A Spectral Convolutional Neural Network Model Based on Adaptive Fick’s Law for Hyperspectral Image Classification

Hyperspectral image classification stands as a pivotal task within the field of remote sensing,yet achieving highprecision classification remains a significant *** response to this challenge,a Spectral Convolutional Neural Network model based on Adaptive Fick’s Law Algorithm(AFLA-SCNN)is *** Adaptive Fick’s Law Algorithm(AFLA)constitutes a novel metaheuristic algorithm introduced herein,encompassing three new strategies:Adaptive weight factor,Gaussian mutation,and probability update *** adaptive weight factor,the algorithmcan adjust theweights according to the change in the number of iterations to improve the performance of the *** helps the algorithm avoid falling into local optimal solutions and improves the searchability of the *** probability update strategy helps to improve the exploitability and adaptability of the *** the AFLA-SCNN model,AFLA is employed to optimize two hyperparameters in the SCNN model,namely,“numEpochs”and“miniBatchSize”,to attain their optimal ***’s performance is initially validated across 28 functions in 10D,30D,and 50D for CEC2013 and 29 functions in 10D,30D,and 50D for *** results indicate AFLA’s marked performance superiority over nine other prominent optimization ***,the AFLA-SCNN model was compared with the Spectral Convolutional Neural Network model based on Fick’s Law Algorithm(FLA-SCNN),Spectral Convolutional Neural Network model based on Harris Hawks Optimization(HHO-SCNN),Spectral Convolutional Neural Network model based onDifferential Evolution(DE-SCNN),SpectralConvolutionalNeuralNetwork(SCNN)model,and SupportVector Machines(SVM)model using the Indian Pines dataset and PaviaUniversity *** experimental results show that the AFLA-SCNN model outperforms other models in terms of Accuracy,Precision,Recall,and F1-score on Indian Pines and Pavia *** them,the Accuracy of the AFLA-SCNN model on India

A PAIRING-BASED PUBLICLY VERIFIABLE SECRET SHARING SCHEME

A publicly verifiable secret sharing （PVSS） scheme is a verifiable secret sharing scheme with the special property that anyone is able to verify the shares whether they are correctly distributed by a dealer. PVSS plays an important role in many applications such as electronic voting, payment systems with revocable anonymity, and key escrow. Up to now, all PVSS schemes are based on the traditional public-key systems. Recently, the pairing-based cryptography has received much attention from cryp- tographic researchers. Many pairing-based schemes and protocols have been proposed. However, no PVSS scheme using bilinear pairings is proposed. This paper presents the first pairing-based PVSS scheme. In the random oracle model and under the bilinear Diffie-HeUman assumption, the authors prove that the proposed scheme is a secure PVSS scheme.

The development of the Internet of Things has facilitated the rapid development of various *** the improvement in people’s living standards,people’s health requirements are steadily ***,owing to the scarcity of medical and health care resources in some areas,the demand for remote surgery has gradually *** this paper,we investigate remote surgery in the healthcare *** can operate robotic arms to perform remote surgery for patients,which substantially facilitates successful surgeries and saves ***,Kamil et *** a secure protocol for surgery in the healthcare ***,after cryptanalyzing their protocol,we deduced that their protocols are vulnerable to temporary value disclosure and insider ***,we design an improved authentication and key agreement protocol for remote surgeries in the healthcare ***,we adopt the real or random(ROR)model and an automatic verification tool Proverif to verify the security of our *** security analysis and performance comparison,it is confirmed that our protocol is a relatively secure protocol.

Resource allocation for D2D-assisted haptic communications

Improvement of an Anonymous and Lightweight Authentication Scheme for TMIS

Telecare Medicine Information Systems (TMIS) provides flexible and convenient healthcare for patients. However, the medical data transmitted between patients and doctors are exposed to unsecure public networks. To protect the patient’s personal information, many authentication schemes are designed. Recently, Kang et al. proposed a hash based authentication schemes for TMIS and claimed that it could resist various attacks. However, we find that their proposed scheme is unsecure to traceability attack and user impersonation attack. In order to enhance the security and preserve the efficiency of Kang et al.’s, we proposed a new anonymous and lightweight scheme. The analysis demonstrates that our proposed scheme is superior to Kang et al.’s and the related schemes in security.

Conduction-convection coupled heat transfer around a hollow cylinder under different buoyancy forces

In order to clarify the effect of a buoyancy force on conduction–convection coupled heat transfer in a hollow cylinder, the flow and thermal characteristics were analyzed using an RNG k-ε turbulence model. The Reynolds number was fixed at 1.014 × 10^(6), and the Rayleigh number varied from 1.122 × 10^(10)to 1.088 × 10^(11). Results have shown that, when considering the effect of an opposed buoyancy force, increasing the Rayleigh number has a positive impact on the rate of change and uniformity of the cylinder temperature. The temperature distributions along the axial and circumferential directions are similar for different Rayleigh numbers, but extreme values *** the axial direction, the maximum temperature is obtained at the interface between the variable-diameter part and the constant-diameter part. The maximum dimensionless temperature value decreases to 0.12 when the Rayleigh number increases to 1.088 × 10^(11). Along the circumferential direction, the temperature distribution is affected by the buoyancy force, which results in the temperature of the upper part being higher than that of the lower part. After nondimensionalization of the temperature and time, a correlation was proposed to illustrate the transient heat transfer process quantitatively. The standard deviation of the maximum relative temperature, representing the temperature uniformity, was also calculated. It was found that the difference in the direction of the buoyancy force made a huge difference. Compared with the opposed buoyancy force, the maximum dimensionless temperature is almost two times higher with an assisted buoyancy force. Similarly, the heat transfer coefficient with an assisted buoyancy force is half of that with an opposed buoyancy force. Overall, an assisted buoyancy force plays a negative role in terms of thermal characteristics. The flow field around the hollow cylinder was also illustrated to reveal the mechanism of the buoyancy force on magnitude and direction aspects

Intelligent feedforward gust alleviation based on neural network

This paper proposes a neural network-based intelligent feedforward gust alleviation framework,which includes a neural network identification model and a neural network controller.A neural network training dataset is formed by collecting flight data and the gust data encountered during the aircraft flight.A neural network identification model is first trained to accurately predict the aircraft’s ***,based on the output of the identification model and the collected flight data,the parameters of the time-delay neural network controller are obtained through a learning *** simulation results show that the designed intelligent controller has good gust alleviation effects for both continuous turbulence excitation and discrete gust *** example,when the aircraft is 40000 kg and the flight speed is 0.81Ma,the controller achieves a 67.82%reduction in wingtip acceleration and a 35.90%reduction in center of mass acceleration under continuous turbulence *** considering the measurement uncertainties,such as noise existing in the collected data,the trained controller can still achieve an acceptable gust alleviation ***,considering a flight in which the aircraft mass is constantly changing,the intelligent controller,which continuously learns from new flight data,maintains a good gust alleviation effect throughout the flight.

Active flutter suppression of nonlinear fin-actuator system via inverse system and immersion and invariance method

Structural nonlinearities such as freeplay will affect the stability and even flight safety of the fin-actuator *** is a lack of a practical method for designing Active Flutter Suppression (AFS) control laws for nonlinear fin-actuator systems.A design method for the AFS controller of the nonlinear all-movable fin-electromechanical actuator system is established by combining the inverse system and the Immersion and Invariance (I&I) ***,the composite control law combining the inverse system principle and internal model control is used to offset the nonlinearity and dynamics of the actuator,so that its driving torque can follow the ideal ***,the ideal torque of the actuator is designed employing the I&I *** unfavorable oscillation of the fin is suppressed by making the output torque of the actuator track the ideal *** simulation results reveal that the proposed AFS method can increase the flutter speed of the nonlinear finactuator system with freeplay,and a set of controller parameters is also applicable for wider freeplay within a certain *** power required for the actuator does not exceed the power that can be provided by the commonly used aviation *** method can also resist a certain level of noise and external disturbance.

Modeling wave propagation across rock masses using an enriched 3D numerical manifold method

The three-dimensional numerical manifold method(3DNMM) method is further enriched to simulate wave propagation across homogeneous/jointed rock masses. For the purpose of minimizing negative effects from artificial boundaries, a viscous nonreflecting boundary, which can effectively absorb the energy of a wave, is firstly adopted to enrich 3DNMM. Then, to simulate the elastic recovery property of an infinite problem domain, a viscoelastic boundary, which is developed from the viscous nonreflecting boundary, is further adopted to enrich 3DNMM. Finally, to eliminate the noise caused by scattered waves, a force input method which can input the incident wave correctly is incorporated into 3DNMM. Five typical numerical tests on P/S-wave propagation across jointed/homogeneous rock masses are conducted to validate the enriched 3DNMM. Numerical results indicate that wave propagation problems within homogeneous and jointed rock masses can be correctly and reliably modeled with the enriched 3DNMM.
