphism than RApD and *** bands were detected in the somaclonal *** indicated that the EMS caused genetic variation in the regenerated plants conferring resistance to them against Fusarium oxysporum.

purpose: To examine the association of physical activity(pA) intensity levels and sedentary time with health-related quality of life(HRQoL) in women with fibromyalgia and whether patients meeting the current pA guidelines present better ***: This cross-sectional study included 407 women with fibromyalgia aged 51.4 ± 7.6 years. The time spent(min/day) in different pA intensity levels(light, moderate, and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity(MvpA) and sedentary time were measured with triaxial accelerometry. The proportion of women meeting the American pA recommendations(>150 min/week of MvpA in bouts >10 min) was also *** domains(physical function, physical role, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social functioning, emotional role, and mental health), as well as physical and mental components, were assessed using the 36-item Short-Form Health ***: All pA intensity levels were positively correlated with different HRQoL dimensions(r_(partial) between 0.10 and 0.23, all p vpA was independently associated with social functioning(p pendently associated with physical function, physical role, bodily pain, vitality, social functioning, and both the physical and mental component summary score(all p patients meeting the pA recommendations presented better scores for bodily pain(mean = 24.2(95%CI: 21.3-27.2) vs. mean = 20.4(95%CI: 18.9-21.9), p = 0.023)and better scores for social functioning(mean = 48.7(95%CI: 43.9-44.8) vs. mean = 42.3(95%CI: 39.8-44.8), p = 0.024).Conclusion: MvpA(positively) and sedentary time(negatively) are independently associated with HRQoL in women with fibromyalgia. Meeting the current pA recommendations is significantly associated with better scores for bodily pain and social functioning. These results highlight the importance of being physically active and avoiding sedentary behaviors in this population.

Assessment of the exploitable biomass of thread herring(Opisthonema spp.)in northwestern Mexico

In recent years,the small pelagic fishery on the pacific northwest coast of Mexico has significantly increased fishing pressure on thread herring Opisthonema *** fishery is regulated using a precautionary approach(acceptable biological catch(ABC)and minimum catch size).However,due to fishing dynamics,fish aggregation habits and increased fishing mortality,periodic biomass assessments are necessary to estimate ABC and assess the resource *** Catch-MSY approach was used to analyze historical series of thread herring catches off the western Baja California Sur(BCS,1981–2018)and the Gulf of California(GC,1972–2018)to estimate exploitable biomass and target reference points in order to obtain catch *** to the results,in GC,the maximum biomass reached in 1972(at the beginning of fishery)and minimum biomass reached in 2015;the estimated exploitable biomass for 2019 was 42.2×10^(4) t;and the maximum sustainable yield(MSY)was 15.4×10^(4) *** the western BCS coast,the maximum biomass was reached in 1981(at the beginning of fishery)and minimum biomass was reached in 2017;the estimated exploitable biomass for 2019 was 3.2×10^(4) t;and the MSY was 1.2×10^(4) *** stocks showed a decrease in biomass over the past years and were currently near to point of full *** results suggest that the use of the Catch-MSY method is suitable to obtain annual biomass estimates,in order to establish an ABC,to know the current state of the resource,and to avoid overcoming the potential recovery of the stocks.
