The large-scale optimization problem requires some optimization techniques, and the Metaheuristics approach is highly useful for solving difficult optimization problems in practice. The purpose of the research is to optimize the transportation system with the help of this approach. We selected forest vehicle routing data as the case study to minimize the total cost and the distance of the forest transportation system. Matlab software helps us find the best solution for this case by applying three algorithms of Metaheuristics: Genetic Algorithm (GA), Ant Colony Optimization (ACO), and Extended Great Deluge (EGD). The results show that GA, compared to ACO and EGD, provides the best solution for the cost and the length of our case study. EGD is the second preferred approach, and ACO offers the last solution.

A new approach for the prediction of lift, drag, and moment coefficients is presented. This approach is based on the support vector machines （SVMs） methodology and an optimization meta-heuristic algorithm called extended great deluge （EGD）. The novelty of this approach is the hybridization between the SVM and the EGD algorithm. The EGD is used to optimize the SVM parameters. The training and validation of this new identification approach is realized using the aerodynamic coefficients of an ATR-42 wing model. The aerodynamic coefficients data are obtained with the XFoil software and experimental tests using the Price-Paidoussis wind tunnel. The predicted results with our approach are compared with those from the XFoil software and experimental results for different flight cases of angles of attack and Mach numbers. The main pur- pose of this methodology is to rapidly Predict aircraft aerodynamic coefficients.

In this study, we develop a new meta-heuristic-based approach to solve a multi-objective optimization problem, namely the reliability-redundancy allocation problem (RRAP). Further, we develop a new simulation process to generate practical tools for designing reliable series-parallel systems. Because the?RRAP is an NP-hard problem, conventional techniques or heuristics cannot be used to find the optimal solution. We propose a genetic algorithm (GA)-based hybrid meta-heuristic algorithm, namely the hybrid genetic algorithm (HGA), to find the optimal solution. A simulation process based on the HGA is developed to obtain different alternative solutions that are required to generate application tools for optimal design of reliable series-parallel systems. Finally, a practical case study regarding security control of a gas turbine in the overspeed state is presented to validate the proposed algorithm.

A roll-bending process that minimizes the flat areas on the leading and trailing ends of formed plates will produce more accurate and easier assemble final shapes. There are several methods of minimizing flat areas, but they are costly or difficult to apply for thick plates. This study proposes a new, simple approach that reduces these flat areas. This approach includes moving the bottom roll slightly along the feeding direction and adjusting the bottom roll location. Sensitivity analyses were performed using a developed 3D dynamic FE (finite element) model of an asymmetrical roll-bending process in the Ansys/LS-Dyna software package. Simulations were validated by experiments run on an instrumented roll-bending machine. The FE results indicate that this new approach not only minimizes the flat areas but also reduces the forming forces.

Objective:To investigate the antitumor effect of maesopsin 4-O-β-glucoside(TAT2) isolated from the leaves of Artocarpus tonkinensis(***) *** ***:The antitumor activity of TAT2 was evaluated in Lewis lung carcinoma(LLC) tumor-bearing ***/c mice had tumors induced by implantation with 2× 10~6 LLC cells into the subcutaneous right posterior ***-bearing mice were treated orally with a range of doses of TAT2 and a standard drug,*** were observed for tumor growth and mortality *** was collected to determine hematological and biochemical *** TAT2 was isolated from an ethanolic extract of *** *** structure was determined by MS and NMR spectroscopy,and identified as *** compound did not show acute toxicity at the highest dose tested(2 OIK) mg/kg body weight).TAT2 exhibited antitumor activity by decreasing tumor growth,increasing the survival rale,and ameliorating some hematological and biochemical parameters at doses of 100 and 200 mg/kg body weight(P<0.05).Conclusions:These results indicate that TAT2 possesses clear antitumor *** to its bioavailability and low toxicity,and the fact that it could be isolated in a large scale from *** leaves,the compound shows promise as a potential anticancer drug.

轮腿式爬壁机器人的永磁吸附装置设计与优化

目前,我国石油化工储罐的除锈、喷漆和检测等维护作业通常采用人工方式完成,工作效率低且具有危险性。爬壁机器人能够代替人工完成上述维护工作,但其常采用的接触式永磁吸附方式会影响其越障作业。为此,针对具有越障能力的轮腿式爬壁机器人,提出一种提高其永磁吸附装置吸附能力的设计与优化方法。首先,基于轮腿式爬壁机器人的越障原理以及永磁吸附原理,提出了4种非接触式永磁吸附装置设计方案,并利用Ansoft Maxwell软件对永磁吸附装置进行了二维静态磁场仿真分析,获得了其最优结构。然后,通过受力分析确定了影响永磁吸附装置磁吸附力的结构参数。最后,基于控制变量法原理,通过仿真分析了永磁吸附装置和钢制壁面的结构参数对磁吸附力的影响,并确定了各结构参数的最优值。结果表明:当钢制壁面半径为5~7 m时,相邻永磁吸附单元间隙及永磁吸附单元数量对磁吸附力的影响较大;当相邻永磁吸附单元间隙为2~4 mm及永磁吸附单元数量为3~5个时,磁吸附力利用率较高。一定条件下的实验验证了优化结果的准确性,优化后永磁吸附装置磁吸附力的实测值比仿真值平均约高16.45%,其可有效保证轮腿式爬壁机器人在石油化工储罐等的钢制壁面上稳定运动。研究结果可为磁吸附装置的结构设计与优化提供参考。

提出了一种适用于分布式发电系统的小型自然循环钠冷堆-AMTEC系统。通过对堆芯的临界计算和热工水力分析,研究了堆芯燃料装载量不变情况下,芯块半径、燃料棒长度和圈数对堆芯有效增殖因数keff、堆芯压降和传热的影响。同时分析了不同额外停堆裕量下,B4C吸收层厚度和堆芯初始剩余反应性随燃料棒圈数的变化关系。计算结果表明:保持堆芯当量直径和冷却剂通道总截面积不变的情况下,减少燃料棒圈数和活性区长度不仅可增加keff,且能降低堆芯压降;为提高额外停堆裕量需增加吸收层厚度,但降低了堆芯初始剩余反应性,不利于电厂的经济性。
