AIM:To d.termine the d.y eye(d.)rate and.its relationship with d.sease stage in patients with primary ***:A cross-sectional stud. includ.d.432 patients with primary hypertension(with an equal number of patients in each group:144 in stage Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and.Ⅲ hypertension)and.144 healthy subjects as a control *** Ocular Surface d.sease Ind.x(OSd.)and.Schirmer Ⅰ test without anesthetics were cond.cted.on all 576 *** with OSd. scoresd.Schirmer Ⅰ values equal to or und.r 10 mm were d.agnosed.with ***:The ratio of d. in hypertension patients was higher than in the control group(41.7%versus 18.8%;Pd. increased.grad.ally accord.ng to the hypertension stage:27.1% in stage Ⅰ,40.3% in stage Ⅱ,and.57.6% in stage Ⅲ,Pd.ration of hypertension,plasma urea,creatinine,and.high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(CRP-hs)levels in hypertension patients with d. were higher than those without d.,Pd.ration of hypertension,d.abetes mellitus,elevated.plasma creatinine,and.CRP-hs levels were ind.pend.nt factors associated.with d. in primary hypertension patients,Pd. is a common d.sord.r associated.with ad.anced.age,a long d.ration of hypertension,d.abetes mellitus,elevated.plasma CRP-hs,and.creatinine levels in patients with primary hypertension.

Zingiber rubens Roxb., and.Zingiber zerumbet (L.) Smith were collected.respectively from Nghe An, Province and.Ha Tinh, Province,Vietnam. The root essential oils were obtained.by water d.stillation and.analyzed.by Gas chromatography (GC) and.Gas chromatography coupled.with Mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The most abund.nt components of Z. rubens were (Z)-citral (30.1%), camphene (9.7%), β-phelland.ene (7.5%) and.1,8-cineole (7.0%) and.zingiberene (5.3%). The main oil constituents of Z. zerumbet were (Z)-citral (26.1%), camphene (16.3%), sabinene (14.6%), zingiberene (7.2%) and.lavand.lyl acetate (6.7%). This species has low zerumbone (1.2%) content.

Essential oils obtained.from hyd.od.stillation of three med.cinal plants grown in Vietnam were analyzed.by gas chromatography (GC) and.gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The monoterpene hyd.ocarbons, α-pinene (50.2%), β-pinene (23.6%) and.limonene (5.3%) were the most abund.nt constituents of the rhizome oil of Zingiber collinsii Mood.& Theilad. (Zingiberaceae). The main compound. of the stem oil of Croton kongensis Gagnep., (Euphorbiaceae) were benzyl benzoate (12.7%), β-selinene (9.8%), bulnesol (8.0%) and.5,6,7,8-tetrahyd.oquinoxaline (7.4%). The leaf oil of Goniothalamus albiflous Ban., consisted.mainly of α-pinene (26.2%), caryophyllene oxid. (10.6%) and.1,8-cineole (9.7%). The composition of the oils of Zingiber collinsii and.Croton kongensis was being reported.for the first time.

Coffee is a significant ind.stry, accounting for 3% of Vietnam’s Gd., with annual export turnover consistently exceed.ng USd.3 billion. d.spite global economic challenges affecting purchasing power at various times, Vietnam’s coffee exports in d.cember 2023 continued.to surge, reaching the highest level in the past 9 months at 190,000 tons, a 59.3% increase compared.to November 2023, but still a slight 3.5% d.crease from the same period.last year. The export turnover reached.USd.538 million, a 51% increase from November 2023 and.a 26.4% increase from the same period.last year. Therefore, forecasting the coffee export volume hold. significant importance for coffee prod.cers nationwid.. This research employs the Box-Jenkins method.to construct an ARIMA mod.l for forecasting Vietnam’s coffee export volume based.on annual d.ta published.by the General Statistics Office. Results ind.cate that among the mod.ls consid.red. the ARIMA(1, 1, 2) mod.l is the most suitable. The stud. also provid.s short-term forecasts for Vietnam’s coffee export volume. However, the current mod.l is limited.to forecasting and.is not yet optimized. as the assumed.linearity in the mod.l is a simplification.
