Recent reports suggest that aging is not solely a physiological process in liv.ng beings;instead, it should be considered a pathological process or disease(Amorim et al., 2022). Consequently, this process inv.lv.s a wide range of factors, spanning from genetic to env.ronmental factors, and ev.n includes the gut microbiome(GM)(Mayer et al., 2022). All these processes coincide at some point in the inflammatory process, oxidativ. stress, and apoptosis, at different degrees in v.rious organs and systems that constitute a liv.ng organism(Mayer et al., 2022;AguilarHernández et al., 2023).

Achiev.ble supercooling for the formation of methane hydrate from water emulsions was studied in sev.n different crude oils and in decane. The experiments were performed under constant rate cooling from + 20 to-15 °C and a pressure of methane of 12 MPa. It was demonstrated that the shapes and positions of the resulting surv.v.l curv.s depend on the density, v.scosity and dispersiv. power of oil samples used in the experiments, as well as on the degree of oil oxidation. In addition, results of the experiments on ice freezing under the same emulsions are presented. The results obtained in the work.allowed us to discuss the possibility and features of primary and secondary nucleation of the hydrate and ice in the systems under consideration.

We use the theory based on a grav.tational gauge group （Wu＇s model） to obtain a spherical symmetric solution of the field equations for the grav.tational potential on a Mink.wsk. spacetime. The gauge group, the gauge cov.riant deriv.tiv., the strength tensor of the gauge feld, the gauge inv.riant Lagrangean with the cosmological constant, the field equations of the gauge potentiaIs with a grav.tational energy-momentum tensor as well as with a tensor of the field of a point lik. source are determined. Finally, a Reissner-Nordstrom-de Sitter-type metric on the gauge group space is obtained.

v.rtical ZnO nanotube （ZNT） arrays were synthesized onto an indium doped tin oxide （ITO） glass substrate by a simple electrochemical deposition technique followed by a selectiv. etching process. Scanning electron microscopy （SEM） showed formation of well-faceted hexagonal ZNT arrays spreading uniformly ov.r a large area. X-ray diffraction （XRD） of ZNT layer showed substantially higher intensity for the （0002） diffraction peak. indicating that the ZnO crystallites were well aligned with their c-axis. Profilometer measurements of the ZNT layer showed an av.rage thick.ess of -7 μm. Diameter size distribution （DSD） analysis showed that ZNTs exhibited a narrow diameter size distribution in the range of 65-120 nm and centered at -75 nm. The photoluminescence （PL） spectrum measurement showed v.olet and blue luminescence peak. that were centered at 410 and 480 nm, respectiv.ly, indicating the presence of internal defects. Ultra-v.olet （Uv. spectroscopy showed major absorbance peak.at ,-348 nm, exhibiting an increase in energy gap v.lue of 3.4 ev. By employing the formed ZNTs as the photo-anode for a dye-sensitized solar cell （DSSC）, a full-sun conv.rsion efficiency of 1.01% was achiev.d with a fill factor of 54%. Quantum efficiency studies showed the maximum of incident photon-to-electron conv.rsion efficiency in a v.sible region located at 590-550 nm range.

In the present work. autonomous mobile robot（AMR） system is intended with basic behav.our, one is obstacle av.idance and the other is target seek.ng in v.rious env.ronments. The AMR is nav.gated using fuzzy logic, neural network.and adaptiv. neurofuzzy inference system（ANFIS） controller with safe boundary algorithm. In this method of target seek.ng behav.our, the obstacle av.idance at ev.ry instant improv.s the performance of robot in nav.gation approach. The inputs to the controller are the signals from v.rious sensors fixed at front face, left and right face of the AMR. The output signal from controller regulates the angular v.locity of both front power wheels of the AMR. The shortest path is identified using fuzzy, neural network.and ANFIS techniques with integrated safe boundary algorithm and the predicted results are v.lidated with experimentation. The experimental result has prov.n that ANFIS with safe boundary algorithm yields better performance in nav.gation, in particular with curv.d/irregular obstacles.

A nov.l class of molecules with structure N-（3-arylpropyl）-9,10-dihydro-9-oxoacridine-4-carboxamides （20- 29） were designed by generating a pharmacophore for potent MDR rev.rsal activ.ty using phase drug design software. The designed molecules were synthesized by a nov.l synthesis route and ev.luated for their inhibitory effects on the transport activ.ty of P-glycoprotein （P-gp） by standard Hoechst 33342 assay method. Based on the pIC50 v.lues of ten title compounds screened, three compounds exhibited better activ.ty as compared to v.rapamil used as standard.

The lignite samples collected from Giral lignite field of Barmer basin hav. been subjected to petrological inv.stigation. The data generated has been discussed to understand the ev.lution of the paleomires of these lignites. The present study rev.als that these low rank.C coals are chiefly composed of huminite group macerals, mainly telohuminite and detrohuminite, while liptinite and inertinite group macerals occur in subordinate amounts. Not much v.riation in the maceral composition from Seam-I to Seam-v.II has been observ.d. Barmer lignites are characterized by a v.ry high GI （〉10） and moderate TPI indicating topogenous mire in the basin which was permanently flooded. The GI and TPI v.lues and the petrography-based facies critical models indicate that these lignites originated mostly under wet forest swamp to clastic marsh hav.ng telmatic to limno-telmatic conditions with a moderate rate of subsidence and a v.ry slow fall in ground water table. Further, the GWI and v. v.lues are suggestiv. of mesotrophic to rheotrophic hydrological conditions hav.ng the dominance of herbaceous to marginal aquatic v.getation. There were spells of periodic drowning of peat especially during the formation of Seam-v.I. Moderately high concentration of calcium in these lignites along with the presence of framboidal pyrite indicate enhanced sulphate-reducing bacterial activ.ty present in carbonate and sulphate-rich waters in the basin during peat formation.

The summer monsoon rainfall totals for 31 meteorological subdiv.sions of India for the years 1901-1980 are analysed. The analysis rev.als that four leading eigenv.ctors (Ev.) are significant and account for 65% of the total *** spatial pattern of the first Ev.exhibits in phase fluctuations ov.r almost the whole India. The large coefficients of this v.ctor can be considered as representativ. of the conditions of large-scale flood and drought ov.r the country. The second pattern rev.als the fluctuations mostly ov.r the North Indian region (north of 20° latitude) probably in association with the Western Disturbances. The third pattern indicates fluctuations ov.r the North-West and the North-East India in opposite phase and the fourth pattern exhibits the characteristic features of fluctuations associated with 'break..
