Aims Central Hungarian inland dune ranges harbor heterogeneous grassland vegetation with an extensive network of ecotones,arranged perpendicular to topography-driven hydrologic *** area suffers from severe aridification due to climate change and local anthropogenic factors,which have led to a dramatic decline of the water *** a result,groundwater is no longer reachable for lowlying plant communities;thus,we expect they are bound to undergo profound *** study investigates how the plant communities respond to this changing environment over time by monitoring ecotones,since they are frequently the hotspots of ecosystem *** monitored five ecotones along permanent belt transects for 15 years to characterize their dynamic response,and to identify the internal structural changes of the plant communities the ecotones *** Ecotones were delineated with the split moving window *** dynamics of two ecotone parameters,location and contrast,were analyzed with linear regression models incorporating two independent variables:study year as a measure of time since the loss of groundwater,and precipitation as a possible driver of interannual *** internal changes of the patches separated by the ecotones were analyzed using plant functional *** Findings Precipitation had no detectable effect on the ecotone descriptors,but study year influenced ecotones in an unusual *** position of the ecotones appeared to be very stable in time;their dynamics are stationary,not directional as we *** contrasts had clear tendencies;two ecotones disappeared,one new one was formed and two ecotones showed no *** internal changes of the patches over time were dramatic,showing a shift toward more xeric and more open plant assemblages in most stretches of the ***,the dynamic response of the vegetation was not patch expansion ***,but fusion ***,which profoundly restructured the vegetati

银杏幼胚离体培养再生植株的研究

以佛手银杏幼胚为外植体,研究了不同大小幼胚在不同培养条件下,愈伤组织和胚状体的诱导发育情况。结果表明:大于3mm的幼胚,在MK+NAA1.0mg·l-1+BA1.0mg·l-1培养基上胚状体诱导率最高,达到53.6%,最多的一块愈伤组织形成多达38个胚状体。暗培养不利于胚状体的发生。在 MK培养基上添加10%椰汁对胚状体的生长发育有很好的促进作用,有34.5%生长成苗。

银杏胚轴、子叶诱导胚状体发生及成苗的研究

Embryonic axis and cotyledon of immature and mature embryos were induced as explants for embryogenesis in Ginkgo biloba. Results showed somatic embryos could be induced only through embryonic axis and cotyledon of immature embryos. MK + NAA 1 mg·l -1 + 6_BA 1 mg·l -1 was the best medium for somatic embryogenesis from embryonic axis, and somatic embryogenesis rate was 45.28%. MK + NAA 1.5 mg·l -1 + 6_BA 1 mg·l -1 was the best medium for somatic embryogenesis from cotyledon, and somatic embryogenesis rate was 12.9%. The growth and development of somatic embryos were promoted by adding 10% coconut milk into MK, and 34.48% somatic embryos could develop into plants.

FK506是治疗急性卒中的一种候选用药。决定一种药物是否可以用于临床试验，应当以全面的、无偏倚的动物实验数据的评估为依据，同时还应考虑到这些数据的局限性。这种评估不但应包括药物疗效，而且也应包括药效在体内的特征和局限性。本研究应用系统评价和Meta分析的方法对FK506在卒中动物模型中保护作用的证据进行评价。总共纳入了29个描述了实验步骤的研究，包括1759只动物。结果显示，FK506疗效的点估计值（结局指标的改善）是31．3％[95％CI（0．272-0．354）]。在采用氯胺酮麻醉和短暂性脑缺血的动物实验中，FK506的疗效更高，在使用大鼠，合并其他疾病的动物及仅以梗死面积为疗效指标的实验中，FK506疗效较低。已发表的实验研究质量均接近临床试验标准，但在高质量的研究中，FK506的疗效较低。FK506在实验性脑卒中的研究中，虽然显示出有明显的疗效，但是应注意由于研究质量和可能的发表偏倚等冈素的影响，FK506的疗效可能被过高估计。

This paper addresses the problem of Hopf-flip bifurcation of high dimensional maps. Using the center manifold theorem, we obtain a three dimensional reduced map through the projection technique. The reduced map is further transformed into its normal form whose coefficients are determined by that of the original system. The dynamics of the map near the Hopf-flip bifurcation point is approximated by a so called “time-2τ^2 map” of a planar autonomous differential equation. It is shown that high dimensional maps may result in cycles of period two, tori T^1 （Hopf invariant circles）, tori 2T^1 and tori 2T^2 depending both on how the critical eigenvalues pass the unit circle and on the signs of resonant terms＇ coefficients. A two-degree-of-freedom vibro-impact system is given as an example to show how the procedure of this paper works. It reveals that through Hopf-flip bifurcations, periodic motions may lead directly to different types of motion, such as subharmonic motions, quasi-periodic motions, motions on high dimensional tori and even to chaotic motions depending both on change in direction of the parameter vector and on the nonlinear terms of the first three orders.
