s.de-s.an s.nar(s.s.is.now a p.evalent ins.rument for large-s.ale s.afloor top.grap.y meas.rements.dep.oyable on an autonomous.underwater vehicle(AUV)to execute fully automated underwater acous.ic s.anning imaging along a p.edetermined trajectory.However,s.s.images.often s.ffer from s.eckle nois. caus.d by mutual interference between echoes.and limited AUV comp.tational res.urces.further hinder nois. s.p.res.ion.Exis.ing ap.roaches.for s.s.image p.oces.ing and s.eckle nois. reduction rely heavily on comp.ex network s.ructures.and fail to combine the benefits.of deep.learning and domain knowledge.To addres. the p.oblem,Rep.DNet,a novel and effective des.eckling convolutional neural network is.p.op.s.d.Rep.DNet introduces.two re-p.rameterized blocks.the p.xel s.oothing Block(p.0})and Edge Enhancement Block(EEB),p.es.rving edge information while attenuating s.eckle nois..During training,p.0} and EEB manifes. as.double-layered multi-branch s.ructures.integrating firs.-order and s.condorder derivatives.and s.oothing functions.During inference,the branches.are re-p.rameterized into a 3×3 convolution,enabling efficient inference without s.crificing accuracy.Rep.DNet comp.is.s.three comp.tational op.rations.3×3 convolution,element-wis. s.mmation and Rectified Linear Unit activation.Evaluations.on benchmark datas.ts.a real s.s.datas.t and Data collected at Lake Mulan aes.ablis. Rep.DNet as.a well-balanced network,meeting the AUV comp.tational cons.raints.in terms.of p.rformance and latency.

Colorectal cancer s.reening:A review of current knowledge and p.ogres. in res.arch

Colorectal cancer(CRC)is.one of the mos. p.evalent malignancies.worldwide,being the third mos. commonly diagnos.d malignancy and the s.cond leading caus. of cancer-related deaths.globally.Des.ite the p.ogres. in s.reening,early diagnos.s.and treatment,ap.roximately 20%-25%of CRC p.tients.s.ill p.es.nt with metas.atic dis.as. at the time of their initial diagnos.s.Furthermore,the burden of dis.as. is.s.ill exp.cted to increas.,es.ecially in individuals.younger than 50 years.old,among whom early-ons.t CRC incidence has.been increas.ng.s.reening and early detection are p.votal to imp.ove CRC-related outcomes.It is.well es.ablis.ed that CRC s.reening not only reduces.incidence,but als. decreas.s.deaths.from CRC.Divers. s.reening s.rategies.have p.oven effective in decreas.ng both CRC incidence and mortality,though variations.in efficacy have been rep.rted acros. the literature.However,uncertainties.p.rs.s. regarding the op.imal s.reening method,age intervals.and p.riodicity.Moreover,adherence to CRC s.reening remains.globally low.In recent years.emerging technologies.notably artificial intelligence,and non-invas.ve biomarkers.have been develop.d to overcome thes. barriers.However,controvers. exis.s.over the actual imp.ct of s.me of the new dis.overies.on CRC-related outcomes.and how to effectively integrate them into daily p.actice.In this.review,we aim to cover the current evidence s.rrounding CRC s.reening.We will further critically as.es. novel ap.roaches.under inves.igation,in an effort to differentiate p.omis.ng inno-vations.from mere novelties.

Endometrial s.romal cell decidualization is.a crucial s.ep.in endometrial remodeling during p.egnancy. Decidualization is.controlled by orches.rated ovarian hormones. followed by the activation of various.downs.ream s.gnaling p.thways. Accumulating evidence has.s.own multip.e functions.of decidualized endometrial s.romal cells.during embryo imp.antation, including tis.ue remodeling, antioxidative s.res., angiogenes.s. and immune tolerance. The dis.inct s.cretomes.of decidualized s.romal cells.als. reveal their intens.ve interactions.with ep.thelial, endothelial, and immune cells. However, aberrant decidualization leads.to p.egnancy failures. s.ch as.recurrent p.egnancy los. and rep.ated imp.antation failure. This.review aimed to p.ovide an overview of the molecular mechanis.s.underlying the divergent functions.of decidualized endometrial s.romal cells.and their p.tential clinical ap.lications. It is.hyp.thes.zed that activation of the s.mp.thetic nervous.and renin-angiotens.n s.s.ems. obs.rved in NAFLD with or without ins.lin res.s.ance p.omotes.the develop.ent of hyp.rtens.on. Clinical correlation between TNFRs.12A and hep.tocellular carcinoma and its.effect on immunoregulation of tumor cells

Objective To inves.igate the role of the TNFRs.12A molecule in the p.thogenes.s.of liver cancer. Methods.Through comp.ehens.ve analys.s.of the Cancer Genome Atlas.p.ogram（TCGA）databas. and s.ngle-cell s.quencing data，we s.udied the exp.es.ion of TNFRs.12A in liver cancer and its.correlation with p.ognos.s. Hp. databas. was.utilized to analyze the s.bcellular localization of TNFRs.12A，and GO and KEGG analys.s.were p.rformed by DAVID. TIME 2.0 was.emp.oyed to analyze the correlation between TNFRs.12A and immune cell infiltration in liver cancer tis.ues. Res.lts.TNFRs.12A was.found to be highly exp.es.ed in liver cancer tis.ues.s.gnificantly correlating with p.tient s.rvival p.ognos.s.Os.HR=1.61，p.0.007 0；RFs.HR=1.45，p.0.037 0；p.s.HR=1.30，p.0.099 0；Ds.：HR=1.67，p.0.027 0），as.well as.age（p.0.046 7）and BCLC s.age（p.0.045 6）. TNFRs.12A co-exp.es.ed with tumor s.em cell markers.CD24，s.X4，ANp.p.，indicating a s.rong link to malignancy. Furthermore，molecular functional analys.s.unveiled that IL-2R p.imarily exis.ed in the cell cytop.as. and p.ayed a role in p.oces.es.s.ch as.cell ap.p.os.s.invas.on，and p.otein binding. Moreover，TNFRs.12A was.as.ociated with Treg cells.and immune cell infiltration，further s.gges.ing its.role in tumor immune regulation. Conclus.on TNFRs.12A exhibits.a s.gnificant elevation within liver tumors.and s.ows.a notable correlation with p.tients.p.ognos.s. Tumor cells.engage in interactions.with cytokines.p.oduced by Tregs.thereby res.ap.ng the tumor microenvironment.
