This article is devoted to the research of the mechanisms of suggestive influence represented in professional layers–prosecutors and attorneys–speech within the English law discourse on the material of a particular witness examination part of the court *** basic suggestive strategies and tactics used in this step and brief characteristics of their intentiality and ways of representation are *** is stated that suggestion as a means of persuasion and manipulation on a psyche is possible only due to the existence of a certain mechanism which gives a person an opportunity to perceive the suggested influences and reflect *** authors suppose that the analysis of an effective manipulation of professional opponents–a plaintiff and a defendant(some basic suggestive-psychological algorithms used at the opening statement as well as suggestive strategies,tactics and methods applied)might considerably enhance the perspectives of studying characteristic features of law discourse thus allowing to get closer to the understanding of how a person’s brain works as well as the nature of consciousness and subconsciousness together with the anthropocentric approach aimed at realization of manipulation/suggestion within the situation of an institutional communication.

This paper presents data on the study of antimicrobial activity of 16 medications used for wound treatment. Antimicrobial activity of medications has been studied by well diffusion method on standard microorganism test strains： s. aureus ATCC 25923, E. coli ATCC 25922, P. aeruginosa ATCC 27853, P. vulgaris ATCC 4636, B. subtilis ATCC 6633, and C. albicans ATCC 885/653. Integrated indexes of antimicrobial activity of medications using vector theory have been calculated, which allowed to place most active of them in the order of descending activity： Levomecolum A = 2.73, r2 = 0.82; Levosin A = 2.41, r2 = 0.83; synthomycinum A = 2.33, r2 = 0.97; Methyluracilum cum myramistino A = 2.31, r2 = 0.83; Oflocainum-Darnitsa A = 2.25, 1-2 = 0.97; and Betadine A = 2.03, r2 = 0.97. The mean of integrated indexes of antimicrobial activity and the square of the correlation coefficient for the group of these medications are as follows： A = 2.02, and r2 = 0.91. Comparison of mean values of integrated indexes of antimicrobial activity of medicines for wound treatment with those of water-alcohol extracts from plant raw material containing alkaloids, tannins, hydroquinone, naphthoquinones, anthraquinones, and phenols has shown to be promising of further development of domestic agents having antimicrobial activity based on water-alcohol extracts from plant raw material.

Neutron activation analysis technique of the Gd2O2s:М scintillation ceramics was developed. The concentrations of 15 trace, minor and major elements (As, Ce, Co, Cr, Cs, Eu, Fe, La, sc, Tb, Zn, Zr, Pr, Gd, Na) have been measured with the instrumental neutron activation analysis of the Gd2O2s:Pr sample. The concentrations range of the determined elements is from 3 × 10-8 to 2.0% in mass. The determination limit of the elements was calculated to be (0.6 - 1.3 × 10-8% in mass).

Autosomal reciprocal translocations represent exchanges of chromatin fragments between non-homologous *** are facilitated by the creation of quadrivalent structures during the first meiotic division,which are characterized by the length of the translocated and centric segments,asymmetry,and the presence of terminal breakpoints,all of which may impact segregation ***,we report a rare case of multiple reciprocal translocations within a single *** includes the evaluation of the translocations in each of the spouses and an analysis of their chromosome segregation patterns as determined by the constellation of universal characteristics in each of their *** obtained results will be of interest to fundamental biology,as they will expand the understanding of the factors affecting chromosome segregation during meiosis.

AIM: Effects of C-nitropyrazoles and C-nitroazoles on ocular blood flow and retinal .function recovery after ischemia have been studied. METHODs: The compounds were tested on ocular blood flow of ocular hyperten-sive (40 mmHg) rabbit eyes with colored microsphere technique. They were also tested on the retinal function recovery after ischemia of rat eyes with electroretinography. REsULTs: All compounds (DC-1 through DC-17) showed significant increase in retinal function recovery after ischemia in the range of 26 % to 120 % (Ps (DC-1 through DC-5) studied, four compounds (DC-2 through DC-5) in-creased the blood flow in choroid, iris, and ciliary body, but not in retina. DC-1 did not show significant increase of blood flow in any of these ocular tissues. CONCLUsION: C-Nitropyrazoles can facilitate significant retinal function recovery after ischemic insult through the increase of ocular blood flow. since rabbit's retina is scarce in vasculature, it did not show significant chang
