Layered van der Waals(vdW)materials,consisting of atomically thin layers,are of paramount importance in physics,chemistry,and materials science owing to their unique properties and various promising ***,their fast.and large‐scale growth via a general approach is still a big challenge,severely limiting their practical ***,we report a universal method for rapid(~60 min)and large‐scale(gram scale)growth of phase‐pure,high‐crystalline layered vdW materials from their elementary powders via microwave plasma heating in sealed *** method can be used for growth of 30 compounds with different components(binary,ternary,and quaternary)and *** ferroelectric and t.ansport properties of mechanically exfoliated flakes validate the high crystal quality of the grown *** study provides a general strategy for the fast.and large‐scale growth of layered vdW materials with appealing physiochemical properties,which could be used for various promising applications.

【目的】探讨在高钙诱导细胞氧化应激下,高表达衰老标记蛋白30(SMP30)对人晶状体上皮细胞(HLEC)株SRA01/04增殖活力及抗氧化能力的影响。【方法】实验分3组:SMP30高表达组(OE,实验组)、NCOE组(阴性对照组)及SRA01/04组(空白对照组)。用OE及NCOE慢病毒载体分别转染SRA01/04细胞。15 mmol/LCaCl2处理细胞24 h建立高钙诱导模型。BrdU法检测细胞增殖、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、氧化型谷胱甘肽(GSSG)/总谷胱甘肽(t-GSH)法检测细胞氧化指标。【结果】荧光显微镜下可见各组转染细胞有大量绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)表达,转染效率接近80%,提示SMP30高表达SRA01/04细胞模型构建成功。在高钙状态下,OE组细胞相对增殖活力(3.89±0.20)和SOD活力(U/mg,47.5±4.3)均高于NCOE组(2.82±0.34、30.6±4.2)及SRA01/04组(2.96±0.25、26.8±1.5),OE组GSSG/t-GSH比值(2.36±0.51)低于NCOE组(16.36±2.48)及SRA01/04组(20.12±2.54),上述差异均有统计学意义(n=3,P0.05)。【结论】高表达SMP30增加SRA01/04(HLEC)细胞增殖活力、SOD活力及下降GSSG/t-GSH水平,提示SMP30在一定程度上可缓解高钙诱导细胞氧化损伤的进程,可能对HLEC有保护作用。

to sustain plant growth,development.and crop yield,sucrose must be t.ansported from leaves to distant parts of the plant,such as seeds and *** identify genes that regulate sucrose accumulation and t.ansport in maize(Zea mays),we isolated carbo/iydrafe part/f/ofi/ngf defecf/Ve33(cpd33),a recessive mutant that accumulated excess starch and soluble sugars in mature *** cpd33 mutants also exhibited chlorosis in the leaf blades,greatly diminished plant growth,and reduced ***33 encodes a protein containing multiple C2 domains and t.ansmembrane *** localization experiments showed the CPD33 protein localized to plasmodesmata(PD),the plasma membrane,and the endoplasmic *** also found that a loss-of-function mutant of the CPD33 homolog in Arabidopsis,QUIRKY,had a similar carbohydrate hyperaccumulation *** labeled sucrose t.ansport assays showed that sucrose export was significantly lower in cpd33 mutant leaves relative to wild-type ***,PD t.ansport in the adaxial-abaxial direction was unaffected in cpd33 mutant ***,t.ansmission electron microscopy revealed fewer PD at the companion cell-sieve element interface in mutant phloem tissue,providing a possible explanation for the reduced sucrose export in mutant ***,our results suggest that CPD33 functions to promote symplastic t.ansport into sieve elements.

Determination of ppt Level Chromium(VI) Using the Gold Nano-Flakes Electrodeposited on Platinum Rotating Disk Electrode and Modified with 4-thiopyridinium

the nano-gold layer formed on the platinum rotating disk electrode (nano-Au/Pt-RD) inherited the catalytic property for Cr(VI) reduction from platinum surface and owned the good features of nano-gold such as insensitivity with hydrogen ion, high surface area, augmenting diffusion of Cr(VI) and ability for self-assembling with 4-pyridine-et.anethiol (PEt) through Au←S linkages, to form PEt/nano-Au/Pt-RD electrode capable of accumulating Cr(VI) from sample. the obtained PEt/ nano-Au/Pt-RD electrode showed an extreme sensitivity to Cr(VI). By using this electrode, 1.09 ng·L﹣1 was the detection limit of differential pulse adsorptive cathodic stripping voltammetry for Cr(VI) with the accumulation time of only 2 min. Moreover, this electrode was reproducible with 3.5% RSD for 30 times of Cr(VI) accumulating and stripping. In addition, this electrode was also selective for Cr(VI) determination, which was not almost interfered by other inorganic ions.

the MMtV-PyVt t.ansgenic Mouse as a Multistage Model for Mammary Carcinoma and the Efficacy of Antineoplastic treatment

Animal models are commonly used to analyze the mechanism of carcinogenesis as well as the development.and screening of potent drugs. Although numerous animal models of breast cancer have been used in research, few display multiple stages of tumorigenesis. the t.ansgenic strain FVB/N-tg(MMtV-PyVt) 634 Mul/J (also known as PyVt) was established to determine the effect of mammary gland-specific expression of the polyomavirus middle t.antigen. Here the PyVt model with three distinct stages of tumor development (Pre, Early, and Late stages) was used as a model system for measuring tumor growth, tumor burden, and metastasis of mammary carcinomas. Additionally the expression profile of the molecular markers, survivin and Ki-67, was determined. three antineoplastic compounds were tested over a 14-day period to determine their efficacy at attenuating tumor growth at each stage of development. Interestingly cisplatin and paclitaxel were determined to be ineffective anticancer drugs, while tamoxifen significantly reduced tumor growth in the Pre and Early stages of tumor formation.

Background:Despite major reductions in malaria burden across Myanmar,clusters of the disease continue to persist in specific *** study aimed to assess the predictors of test positivity among people living in Paletwa township of Chin State,an area of persistently high malaria ***:Four villages with the highest malaria incidence from Paletwa town ship were purposively *** characteristics of 1045 subjects seeking malaria diagnosis from the four assigned village health volunteers from January to December,2018 were retrospectively *** household conditions and surroundings were also recorded using a *** statistics and logistic regression models were applied to investigate potential associations between individual and household characteristics and malaria ***:In 2017,the Paletwa township presented 20.9%positivity and an annual parasite index of 46.9 cases per 1000 *** falciparum was the predominant species and accounted for more t.an 80.0%of all *** 1045 people presenting at a clinic with malaria symptoms,31.1% were diagnosed with *** for test positivity included living in a hut[adjusted odds ratios(aOR):2.3,95%confidence intervals(CI ):1.2-4.6],owning farm animals(aOR:1.7,95% CI:1.1-3.6),using non-septic type of toilets(aOR:1.9,95%CI:1.1-8.4),presenting with fever(aOR:1.9,95%CI:1.1-3.0),having a malaria episode within the last year(aOR:2.9,95%CI:1.45.8),traveling outside the village in the previous 14 days (aOR:4.5,95%CI:1.5-13.4),and not using bed nets(aOR:3.4,95%CI:2.3-5.1).there were no statistically significant differences by age or gender in this present ***:the results from this study,including a high proportion of *** infections,little difference in age,sex,or occupation,suggest that malaria is a major burden for these study *** health education campaigns should be introduced to strengthen synchronous diagnosis

A Novel Model Calculated Distribution Systems Planning Intergrated Distribution Generators for Competitive Electricity Markets

Recently, the distributed generator (DG) has been successfully studied and applied in distribution system at many countries around the world. Many planning models of the DG integrated distribution system have been proposed. these models can choose the optimization locations, capacities and technologies of DG with the objective function minimizing power loss, investment costs or total life cycle costs of the investment project. However, capacity of DG that uses renewable energy resources is natural variability according to primary energy. this study proposed a planning model of optimized distribution system that integrates DG in the competitive electricity market. Model can determine equipment sizing and timeframe requiring for upgrading equipment of distribution system as well as select DG technologies with power variable constraints of DG. the objective function is minimizing total life cycle cost of the investment project. the proposed model is calculated and tested for a 48-bus radial distribution system in the GAMS programming language.

Up-conversion photoluminescence(UCPL)refers to the elementary process where low-energy photons are converted into high-energy ones via consecutive interactions inside a *** additional energy is provided by intermnal thermal energy in the form of lttice vibrations(phonons),the process is called phonon-assisted ***,we report the exceptionally large phonon-assisted energy gain of up to^8kgt(kg is Boltzmann constant,t is temperature)on all-inorganic lead halide perovskite semiconductor colloidal nanocrystals that goes beyond the maximum capabilty of only harvesting optical phonon *** systematic optical study in combination with a statistical probability model,we explained the nontrivial phonon-assisted UCPL process in perovskites nanocrystals,where in addition to the strong electron-phonon(light-matter)coupling,other nonlinear processes such as phonon-phonon(matter-matter)interaction also effectively boost the up-conversion efficiency.

[目的]观察巨峰、无核早红葡萄在越南谅山省的引种表现,为其在越南推广种植提供参考依据.[方法]2009年春从中国南宁引入巨峰、无核早红两个鲜食葡萄品种在越南谅山省试种,调查其枝蔓生长量、物候期、果实性状、产量等相关指标.[结果]至第1年抚育冬季,巨峰葡萄枝蔓总长234.5 cm,上架茎粗0.84 cm;无核早红葡萄枝蔓总长294.1 cm,上架茎粗0.86 cm.在物候期方面,巨峰葡萄从萌芽至果实成熟需141～151 d,表现中熟;无核早红从萌芽至果实成熟需142～151 d,未表现其应有的早熟特性.在果实性状方面,巨峰葡萄2010～2012年3年平均单果重8.9 g,种子数1.04粒,可溶性固形物（tSS）含量17.5％;无核早红葡萄2010～2012年3年平均单果重6.8 g,tSS含量13.9％.在产量方面,巨峰葡萄2010～2012年产量分别为13.69、17.50和16.24 t/ha;无核早红葡萄2010～2012年产量分别为10.81、16.02和20.92t/ha.[结论]巨峰葡萄在越南谅山省种植表现丰产稳产优质,具有较好的适栽性,可大面积推广种植;无核早红葡萄表现丰产稳产,但表现低糖低酸,极易裂果,着色困难,不宜在越南大面积发展.
