The nutritive value of 25 edible Orthoptera in mexico is shown. protein content ranges from 43.93% to 77.13% (mix of Edible Acrididade of puebla). Fat percentage goes from 4.22% to 34.21%. Richest species in ashes were Arphia fallax S., Sphenarium histrio G. and Sphenarium purpurascens Ch. with 16.5%. Energy contribution varies from 14.05 kJ to 21.88 kJ. Their amino acids profile was compared with the WHO/FAO/UNU pattern (1985). The total quantity of es-sential amino acids that all insects species provides was superior to those signaled in the pattern. The highest quantity (53.60 g) was for Sphenarium histrio G. Chemical score goes from 50% to 88%. In vitamins, the highest value in Thiamine and Riboflavine was for Sphenarium magnum m., in Niacine for Sphenarium borrei B., in vitamin C and for vitamin D Acheta domestica L., and in vitamin A for periplaneta americana L. In minerals, all species were very rich in magnesium. All the edible orthopterans results were compared with those of the most conventional mexican foods used to obtain proteins. The quantity and quality of the nutrients that these edible orthopterans allows, provides a significant contribution to the nutrition of the peasants who eat them.

An experimental unit was built which was located in the vicinity of the domestic wastewater treatment plant of the municipality of San marcos in the Department of Carazo. Said unit consisted of two welded metal barrels with a total height of 1.8 m and a diameter of 0.90 m, likewise, this unit comprised three functional zones;the first or input area composed of a collection unit, a driving unit, a flow control unit, and two distribution units;the second or packed zone, which is the axis of the system because it is there where bacterial growth takes place and where the removal of organic matter takes place;and an outlet composed of pvC pipe [1]. The main objective of this work was to determine how efficient a rocky filter turns out to be, using stabilization pond effluent as a post-treatment unit using red concrete as a filter medium. The study consisted in carrying out laboratory tests on water samples taken from the influent and effluent of a filter made up of red rock, as a filter medium, in order to determine the percentage of organic matter removal efficiency that it has used a hydraulic retention time of 19 hours, 15 hours, and 12 hours [2]. Among the aspects to be considered in the experimental study was the characterization of the effluent from the treatment system of San marco, Carazo, to determine the quality of water that will be of interest to the study [3]. In this stage, four composite samplings were carried out, two of 12 hours and two of 24 hours, in which physical, chemical, and microbiological parameters were analyzed. Likewise, to determine the efficiency of the filter, the same parameters considered in the characterization of the lagoon effluent were analyzed, obtaining removal efficiencies of up to 55.53% in organic matter, and 64.60% in suspended solids for a hydraulic retention time of 19 hours;In the same way, the efficiency of the filter was carried out for retention times of 15 hours and 12 hours, in which organic matter removals of 67.84% an

Tubuliform silk glands were dissected from Nephila clavipes spiders,and silk gut fibers were produced by immersing the glands in a mild acid solution and subsequent *** tensile properties of the as produced fibers were obtained through tensile tests,and the stress–strain curves were compared with those of naturally spun tubuliform silk *** influence on the mechanical properties of the fibers after immersion in water and drying was also *** microstructure of the silk guts was obtained by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).It was found that the stress–strain curves of the stretched tubuliform silk guts concur with those of their natural counterparts(tubuliform silk fibers).

Fusarium solani is a necrotrophic parasitic fungus that causes wilt in some plants, causing severe economic losses in some areas of the country. The objective of this work was to analyze the induction of extracellular lytic enzymes produced by a strain of F. solani, isolated from a culture of tomato, in villa de Arista, S.L.p. méxico. polygalacturonase activity has a greater induction time at 10 days, and the xylanase has two times higher activity at 8 and 13 days of incubation at 28?C. Also, the xylanase activities A and B were very stable at 4?C. After 7 days of incubation, it has an activity of 100% and 96%, respectively, while polygalacturonase retains 61% of its initial activity. Both activities are better induced with glutamate and urea as nitrogen sources respectively, and both exhibit an initial pH optimum of 5.5. Finally, we didn’t find cellulase activity in the analyzing conditions.

Nutrient flux,net metabolism,and N2 fixation and denitrification processes were estimated and compared in two semi-arid subtropical coastal lagoons in the Gulf of California:El Soldado(ES),where no wastewater is discharged,and El Rancho(ER),where shrimp farm effluents are regularly *** processes were evaluated with the LOICZ *** time wasms acted as nutrient sinks for most of the *** showed a larger nutrient flow rate in the summer and autumn due to the input of shrimp-farm *** fluxes increased in both ER and ES in the winter in response to the increased nutrient supply from coastal *** and ES both showed autotrophic metabolism and N2 fixation in the spring,autumn,and winter,but heterotrophic metabolism and denitrification in the *** dominated in ER(−2.21 mmol m^(2)day^(−1))and values were higher than those estimated in ES(−0.45 mmol m^(2)day^(−1)).The comparative analysis between ES and ER evidenced the significant changes in its biogeochemical performance caused by the input of anthropogenic nutrients,and can orient the environmental management of coastal lagoons.

本文研究了Cu在pt(100)台阶面和(110)单原子台阶的欠电位沉积.发现若不考虑阴离子吸附,初始阶段Cu在台阶面和台阶处的电沉积同时进行.在电沉积满单层的伏安曲线上,可以观察到若干峰.通过对峰电荷与台阶密度关系的分析,可认为这些峰分别对应于不同的沉积位点.较正电位的峰对应于Cu在台阶面上的电沉积,而在台阶处Cu的电沉积则因溶液中的阴离子而具有不同的伏安性质.此外,还发现pt电极表面的Cu沉积电荷转移数接近2e,且沉积初始阶段阴离子覆盖度不变.

Chromium compounds are widely used in electroplating, metal finishing, magnetic tapes, pigments, leather tanning, wood protection and electronic and electrical equipment. Hexavalent chromium is a highly toxic metal and produces health damages. The most soluble, mobile and toxic forms of hexavalent chromium in soils are chromate and dichromate and the chromium distribution is also controlled by redox processes, its adsorption decreases with increasing pH and when competing dissolved anions are present. Several techniques have been developed to remove Cr(vI) from wastewater but these techniques have disadvantages such as high cost, non-selective, pH dependence, etc. The use of low cost sorbents has been investigated as a replacement for current costly methods;natural materials with a high adsorption capacity for heavy metals can be obtained. modification of the sorbents can improve adsorption capacity. This paper includes some techniques for remove Cr(vI) with clays, silica and zeolites from aqueous solutions, some of the treated adsorbents show good adsorption capacities.

purpose：This study aimed to describe the acute effects of 2 different high-intensity intermittent trainings（HIITs） on postural control,countermovement jump（CmJ）,squat jump（SJ）,and stretch-shortening cycle（SSC） utilisation,and to compare the changes induced by both protocols in those variables in endurance ***：Eighteen recreationally trained endurance runners participated in this study and were tested on 2 occasions：10 runs of 400 m with 90 s recovery between running bouts（10×400 m）,and 40 runs of 100 m with 30 s recovery between runs（40 × 100 m）.Heart rate was monitored during both HIITs;blood lactate accumulation and rate of perceived exertion were recorded after both *** jump ability（CmJ and SJ） and SSC together with postural control were also controlled during both ***：Repeated measures analysis revealed a significan improvement in CmJ and SJ during 10 × 400 m（p〈0.05）,whilst no significan changes were observed during 40×100 *** related to SSC did not experience significan changes during any of the *** for postural control,no significan changes were observed in the 40×100 m protocol,whilst significan impairments were observed during the 10×400 m protocol（p〈0.05）.Conclusion：A protocol with a higher number of shorter runs（40×100 m） induced different changes in those neuromuscular parameters than those with fewer and longer runs（10×400 m）.Whereas the 40×100 m protocol did not cause any significan changes in vertical jump ability,postural control or SSC utilisation,the 10×400 m protocol impaired postural control and caused improvements in vertical jumping tests.
