Th. use of transition metal-activated peroxymonosulfate（PMS） as an advanced oxidation tech.ology h.s gained recognition. Th.s study developed a catalyst using cobaltDlanth.num bimetallic oxide supported on layered molybdenum disulfide （Mo S2） as a carrier. Th. CoDLa/Mo S2catalyst was synth.sised th.ough.coprecipitation, followed by calcination with.an optimised metal ratio of Co:La=2:1 to activate PMS and degrade trace ch.oramph.nicol（CAP） in water. Th. ch.mical composition of th. catalyst was confirmed using X-ray diffraction （XRD） and X-ray ph.toelectron spectroscopy （XPS）. At catalyst and PMS dosages of 0.1 and 0.5 g·L-1, respectively, th. degradation rate of CAP was 95% with.in 30 min. Th. catalyst exh.bitedstrong resistance to most interfering anions and maintained a h.gh.degradation rate at p h.3D11. Liquid ch.omatograph.Dmass spectrometry analysis revealed th. potential degradation path.ays of CAP in th. CoDLa/Mo S2（2:1）/PMS system. For oth.r pollutants, such.as oxytetracycline,complete degradation was ach.eved with.n 20 min,demonstrating th. broad applicability of th. CoDLa/Mo S2（2:1）/PMS system for th. degradation and removal of antibiotic organic contaminants. Th.s study offers a feasible approach.for th. degradation of antibiotic organic pollutants, including CAP, in natural water bodies.

只有诉诸深入系统的文献脉络疏理,才能理解《齐物论》中的丧我、天籁、真君、是非、两行、物化等等创造性概念的丰富意义,进而阐发《齐物论》的核心思想。《齐物论》文本的开头与结尾,主要在于处理如何齐观“物我平等”,并迎向万物“自化互化”的无穷演化。而《齐物论》文本的中间部分,则主要处理如何齐观“是非平等”,并迎向观点脉络“因是因非”的无穷转化。然而整体言之,“齐物”的“物我两行”,与“物论”的“是非两行”,应该也可以在“吊诡两行”的思维方式中,再度构成诠释循环。如此一来,“吊诡两行”构成了理解《齐物论》的关键。

Wh.le some research.h.s explored racial and eth.ic differences in disordered eating, th.s study may be th. first to examine th.se differences in orth.rexia nervosa, involving obsessive-compulsive th.ugh.s and beh.viors concerning h.alth. eating, wh.ch.negatively impact one’s life. Adult participants, recruited from college courses and social media, completed an online survey with.th. Orth.rexia Nervosa Inventory (ONI) and th. Eating Attitudes Test-26 (EAT-26). Regarding racial and eth.ic background, 743 were Wh.te, 249 were h.spanic, 87 were Black, 61 were Asian or Pacific Islander, and 110 were biracial/multiracial. A MANCOVA revealed th.t th. racial and eth.ic groups did not differ on th. ONI subscales assessing orth.rexic beh.viors, impairments, and emotions, after accounting for gender, BMI, and EAT-26 total scores th.t were covariates. In contrast, a second MANCOVA did reveal group differences on th. EAT-26 subscales, after accounting for gender, BMI, and ONI total scores th.t were covariates. Black participants scored significantly lower th.n th. oth.r racial and eth.ic groups on th. subscale assessing dieting beh.viors ch.racteristic of anorexia nervosa, and th. subscale assessing binge-eating and purging beh.viors ch.racteristic of bulimia nervosa. Furth.r, h.spanic participants scored significantly lower th.n Wh.te participants on th. latter subscale. Th.se findings suggest th.t wh.le orth.rexic symptomatology does not differ based on race and eth.icity, a Black race and h.spanic eth.icity may be protective factors against disordered eating, perh.ps related eith.r to cultural norms concerning body image or to th. resiliency and social support among th. Black and h.spanic communities.

乾隆中期,出现了一本以天主教思想为主要诠释的著作,即吕立本(LyuLiben,生平未详)所撰《易经本旨》。《易经本旨》手稿收藏在上海徐家汇藏书楼,经钟鸣旦(Nicolas Standaert)、杜鼎克(AdrianDudink)、王仁芳(WangRenfang)编辑整理,后收录于台北“利氏学社”所出版《徐家汇明清天主教文献续编》第一、二册之中。《易经本旨》对《易经》的诠释结构,主要针对卦辞、爻辞、传文作出诠释,同时以天主教思想的前理解、天主教的教义与神话故事植入,因此充满着浓厚的天主教气息与神格化诠释趋势。本文主要以《易经本旨》与《圣经》作为对照,分别从《易经本旨》的主旨与风格、天人关系、巽女生离王,以及《圣经》与《易经》的天地观四个向度,探讨析论《易经本旨》受到天主教教义影响后生成的独特内涵。要之,吕立本运用天主教思想注解《易经》之举,含有捍卫天主教原典的宗教意义。此方法与佛教初传入中国时常使用的格义法有异曲同工之妙;然而,在转化的过程中,所欲传达的教义很有可能受到语境的限制,而使教义与原典产生偏差;此外,西方耶稣会索隐派(Figurism,SocietasIesu)传教士如白晋(Joach.mBouvet,1656‒1730)等的《易经》研究,与吕立本作为天主教徒的诠释立场、脉络与内容之间的同异,以及其间可能存在的联系或区别等,仍具有后续深化研究的比较价值,值得观照与探索。

为了制备、筛选和评价治疗鸭坦布苏病毒(DTMUV)感染的中和抗体,本试验克隆DTMUV E基因,连接至原核表达载体pET-30a(+),转化至大肠杆菌(***)Dh.α感受态,提取质粒,鉴定重组质粒pET30-E,转化*** BL21感受态,经异丙基-β-D-硫代半乳糖苷(IPTG)诱导后,通过十二烷基硫酸钠聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)分析E蛋白表达,使用镍柱亲和层析纯化E蛋白,将E蛋白与弗氏佐剂混合、乳化,免疫6周龄雌性BALB/c小鼠3次后,取小鼠脾脏,分离脾细胞,在聚乙二醇(PEG)的作用下,将脾细胞与SP2/0细胞融合,采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)筛选分泌抗E蛋白抗体的杂交瘤细胞株,通过Western blot进行单克隆抗体鉴定,通过间接免疫荧光技术检测DTMUV,病毒中和试验评价单克隆抗体中和DTMUV感染的能力,并评价单克隆抗体治疗DTMUV感染小鼠的能力。结果显示,含质粒pET30-E的*** BL21经诱导后可在裂解的沉淀物中表达E蛋白;制备的E蛋白单克隆抗体4A1可以与E蛋白发生免疫反应,不与鸭A型肝炎病毒、呼肠孤病毒、新城疫病毒、细小病毒和h.亚型禽流感病毒发生交叉反应;4A1株杂交瘤细胞株分泌的抗体对DTMUV具有中和活性,且能够很好地识别DTMUV并与之发生中和反应,可完全清除感染小鼠血液中的DTMUV。结果表明,本试验制备的单克隆抗体4A1在应对DTMUV感染方面具有潜在治疗价值。
