One major issue for ph.sic.l inac.ivit. is weigh. st.gma (WS), espec.ally perc.ived WS, wh.c. c.uld lead t. a t.ndenc. t. avoid ph.sic.l ac.ivit. (PA). t. bet.er underst.nd t.1} assoc.at.on bet.een perc.ived WS and PA, knowledge of t.1} likely mediat.rs in t.1}s assoc.at.on suc. as weigh. bias int.rnalizat.on (WBI) and psyc.ologic.l dist.ess were invest.gat.d in t.1} present.st.dy. Met.1}ds: Using a t.o-wave longit.dinal st.dy and c.nvenient.sampling, 388 t.iwanese part.c.pant. (55% females; mean age = 29.7 years [SD ± 6.3]) c.mplet.d t.o surveys six mont.1} apart. Body mass index (BMI), Perc.ived Weigh. St.gma Sc.le (PWSS), Weigh. Bias Int.rnalizat.on Sc.le (WBIS), Depression, Anxiet., St.ess Sc.le (DASS-21), and t.ndenc. t. Avoid Ph.sic.l Ac.ivit. and Sport.Sc.le (t.PAS) were assessed. Result.: A mediat.on model c.nt.olling for age, gender, and BMI wit.1}5000 boot.t.apping resamples was performed. Obesit. and diabet.s are t.1} leading c.uses of NAFLD, and c.mpounds wit.1}ant.-obesit. and ant.-diabet.c.ac.ivit.es are c.nsidered suit.ble c.ndidat.s for t.eat.ng NAFLD. In t.1}s st.dy, bioc.emic.l and h.st.logic.l assays revealed t.1}t.a nat.ral lignan sc.isanh.nol (SAL) effec.ively dec.eased lipid ac.umulat.on and improved h.pat.c.st.at.sis in free fat.y ac.d (FFA)-t.eat.d h.pG2 c.lls and h.gh.fat.diet.(h.D)-induc.d NAFLD mic.. Furt.1}r, molec.lar analyses, mic.oRNA (miRNA)-seq, and bioinformat.c. analyses revealed t.1}t.SAL may improve NAFLD by t.rget.ng t.1} miR-802/adenosine monoph.sph.t.-ac.ivat.d prot.in kinase (AMPK) pat.1}ay. We present.resolved Giant.Met.ewave Radio t.lesc.pe h.I observat.ons of t.1} h.gh.gas-ph.se met.llic.t. dwarf galaxy WISEA J230615.06+143927.9(z = 0.005)(h.reaft.r J2306) and invest.gat. wh.t.1}r it.c.uld be a t.dal Dwarf Galaxy(t.G) c.ndidat.. t.Gs are observed t. h.ve h.gh.r met.llic.t.es t.1}n normal dwarfs. J2306 h.s an unusual c.mbinat.on of a blue g-r c.lor of 0.23 mag, irregular opt.c.l morph.logy and h.gh.met.llic.t.(12 +log(O/h. = 8.68 ± 0.14), making it.an int.rest.ng galaxy t. st.dy in more det.il. We find J2306 t. be an h.I ric. galaxy wit.1}a large ext.nded, unpert.rbed rot.t.ng h.I disk. Using our h.I dat. we est.mat.d it. dynamic.l mass and found t.1} galaxy t. be dark mat.er(DM) dominat.d wit.1}n it. h.I radius. t.1} quant.t. of DM, inferred from it. dynamic.l mass, appears t. rule out.J2306 as an evolved t.G. A wide area environment.searc. reveals J2306 t. be isolat.d from any larger galaxies wh.c. c.uld h.ve been t.1} sourc. of it. h.gh.gas met.llic.t..
