The joint knowledge reasoning model based on knowledge representation learning for aviation assembly domain

Knowledge graph technology is widely applied in the domain of general knowledge reasoning with an excellent performance.For fine-grained professional fields,professional knowledge graphs can provide more accurate information in practical industrial scenarios.Based on an aviation assembly domain-specific knowledge graph,the article constructs a joint knowledge reasoning model,which combines a named entity recognition model and a subgraph embedding learning model.When performing knowledge reasoning tasks,the two models vectorize entities,relationships and entity attributes in the same space,so as to share parameters and optimize learning efficiency.The knowledge reasoning model,which provides intelligent question answering services,is able to reduce the assembly error rate and improve the assembly efficiency.The system can accurately solve general knowledge reasoning problems in the assembly process in actual industrial scenarios of general assembly and component assembly under interference-free conditions.Finally,this paper compares the proposed knowledge reasoning model based on knowledge representation learning and the question-answering system based on large-scale pre-trained models.In the application scenario of system functional testing in general assembly,the joint model attains an accuracy rate of 95%,outperforming GPT with 78%accuracy and enhanced representation through knowledge integration with 71%accuracy.

RebL1 is required for macronuclear structure stability and gametogenesis in Tetrahymena thermophila

Histone modification and nucleosome assembly play important roles in chromatin-related processes.Histone chaperones form different complexes and coordinate histone transportation and assembly.Various histone chaperone complexes have been identified in different organisms.The ciliate protozoa(ciliates)have various chromatin structures and different nuclear morphology.However,histone chaperone components and functions of different subunits remain unclear in ciliates.Tet-rahymema thermophila contains a transcriptionally active macronucleus(MAC)and a transcriptionally inactive micronu-cleus(MIC)which exhibit multiple replication and various chromatin remodeling progresses during vegetative growth and sexual developmental stages.Here,we found histone chaperone RebL1 not only localized evenly in the transcriptionally active MAC but also dynamically changed in the MIC during vegetative growth and sexual developmental stages.REBL1 knockdown inhibited cellular proliferation.The macronuclear morphology became bigger in growing mutants.The abnormal macronuclear structure also occurred in the starvation stage.Furthermore,micronuclear meiosis was disturbed during sexual development,leading to a failure to generate new gametic nuclei.RebL1 potentially interacted with various factors involved in histone-modifying complexes and chromatin remodeling complexes in different developmental stages.REBL1 knockdown affected expression levels of the genes involved in chromatin organization and transcription.Taken together,RebL1 plays a vital role in maintaining macronuclear structure stability and gametogenesis in T.thermophila.

Construction and validation of somatic mutation-derived long noncoding RNAs signatures of genomic instability to predict prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma

BACKGROUND Long non-coding RNAs(LncRNAs)have been found to be a potential prognostic factor for cancers,including hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Some LncRNAs have been confirmed as potential indicators to quantify genomic instability(GI).Nevertheless,GI-LncRNAs remain largely unexplored.This study established a GI-derived LncRNA signature(GILncSig)that can predict the prognosis of HCC patients.AIM To establish a GILncSig that can predict the prognosis of HCC patients.METHODS Identification of GI-LncRNAs was conducted by combining LncRNA expression and somatic mutation profiles.The GI-LncRNAs were then analyzed for functional enrichment.The GILncSig was established in the training set by Cox regression analysis,and its predictive ability was verified in the testing set and TCGA set.In addition,we explored the effects of the GILncSig and TP53 on prognosis.RESULTS A total of 88 GI-LncRNAs were found,and functional enrichment analysis showed that their functions were mainly involved in small molecule metabolism and GI.The GILncSig was constructed by 5 LncRNAs(miR210HG,AC016735.1,AC116351.1,AC010643.1,LUCAT1).In the training set,the prognosis of high-risk patients was significantly worse than that of low-risk patients,and similar results were verified in the testing set and TCGA set.Multivariate Cox regression analysis and stratified analysis confirmed that the GILncSig could be used as an independent prognostic factor.Receiver operating characteristic curve analysis of the GILncSig showed that the area under the curve(0.773)was higher than the two LncRNA signatures published recently.Furthermore,the GILncSig may have a better predictive performance than TP53 mutation status alone.CONCLUSION We established a GILncSig that can predict the prognosis of HCC patients,which will help to guide prognostic evaluation and treatment decisions.

Persistent greening against drying in northeast Asian semiarid grasslands:Asymmetrical responses of direct and legacy effects to intensified drought

Despite experiencing a decadal shift towards drought conditions at the end of the 2Oth century,semiarid grasslands in northeast Asia(NEA)exhibited an evident greening trend from 1982 to 2020.However,the mechanism behind this phenomenon remains unclear.Hence,we analysed the interdecadal changes in vegetation response to drought on the basis of the standardised precipitation evapotranspiration index(SPEI)and Global Inventory Modelling and Mapping Studies LAI4g datasets,with an emphasis on the differences between direct and legacy effects(as measured by resilience),to explore the mechanism of persistent grassland greening.Results revealed that during the post-drought shift period(2000-2020),the sudden decrease in the water content of the intermediate soil layer triggered an intensified vegetation response to drought.Specifically,although direct effects and resilience were amplified,they exhibited asymmetric changes.Resilience was stronger than direct effects,and this difference increased with increasing drought(drought recovery)levels.These combined effects may account for persistent greening against intensified drying in the semiarid grasslands in NEA.Given the projected exacerbation of future droughts,this study holds notable importance for comprehending the long-term change dynamics of dryland ecosystems.

Nonlinear impedance control with trajectory adaptation for collaborative robotic grinding

Stiffness adjustment is an important feature of human arm control.The adaptive variable impedance control can adapt to the robotic stiffness,but may result in a large overshoot.In this paper,nonlinear impedance control is proposed for collaborative robotic grinding,where nonlinear force feedback is designed to compensate for the nonlinear stiffness of the environment.Thus,the interaction system can be linearization to ensure the system stability.Moreover,a target trajectory adaptation strategy is studied to ensure the force tracking requirement.Then,switching law between trajectory tracking and force tracking is proposed when the robot performs a complex grinding task.The stability of the switch control as well as the trajectory adaptation law is proved.Experiments are conducted in a robotic grinding test rig,where the robot is used to grind a turbine blade.Experimental results show that the nonlinear impedance control can obtain stable grinding force,and have better grinding quality than the linear impedance control.

Two tetravalent uranium silicate and germanate M_(2)U^(Ⅳ)T_(3)O_(9)(M=K,Cs;T=Si,Ge)crystals were crystalized under inert gas by molten salt flux growth method.K_(2)USi_(3)O_(9)(1)crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P1_(21)/n1 with lattice parameters a=7.1076?,b=10.4776?,c=12.2957?,γ=120°and V=915.67?^(3).Cs_(2)UGe_(3)O_(9)(2)crystallizes in a hexagonal space group P-6 with lattice constants of a=7.5138?,b=7.5138?,c=11.0114?,γ=120°and V=538.38?^(3).bond valence calculations indicate tetravalent uranium in both structures,which contain three-membered single-ring T_(3)O_(9)^(6-) trimers.K_(2)USi_(3)O_(9) is the first uranium silicate that contains the Si_(3)O_(9)^(6-) trimers.

Mobile-robotic machining for large complex components:A review study

Even though the robotic machining has achieved great success in machining of small components, it lacks the competence to machine large complex components, such as wind turbine blade, train carriage, and aircraft wing. In order to cope with this issue,the mobile machining robot system, which consists of a robot arm integrated with a mobile platform, is proposed to achieve the large workspace and high dexterity, and thus has the potential to machine the large complex components. However, due to the limitation of motion accuracy and structural stiffness, the current mobile-robots are hard to satisfy the high precision requirement of machining tasks. In this paper, some historical mobile-robotic machining systems are reviewed firstly, followed by some key techniques related to structure optimization, dynamics of the machining process, localization, and control techniques, which are fundamental for the structural stiffness and motion accuracy of mobile-robots. Finally, the prospect of mobile-robotic machining and the open questions are addressed.

设计了一种基于AgNPs-AuNPs的核-卫星纳米结构检测水样中多环芳烃芘的比色和SERS双通道传感系统。首先将单巯基β-环糊精修饰到纳米金颗粒和纳米银颗粒的表面。受益于氧化态的四甲基联苯胺的触发,当体系中存在多环芳烃芘时,纳米颗粒会自组装形成AgNPs-pyrene-AuNPs的核-卫星结构。芘分子在其中充当分子桥的作用,拉近纳米粒子距离,使得纳米粒子发生一定的聚集。所以芘分子的个数直接影响AgNPs-pyrene-AuNPs的核-卫星结构数量,使溶液颜色发生变化,能够通过目测法建立溶液颜色与芘浓度的关系;组装形成的的核-卫星结构具有非常丰富的“热点”而表现出较强的表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)活性,可通过SERS方法实现芘分子的高灵敏高特异检测。此结构可通过比色法和SERS方法实现水中芘的高灵敏高特异性检测。该方法可以在25 min内快速完成微量芘的检测,比色法对芘的检出限为3.4μmol·L^(-1), SERS法的检出限为0.42μmol·L^(-1)。根据上述原理,基于AgNPs-PAHs-AuNPs核-卫星结构的SERS传感器可用来检测水样中的多种多环芳烃。这一双通道传感系统提供了一种检测水样中多环芳烃芘的新方法,并为开发多路复用的传感系统提供了新的思路。
