While digital finance and renewable energy consumption(REC)are two timely issues,it remains unclear whether the former affects the latter,especially in developing *** paper examines the impact of digital finance on China’s REC between 2011 and 2018 and explores the underlying *** show that digital finance,along with its coverage breadth and usage depth,significantly improved REC in China and that digital finance in the area of credit has had the most significant ***,the results show that loan scale and income level are the main mediation variables,through which digital finance affects *** findings also suggest that economic growth and technological progress have increased REC in China,while carbon dioxide emissions have had no meaningful effect on this *** results further indicate that policymakers must pay close attention to the role of digital finance when formulating policies on *** promote REC and environmental sustainability,developing economies like China should strengthen the breadth and depth of digital finance development,focus on the influence channels of digital finance,and promote economic growth and technological progress.

[目的]探明黄脊竹蝗的胚胎发育特征、历期和卵滞育的发生阶段。[方法]采用体式显微镜观察黄脊竹蝗不同发育阶段的胚胎形态和发育历期,并对不同发育阶段蝗卵的含水量和胚胎长度、触角长度、头幅大小进行测定。[结果]在25℃恒温条件下,黄脊竹蝗的胚胎发育分为10个阶段,产卵后第2—5 d为第I阶段,第6—9 d为第Ⅱ阶段,第10—16 d为第Ⅲ阶段,第17—24 d为第IV阶段,第25—32 d为第V阶段,第33—75 d为第VI阶段,第76—85 d为第VII阶段,第86—92 d为第Ⅷ阶段,第93—100 d为第Ⅸ阶段,第101—109 d为第X阶段。胚胎发育可分为4个发育时期:第Ⅰ阶段和第Ⅱ阶段为胚胎起始发育期,第Ⅲ阶段和第Ⅳ阶段为胚胎的快速发育期,第Ⅴ—Ⅶ阶段为缓慢发育期,第Ⅷ—Ⅹ阶段为恢复发育期。产卵后第45 d之后卵粒进入滞育发育,卵滞育发生在第VI阶段。[结论]本研究明确了黄脊竹蝗胚胎发育历期及卵滞育发生的胚胎发育阶段,为明晰黄脊竹蝗卵滞育机制提供了基础信息。

Objective: This study evaluated the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment on postoperative pain in patients with degenerative lumbar spine disease, and explored the relationship between the postoperative analgesic effect of acupuncture and the sensation of acupuncture experienced by the ***: This retrospective study analyzed the medical records of 97 patients who had undergone an operation by the same surgeon due to degenerative lumbar disease. These patients were divided into acupuncture group(n = 32), patient-controlled analgesia(PCA) group(n = 27), and oral analgesia group(n = 38) according to the different postoperative analgesic methods. During their hospitalization, patients completed daily evaluations of their pain using a visual analogue scale(VAS), and injection times of supplemental meperidine were recorded. Also, the Chinese version of the Massachusetts General Hospital Acupuncture Sensation Scale(C-MASS) was used in the acupuncture ***: Each of the three treatment groups showed significant reductions in postoperative pain, as shown by reduced VAS scores. The acupuncture group, however, had less rebound pain(P te analgesic effects that were superior to those in the oral analgesia group. In addition, the higher the C-MASS index on the second day after surgery, the lower the VAS score on the fourth day after surgery. There was also a significant difference in the“dull pain” in the acupuncture ***: The results demonstrated that acupuncture was beneficial for postoperative pain and discomfort after simple surgery for degenerative spinal disease. It is worth noting that there was a disproportionate relevance between the patient’s acupuncture sensation and the improvement of pain VAS score.

The lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation, a widespread black shale deposition, is of geological interest because of its polymetallic beds, Cambrian explosion, depositional ages, dramatic environmental changes and so on. Previous study focused mainly on inorganic geochemistry and few studies have investigated the organic fractions of upper Neoproterozoic-lower Cambrian strata in South China. Here we report a study of biomarkers plus organic carbon isotopes for black shales from Ganziping, Hunan Province （China）. All the saturated hydrocarbon fractions have a unimodal distribution of n-alkanes, a high content of short-chain alkanes and maximize at C 19 or C 20 （C 23 for sample Gzh00-1）. The C 27 /C 29 sterane ratio ranges from 0.77 to 1.20 and 4-methylsteranes are in low abundance. These parameters indicate that algae and bacteria are the important primary producers. Furthermore, biomarker maturity proxies show the samples to be higher maturity. The low Pr/Ph values （0.7） suggest that the samples were deposited under anoxic conditions and, likely, under stratified water columns. In addition, 25-norhopanes and gammacerane are present as diagnostic indicators of normal marine salinity and dysoxic to anoxic conditions. During the Early Tommotian, known to coincide with a transgression event, small shelly fossils increased in abundance and diversity. Moreover, positive δ 13 C org excursions close to 1.4‰ occur at the base of the Tommotian stage. In summary, the Early Cambrian black shales were deposited under dramatic paleoenvironmental changes, including oceanic anoxia, higher primary productivity and sea-level rise.

Background Estrogen deficiency results in loss of bone mass compounds with estrogen-like activity that bind to estrogen receptors effect of the phytoestrogen puerarin on adult mouse osteoblasts. Methods Osteoblast cells were harvested from 8-month old female Phytoestrogens are plant-derived non-steroidal The main aim of this study was to investigate the mprinting control region （ICR） mice. The effects of puerarin stimulation on the proliferation, differentiation and maturation of osteoblasts were examined. The production of nitric oxide （NO） and the expression of bone morphogenetic protein-2 （BMP-2）, SMAD4, mitogen-activated protein kinases （MAPK）, core binding factor all runt-related transcription factor 2 （Cbfal/Runx2）, osteoprotegerin （OPG）, and receptor activator of NF-KB ligand （RANKL） genes were analyzed. The activation of signal pathways was further confirmed by specific pathway inhibitors. Results The osteoblast viability reached its maximum at 10-8 mol/L puerarin. At this concentration, puerarin increases the proliferation and matrix mineralization of osteoblasts and promotes NO synthesis. With 108 mol/L puerarin treatment, BMP-2, SMAD4, Cbfal/Runx2, and OPG gene expression were up-regulated, while the RANKL gene expression is down-regulated. Concurrent treatment involving the （bone morphogenetic protein） BMP antagonist Noggin or the NOS inhibitor L-NAME diminishes puerarin induced cell proliferation, Alkaline phosphatase （ALP） activity, NO production, as well as the BMP-2, SMAD4, Cbfal/Runx2, OPG, and RANKL gene expression. Conclusions In this in vitro study, we demonstrate that puerarin is a bone anabolic agent that exerts its osteogenic effects through the induction of BMP-2 and NO synthesis, subsequently regulating Cbfal/Runx2, OPG, and RANKL gene expression. This effect may contribute to its induction of osteoblast proliferation and differentiation, resulting in bone formation.

“Optoanesthesia”: The Application of Transcranial Photobiomodulation to General Anesthesia

General anesthesia relies on pharmacological anesthetics. However, some side effects of anesthetics have been observed. Non-pharmacological transcranial photobiomodulation (tPBM) as an adjuvant treatment may reduce the dosage of pharmacological anesthetics while maintaining anesthetic depth. The inhibitory effects of tPBM in terms of central nervous system depression render it a potential approach for inducing general anesthesia. Alteration of quantum processes of neuronal microtubules, the mechanisms of general anesthesia on consciousness, may occur in response to tPBM treatments. Further, tPBM as an adjuvant treatment may facilitate the distribution of the pharmacological anesthetics in the brain. The analgesic effects of photobiomodulation (PBM) are acknowledged, and PBM has been used for regional analgesia. However, whether tPBM can be used for general anesthesia is unknown. Here, I define “optoanesthesia” as “the use of tPBM for general anesthesia”. I hypothesize that optoanesthesia can act as a means of general anesthesia. Supporting evidence in the form of unconsciousness, amnesia, and immobilization is provided in this paper. In addition, the tPBM-induced frequent yawning (a manifestation of transient arousal-shift during the continuing loss of consciousness during induction of general anesthesia) observed incidentally in my previous study of tPBM preconditioning for seizures also supports the hypothesis. I further discuss the issues with respect to the pharmacokinetics, parameters of optoanesthesia such as wavelength and targeted brain regions, and apparatus design, as well as the compatibility of the optoanesthesia and the Bispectral Index Monitoring System during surgery. Future research is needed to prove this hypothesis.
